"What did you want from me...." He was about to spill all his anger over Hailey as soon as he saw her standing alone with her back turned towards him, on the rooftop but stopped when she turned around on his voice and ran to hug him tightly. She started crying in his chest and her sudden display of vulnerability caught him off guard. He stood there frozen for a moment and then gently pulled her away.
"What happened?" He asked.
"He left me. He said I'm not what he wanted, he ditched me Shawn" She said within sobs and grabbed him quickly to hug him tighter this time. The cold wind on rooftop made her body shiver and being a gentleman Shawn couldn't pulled her away or let her cry like that.
"It will be alright" He said putting his hand finally on her back.

Sipping her glass of wine, she looked around. She was definitely searching for someone but was disappointed because he was nowhere to be seen.
"Looking for someone?" Brian said taking a seat beside her.
"No..why would I?" She replied.
"Cause you want to talk to him." He said.
"Who are you talking about" She said as she didn't have any idea.
"Camila you know I'm talking bout your boo, Shawn" he told her.
"What" she said in surprise.
"Yes Camila I know everything, though he wasn't planning to do so but he did tell me that you guys are so-called friends now" He replied twitching his fingers.
"Where's your friend by the way?" She asked trying to be smart.
"See..I knew you were looking for him" he said with a victory smile.
"Brian! " She said in annoyance.
"Come on Camila you can trust me and tell me everything" He said with a sigh.
"Why would I tell you, you are Shawn's friend not mine" She replied sipping wine from her glass.
"Cause according to him I've broken the bro-code and he'll never gonna trust me" he told.
"Wha- What kinda bro code" she asked with a confused frown.
"I told you the whole story of how he was madly in love with you" he said placing his elbows on the counter now facing the crowd. "See I lost my friend coz of you Camila, so now it's your time to payback" He added.
"Shut up! Brian, don't be ridiculous" She said while standing up from her seat, putting her glass on the counter.
"Where you going?" He asked.
"Home....I guess I'm tired now" She told him.
"Wait.. Shawn would be right there anywhere, he'll drop you home" He suggested, thinking of his friend.
"I'm not kid Brian, I can go alone.. thanks, see you again" She said picking up her clutch and waving at him before leaving.

Shawn parked his car in front of Hailey's apartment. He wasn't planning to drop Hailey at her home but the gentleman his parents raised didn't allow him to left her on her own in that condition.
"Won't you come in?" She offered him sitting in the passenger seat. Her voice was heavy due to previous crying.
"No.." He said directly.
"Okay, as you wish" She said with a disappointed voice. "Look Shawn" she said further and sighed "I know what I did was really wrong and I'm not in a position to apologise but what you did for me today means alot to me. I really appreciate that" She added.
"It's ok Hailey, I don't wanna talk about our past and what I did today was just a human thing to do, I think if anyone would've been in my place, should do the same" He replied.
"Not everyone has a pure heart like you Shawn, you really has a heart of gold. I shouldn't have let it go" She said regretting her past deeds.
"As I said Hailey, I don't care what happened in the past and it happened for good. You should go and take some rest now" He said in annoyance. He didn't wanted to be rude so he tried to be as polite as he could.
"Okay Shawn, see you then and again thanku for today" She said before leaving.
Shawn took a sigh of relief as soon as she left and drove his car to his hotel.

Sun was shining bright as Camila woke up. She usually didn't sleep that long but the tiredness from the last night made her to sleep little longer and deeper. Trying to open her eyes, she picked her phone from the bedside to see a text from Ethan.
"Be ready Camila I'll pick you up at 11 am, We're going on a house hunt" Ethan
She remembered she had told him that she needed a house in LA and he said he would help her up. She quickly looked at the clock and cursed herself coz it was already 10 am. She got up quickly without wasting another minute to dress up and be ready for the venture.

"What Brian" Shawn spoke on his phone while pulling out his underwear from the drawer in the dressing room. He just woke up and had a meeting in 2 hrs with a music director, he'll be working with for his new album.
"Nothing, just checking if you are fine" he replied.
"Of course I am, what would've happen to me" Shawn said.
"Anything..you weren't at party lately, Camila was looking for you" Brian told him.
"Who was looking for me" His breath hitched on listening her name.
"Camila" Brian said firmly.
"Wha- why, I mean" He didn't know what to ask. In that moment he wanted nothing but to go back in time and went to Camila instead of Hailey and asked her if she was feeling the same way as him.
"Bro, I was expecting the same reaction from you but, I'll tell you only when you tell me where you were been at night" Brian asked again availing the opportunity.
"Oh come on dude you know I hate it, I hate when someone play games with me, especially in case of Camila, so open your fuckin mouth now" He said desperately.
"No, not that easily Mendes, you're forgetting from whom I've learned to play games huh, now first answer my question, put a renewal stamp on our friendship and there would be no secrets between us, I promise" Brian responded.
"Ok,"He sighed in defeat. "I had a meeting now but I'll visit you, where you staying at by the way?" He asked.
"At Connor's place of course, you were too busy to ask your friend before" Brian taunted.
"Shut up! I'll meet you there then" He replied and hung up.

"Ethan!" Camila said to Ethan who was driving the car.
"Ethan!" She said now more aggressively."I'm talking to you..why are you ignoring"
He didn't look at her and keep driving, acting like he didn't listen what she said.
"Ok, so now you'll do this to me" She said binding her arms on her chest."As you wish..if you don't wanna talk, then I'm not dying to talk to you either"
Ethan didn't move his head trying to focus on road. Throughout their whole house hunting venture, he didn't speak an extra word to her, only talked when it was important to speak. Camila obviously noticed his behaviour and realised the conditions in which they left each other last time. He was angry at her because of inviting Shawn and more importantly leaving with him at the same night. She wanted to tell Ethan and clear things up but he wasn't letting her to do so.
"Can you stop the car there, I've to grab some snacks for my midnight cravings" She said pointing towards the bakery. Ethan parked the car without saying a word.
Camila rolled her eyes and hopped out of the car leaving him alone. She picked up her favourite sweets, chocolates and nuts, grabbed the packs with her small hands to move towards the counter. Her head was hanging down looking at the things in her hands to keep an eye on them not to fall as she came near the counter but bumped into tall figure who just turned back from there. Camila moved her head up to meet the most beautiful hazel eyes with blonde hair reaching to her shoulders. Her tight blue jeans was fitted perfectly to her long legs and black jacket on her slim figure made her look the most stylish girl on earth.
"Camila!" The tall girl said in excitement.
