Decades Of Love [Complete] by ParadoxicalNotion

How do you tell your best friend you love them? How do you know they feel the same? How do you stop your heart getting broken in the process? Honestly, in a place, you feel comfortable with the other and just take the risk. You don't unless they are an open book of emotions. Hearts are made to be broken; if it's not by them someone else will break it somehow. This is a situation for two pairs of best friends separated by the decades... In 1950 Corinne goes on a month long trip with her family to the Madison businesses, taking an aching heart with her. Add a slightly secretive father, fainting mother, three brothers with two of them looking to take over the business and a serving girl Elsie, you get a relatively normal posh family. Corinne's childhood friend Callum carries an aching heart while she is away and misses her presence. Him, Corinne and a few others have been clueless about how they have always felt for each other, the others knowing all along. So when the others give him an opportunity, Callum tells Corinne how he feels after a card game threat and a surprise night visit from Corinne. In 2015 being in a military family is hard, which is what Dae and Dustin know first hand. The pair of them have a ridiculous amount of connections, few being known like how Dae's mother served with Dustin's father throughout deployments. Dae had always pushed Dustin away when he wanted to get closer. On the run up to Valentine's day Dustin has a grand plan in which he hopes Dae manages to see how he feels. Presents appear in her locker, her dad gets back from deployment with a companion she was certain was not breathing and then a gift bag which Smoke doesn't react to which makes her suspicious. With your mum being trained as a bomb dog handler that's natural right? Even her dad is in on the plan. Will Dustin leave with the heart he's always wanted or will he get turned away again? Find the answers to these questions in this story!

Fake Not-Fake Relationship

26 parts Complete

*Kyra Martin* It was never easy for me to hide my emotions, and that's the cause of all my problems now. I am a writer, or rather, I was. Now I'm just a heartbroken girl with only one published book and several drafts. Ever since that incident, I couldn't find it in my to right anything worth publishing. So, when I get advised to find my inspiration, I take it seriously. I decided that the only way for me to write love is to feel love. But the thing is, I don't want to burden anyone with my feelings. That's why I decided to go searching for a guy that I can fall in love with but he won't be burdened by my love for him. And that's when I found him. *Austin Smith* He is a player, well actually a retired player. He claims to have never fallen in love and will never fall for anyone. He does not believe in it. He is the perfect person for me. To him, the relationship is as fake as possible, but to me, I try my best to convince myself that it isn't. And that's how we got tied up, in this fake-not-fake relationship. ... "So, to be clear, is this a fake relationship?" I asked, furrowing my brows as I always did. "It is for me." he said carelessly, taking a bite of his toast. "But it isn't for me." I retorted. He stared at me, "Then it's simple. We are in a Fake Not- Fake Relationship. Simple."
