She blushed deeply, but he wouldn't let her look away. "You heard that?"
He nodded with a smile. "It was the first thought she ever shared with me."
Skylar pursed her lips. "She likes you very much."
"What about you?" he teased gently. "How do you feel about me?"
She set her jaw and once again managed to look down her nose at him while staring up at him. "Well... well, I'm rather fond of you, Orion."
He let out a relieved laugh and pulled her into his chest again. "What a relief. I was worried it was just me." He nuzzled her temple, inhaling deeply, his dragon fully at peace. The words "I love you" were right on the tip of his tongue, but he knew it was too soon for that. He would have to hold them in just a little while longer. "I'm fond of you, too," he whispered in her ear.

I closed my eyes ready for my death when I heard a very loud and dangerous growl, I swear I felt the ground under me shook by it. I opened my eyes quickly to see what it is, but I couldn't believe my eyes, I just couldn't. even in this state, me crying mess, in pain, this was just like a dream. H-how is that possible? How can there be a Lycan right in front of me? They exist only in fantasy. I wiped my teary eyes with the back of my hands, it took me only a few seconds to do so, but when I removed my hand the big Lycan which was far away only a few seconds ago was now right in front of me I couldn't help but to scream. He has jet black hair that swirls up and back, his face is freshly shaved but that is all I can really see. He is tall and God is he built. He looks so strong and holds so much power. I then blink and breath when my lungs finally demand air. His forehead is scrunched up as he watches me calculating. I step back "Uh I-I I'm sorry " My voice comes out shaky.
