This is my take on an Indian series loved by many. Meher is a young Punjabi girl who loves her boyfriend and becomes pregnant with his child. Meher's mother disapproves of her relationship and in order to give her daughter a more luxurious life and to gain leverage on her own political career decides to get her married to the rich royal heir Sarabjit Singh Gill who is also on a high political position. Despite being rich and hailing from a royal family, Sarabjit is a kind, honest and caring man along with being the single father to his son Param after his first wife has passed. Sarabjit decides to marry Meher for his son who longs for a mother after Meher proves to have great maternal instincts towards the young innocent boy. Meher decides to marry to save her unborn child. The journey these two opposite souls embark on is of love, trust, understanding and humanity. How their initial journey of simple support turns into unbreakable love and understanding is what makes this show so beautiful. This series is my version of the show from the third week of April. Even if you haven't seen the series, the love and relationship the two protagonists share is sure to pull you just as it has to millions of its viewers. Main characters consist of: Sarabjit Singh Gill the main male protagonist Meher Kaur Gill the main female protagonist and Sarab's wife. Seher Kaur Gill their youngest daughter Karanjit Singh Gill their middle son Paramjit Singh Gill their oldest son
