In the tranquil sanctuary of Paradise Island, young Treecko Cilan hears the ancient whispers of the prophecy from his ailing father, a once-mighty Septile. As the last vibrant embers of the once-great City of Errandoff's past die out, the fabled tale of the 18 stolen emblems and the hero who will restore the Gracidea's power captivates Cilan's heart. Couple years later when Cilan became a Historian Adventurer just like his mother. He goes out and searches for the stones that were stolen. Question is, is he the one to save us all or will there be another to join him on his journey?
