Dream starts punching technoblade in the face till techno passed out, he didn't want to hear anymore
"Too bad for you that no one was on the streets, well good for me"
Dream smiles behind his mask while pulling out his red pocket knife
"Im sorry I promised to never do it again, I'm doing it for us, Drista"
Dream stabbed Technoblade multiple times in the chest as he looked around. No one to be seen, just darkness as before
Dream cleans his knife with a piece of paper towel he had in his pocket and throws Techno's body in a trash can
"No one will miss you buddy"
He says for himself while smiling, a murderous smile. He didn't care anymore, he didn't care anymore, he wasn't over his killing spree yet was he? Oh he promised himself and his sister he wouldn't do it again but here he is with that murderous feeling in his head, he couldn't stop killing now, not until he killed everyone Technoblade knew and loved. Everyone that helped him cause the accident
Dream checks his phone, 'no messages'
"Tch he lied, I'll go to the hospital tomorrow after work, I haven't visited her in a while"
Dream brushed the fact that he just committed murder and went home
"Home sweet home, ugh I haven't eaten anything the whole day"
Dream took off his jacket and went to his kitchen quickly
"Let me grab the bread, butter, ham and cheese"
He did so and made a big sandwich
"Well it looks great, I just need to make some orange tea and put my donuts on another plate and 'dinner' is ready"
As he ate he got a message
(Hospital )
Your sister is awake, she has been awake for a few weeks but we couldn't find your number before now!
Oh my god really!?
Yes, visiting hours starts at 9 a.m and end at 10 p.m we recommend visiting her.

This was Dream's best meal ever. The only thing he could think about the whole night was his sister.
Dream woke up, he checked the time, 8:00 am
"Perfect, I'm sure I can make it in time and even grab a cinnamon roll from the bakery!"
He said to himself quickly
He put on a black turtle neck with a green t-shirt over and put on some black cuffed jeans.
"Perfect"
Without eating breakfast he grabbed his mask, put on shoes, a jacket and headed out.
"Shit I don't know if the bakery is open now it is indeed a bit early, I'll just hope for the best"
He said to himself as he ran outside
A cold breeze hit his face as he got out. He ignored it and ran straight to the bakery.
"Yesss lucky me it's open!"
Dream headed inside but only noticed the childish blond boy
"Oh hello there"
"Hello"
"I don't know if we have introduced ourselves but I'm Dream"
"Well okay, I'm Tommy or people call me Tommy Innit sometimes because apparently I'm always in people's business which I think I'm not, so why are you here"
Tommy rolled his eyes
"I came here to get a cinnamon roll, I need it quickly"
"Whatever"
Tommy grabbed a cinnamon roll from the plate on the counter next to him and packed it in
Dream checked the time. 8:45 am
"Already?! I just wanna visit my sister in the hospital as quickly as possible"
He said quietly
"Your sister? What's up with her"
Dream could hear the worry in Tommy's voice
"Oh uhm nothing"
"Well your lying I won't give you the cinnamon roll then"
Tommy waved the cinnamon roll infringe of Dream's face
"Ugh fine, we got in a car accident a few years ago and she has been in a coma ever since"
"A few years?! How many?"
"Seven"
What are you doing dream why are you telling this stupid child about all this
Dream dropped some cash, grabbed his cinnamon roll and was on his way to the hospital
"Well that's pretty much cash-"
"Anyway I need to go now, keep the change"
"Okay bye then!"
Dream didn't answer
After he walked out the bakery he started jogging towards the hospital. He checked the time 9:05.
If I come a bit after the opening it won't do much will it?
Then it hit him, the things that Technoblade said.
Could it be? No, no one could be there.
His mind argued with itself and Dream started running in worry something would happen to his sister.
About ten another minutes passed, and there he was standing outside the hospital.
"Fuck I didn't bring any flowers or anything for her. It doesn't matter I'm sure she'll be happy to see me, right?"
Dream stared at the pearly white hospital, he walks up to the door and goes inside, there he was in front of the secretary.
"Good morning sir, here to visit anyone?"
"Good morning and yeah, I'm here to visit my sister"
"Oh what's your sisters name?"
As Dream gave the name off his sister his mind couldn't stop thinking about one thing. How did techno know that his sister woke up.
"Room 75, have a nice visit!"
"Thank you!"
Dream walked fast towards room 75, he checked some signs.
"Rooms 61-80 fourth floor" the sign said
Dream began jogging up the stairs.
A few minutes passed, there he was, right in front of his sisters room.
Finally after seven years, seven years and she's awake again
He knocked slightly on the door
"Come in"
A light voice answered
It was her. it must be her
Dream opened the door. He could see the girl with a shocked face, she was staring at his face, or his mask.
"Oh true, my mask"
Dream took of his mask, revealing his freckled face.
dreams sister POV:
"Green eyes, freckles, blond hair..."
A few minutes of silent goes by
"C-clay?"
Dreams POV:
Dream or Clay bursts into tears and runs up and hugs his sister tightly.
After a few minutes he lets go and walks up to a white chair, he sits down on it.
"I thought you would forget about me, after all those years"
His voice is trembling but he tries to keep it as calm as possible to make his sister comfortable
"I would never forget my brother silly. You look a bit old though, how old are you?"
"I'm 20"
"20?! HOW OLD AM I THEN WHAT"
"You are 14 you've been in a coma for seven years"
"SEVEN YEARS? WHAT THE ACTUAL F-"
"Oi oi chill there I see you have learned some new words from the nurses. And haven't they told you that it's been 7 years?"
"Well no-"
"Oh my god, I can't imagine that you were seven since you last were awake"
"Oh shut up-"
"I also see that they re-learned you speak quickly Ive heard that takes a while to learn especially that you've been in a coma for seven years."
Then it hit him, how did techno know she was awake
"Anyway, has anyone else visited you?"
"No"
"Go-"
"Wait actually one person, he was pretty tall and had fake goat horns he was a bit weird"
Sch-Schlatt, it must be him. But I thought I killed him a few years ago, he was there in the flaming building crying for help...
Dreams mind went crazy
"Oh that's weird I don't know if I know about any guy with fake goat horns"
Dream lied to his sister something he promised not to lie to her. But he didn't have a choice. He wanted her away from his mess.
"Claaaaaay"
"Yes?"
"It's so boring in the hospital, do you know when I'll get out of here and get to go home with you? And where is mum and dad?"
"I don't know how to tell you but"
"But?"
"They passed away in the car crash, the same crash who put you in this situation"
"Wha-what?"
"You're joking! you are lying!"
"Unfortunately I am not"
"Bu-but"
Dreams sister bursts into tears.
Dream goes up to her and hugs her tightly, they were both crying now.
"Shh it's okay it's okay, we both are okay, I have you, you have me. We can't change anything."
A few minutes of hugging and silence goes by.
"Hey do you know what kind of job I have after these years?"
"Y-yes"
"I work at a theatre! We're gonna perform Hamilton soon"
"Can I see you perform?"
"I'll ask the nurses when you'll be free to go home with me or when you can at least watch me perform!"
"Yay! Okay"
Dream smiles at his sister, a warm brotherly smile, a smile he hasn't shown in years.
He put on his mask, waved goodbye and walked out, it felt good to have a sister again.

Sorry for not updating the story again for a few days, stuff keeps happening and a lot of important streams are going on that I don't wanna miss. I hope you understand! Decided to add more characters from the Dream smp. 1500 words this time. THANK YOU GUYS FOR 70+ READS, AHH YOU GUYS ARE EPIC!
