Welcome back, my dear fans! I know you've been watchin' and waitin' for this update, so here ya go! Let's find out what happens with our main cast and the love triangle (get it, Phineas' head is a triangle heh I crack myself up) between Emma and the two brothers! One truly loves her, and the other's just influenced by a green ray! And how will Isabella and the Fireside Girls react??
"Girls, we need to have an emergency meeting. Something just happened." Isabella said, motioning all of the Fireside Girls (minus Emma) into a group. "I don't know why, but Ferb and I saw Phineas kissing Emma..."
Gasps erupted from the whole group.
"That little snake!" Ginger said.
"Why would she do that? She obviously likes Ferb!" Katie defended, confused.
"How do you know that? Maybe she moved here just for Phineas!" Holly said, crossing her arms.
"Hold on, hold on. I think we need to get all sides of the story before we jump to conclusions." Adyson put her hands up, motioning with her head to Emma's house.
"What side of the story does she have to tell? She kissed MY Phineas! Besides, Ferb and I are working on making them jealous." Isabella huffed.
"Ooh, how?" Milly asked.
"We're pretending to be dating, and if they are going to be like that, then they can have each other! Conniving cheaters..." their chief grumbled.
Adyson took Katie by the arm and turned around. "We're going to find out what happened, Kate. C'mon." she said. "Isabella, we have to do something for those programs! Good luck, chief!" she said and the two ran out the gate and quietly snuck up to Emma's backyard door, where they found her sitting beside the house with her head in her arms, crying her eyes out.
"Emma, what happened?" Katie asked, crouching down in front of her.
"I- I... I didn't mean to... he snu- snuck up on me!" Emma sobbed, looking up.
"You didn't mean to what?" Adyson asked, sitting next to her.
"Isabella probably... ha-hates me! Phin-Phineas kissed me, and I tri-tried to escape, but he wouldn't let go!" she said, crying even harder, putting her head in her hands. "Oh, I'm so stupid!"
"Why would Phineas do that? That doesn't sound like something he'd do..." Katie looked at Adyson confused.
"Did you notice anything before that? Was he acting weird?" Adyson asked, looking back at Emma sympathetically.
She looked up and gasped, wiping away a tear. "He got shot with this weird, green ray!"
Katie and Adyson looked at each other and grinned. "AHA!" they said at the same time.
"What?" Emma asked.
"Green ray! So, it's not Phineas, it must have been some kind of ray to make him fall in love or something!" Adyson realized. "We have to do something, but I don't know what to do... before we get you and Ferb together, we might have to come up with a side plan to fix whatever the crap just happened."
"Problem is, Isabella and Ferb saw, and now they want to make you and Phineas jealous by pretending to be together." Katie sighed.
"Th-they what? Ouch..." Emma frowned and went silent. All of a sudden, a voice rang out from next door. It was a voice she knew.
"Oh, FERBY, stop it!" Isabella giggled, and then she heard Ferb's laugh. His sweet, soft, and mystifying laugh... and he was using it to flirt with her ex-best friend.
Emma heard her use the nickname she had thought of the day before and burst into tears again. "That was what I was gonna call him..." she cried, and Adyson and Katie both hugged her, helping her on her feet.
"Isabella's being a brat. We have to do something. I have an idea! Where's Phineas?" Adyson asked, running out of the gate and coming back with Phineas in tow.
"What's he doing here?" Emma mumbled.
Phineas looked at her and she saw a small pink flash in his eyes. "Hey, cutie, where you been my whole life?" he winked.
"STOP IT!" she screamed and got up, running to her back door.
The pink flash faded from his eyes. "Wh-what just happened? Emma, are you okay?" he asked, in his normal tone.
"What's wrong with you, Phineas? Why did you kiss me?" Emma growled furiously.
"KISS YOU? Why would I do that? I like Isabella, for crying out loud! Wait, did I say that out loud?" he blushed, his cheeks turning bright red.
