Mya P.O.V.
We walked into the school and laughter rang in my ears.
"Slut!", one called.
"Whore!", said another.
Tears began to stream. I began to run out. I was already out the door when Justin took my hand.
"Listen. I'm here Mya. You don't have to be afraid.", he reassured.
"But you must be embarrassed Justin! You should be. They're right. I am a slut.", I said crying heavily.
"Baby no your not. And I don't care what they think. In fact I think you were pretty sexy.", he said winking.
I laughed silently. He wiped my tears off and kissed me on the cheek.
"Come on.", he said.
I took his hand and we walked back in. We headed to my locker when I heard
"Hey!"
I groaned. "Oh no.", I said.
"Hey Mya. You know damn well you can't mix chocolate with vanilla.", she said laughing. The halls erupted with laughter. I ignored her but a thought occurred to me why there were always no teachers around. When I came back into reality I heard Justin say,
"Oh Jade. I'm amused by you. Actually you can mix chocolate with vanilla. Ever heard of an Oreo? I hear you eat plenty of those.", he said laughing. I laughed and so did everyone else.
Jade's face fumed and she stomped off.
"Come on Mya. Lets go.", he said.
Today was great. It was a bully-free day. Justin was by my side the whole day through. We sat together in lunch and he never failed to leave my side. It was an amazing day. After school he walked me home.
At my from porch he asked,
"Hey Mya um if you don't have any plans um do you want to hang out tomorrow?", he asked.
"Of course.", I said giggling.