Emma's face softened as she realized that Phineas was just under some sort of love spell. "I'll let it pass as long as you don't do it again." she said, putting a finger up.
"I don't even REMEMBER kissing you, why would I do it again?" he asked, putting his hands in the air. Emma laughed and walked up to him, putting out her hand. "Let's go get our crushes back, then."
"Sounds good to me!" Phineas shook her hand and nodded, then the pink flash came again for a split second and he hugged her tightly.
"Phineas... what are you-" she started pulling away, then saw the flash disappear. "Oh, whatever, it's not even you."
"Sorry, sorry! I really honestly have no clue what's going on, it's like the world goes black for a few seconds and then I wake back up!" Phineas backed up, putting his head in his palms. "I hope I didn't mess up your relationship with Ferb..."
"Well, I think now, it's just a race against the clock. If you're already experiencing flashes, how long until the 'pink' side of you takes over?" Adyson piped up.
"I hope it doesn't... what will break the spell, though?" Phineas asked, getting cold sweats.
"I would say you could build one, but I think this might be a little complicated, considering we don't know what's actually wrong with you." Katie said quietly.
"So, it's just the four of us against the rest of them? This is gonna be hard..." Emma sighed, sitting down. "Might as well just get used to Phineas here, then..." she jokingly stated.
Katie and Adyson started laughing their heads off, but Phineas' face went bright red.
"I didn't mean to kiss you, I swear!!" he muttered.
"I'm just teasing, Phineas, no need to take it so seriously!" Emma smiled, and he smiled back.
"Okay, okay. Let's come up with a plan. First of all, Ferb and Isabella are already working on trying to make you jealous, so I think the way to go is to fight fire with fire and pretend you guys are a thing too. I don't think they'll listen if you try to defend yourself, so we're just gonna have to fight a war, guys."
"But how is that going to help if we both are pretending to like the other one?! That's absurd!" Emma blurted out, pointing at Phineas.
"Hey, I'm not that bad!" Phineas said, putting his hands on his hips.
"Yeah, but you're not my type, dingus!" Emma rolled her eyes.
The pink in his eyes highlighted again.
"Oh no!" Emma cried.
"I could be if ya let me, toots!" he winked, and Emma grumbled and turned around.
"Shut up! I don't like you!" she replied and hid behind Adyson.
Adyson laughed at the scene before her eyes. "Oh, man, Katie... this is going to be a fun patch to earn. What should we call it?"
Katie thought for a second, and then her eyes lit up. "The 'MatchBREAKER Patch!'"
"Oh for crying out loud, you guys! Before you start thinking up names, GET THIS CREEP OUT OF MY FACE OR SO HELP ME!" she screamed, running around the backyard, Phineas following her.
He snapped out of it seconds later.
"What in the- I'm so sorry, Emma!" he grinned awkwardly.
"Yeah, I'm kind of glad you're not like that... poor Isabella..." Emma giggled and Phineas shot her a mean glare.
"Yeah, she's dating my brother though, so that's going just peachy, isn't it..." he groaned and sat down.
"Aww, Phin! Don't worry about it, we'll get them back. Well, if you're not gonna say something, I will! Hey, Phineas, I know what we're gonna do tomorrow!" she said enthusiastically. "Come on, say it with me now!"
Phineas looked up and smiled. "Hey, Emma... I know what we're gonna do tomorrow." he said softly.
"Louder, Phineas, louder!" she said, pretending to turn up an imaginary dial.
"Hey, Emma, I know what we're gonna do tomorrow!" he said a little too loudly, and the house next door went deathly quiet. "Oops..."
Emma laughed. "It's okay, now they won't be suspicious!" she giggled and stood up.
"Alright, guys, ready to fix whatever the heck just happened?" Adyson asked, smiling.
"GOOOO TEAM!" they whisper-yelled, so as to not attract attention from next door.
