Recap:
Once there I lay Julie on the bed and I get on top of her. I pull away with Julie and I both breathing heavy.
Julie places her hand on my arm and she looks at me softly when she says words I never thought she would ever say.
"Make love to me."

Present
Tatum's POV:
I wake up to the sound of my phone going off. I slowly open my eyes and I try to move when I feel a weight. The events of the night before hit me as I look down to see Julie sleeping with her head on my chest.
I smile as I run my fingers through her hair and kiss the top of her head. I reach for my phone on the nightstand and see that it's Hailey calling me at 3 am.
"Yes?" I say quietly when I answer the phone.
"Hey, you need to come in," Hailey says and I groan.
"Why Hailes? It's 3 am," I say as Julie shifts to move herself closer to me.
"Because we got more people coming in," she says and I sigh.
"Can you please get Williams to come in?" I ask her.
"Why?" She asks annoyed.
"I'm with someone," I says slowly and I hear silence.
"Excuse me!" Hailey screeches after a few seconds and I wince, "This better not be a random hook up Tatum. I expected better from you."
"I hope it's not," I say softly as I admire Julie.
"Oh my gosh. You're with Julie, aren't you," she says.
"Yeah," I say not even trying to deny it, "I am."
"Alright, fine. I'll call in Williams, I'll leave you two be," Hailey says and I smile.
"Thanks Hailey. I'll see you later."
"Sounds good, bye Tate."
We hang up and I set my phone back on the nightstand. I wrap my arm around Julie and close my eyes. As I'm about to fall back asleep, I feel a kiss placed on my neck. After that, I doze off.

The sunlight beams into the bedroom as I wake up. I reach over to the other side of the bed and fell coldness. My eyes shoot open and I look to not see Julie. I sit up quickly and see that none of her clothes are in the room.
I get up, get dressed, freshen up, then walk outside my room. I sigh sadly when I don't see Julie. My heart breaks and tears start to slowly stream down my face.
As I go to walk back into my room the door to my apartment opens. I walk over to see Julie coming in. My eyes are wide as I stare at her. "Good morning," she says with a bright smile.
"Morning," I quietly respond.
"What's wrong?" She asks as she walks towards me.
"I-I thought you left," I say and Julie's face softens.
She sets the things down that she was holding and walks to me. "Now why would I do that?" She asks me as she wipes away my tears then wraps her arms around my neck.
"I don't know, I just thought-," I say but get cut off when Julie connects her lips to mine.
"I'm not leaving," Julie says when we pull away and I smile.
"Can I take you out on a date tomorrow?" I ask.
Julie smiles, "Of course."
She kisses me one last time before grabbing the bags she brought in. "I left to get breakfast. I got bagels and fruit," Julie says as she walks to the kitchen.
I watch as she walks over when I realize something. "Are you wearing my clothes?" I ask with a smirk as I walk towards her.
A blush rises to Julie's cheeks and I chuckle. "It's cute," I whisper in her ear as I wrap my arms around her waist from behind.
"Shut up," she says with a smile as she gets the food out.
"Thank you for getting breakfast," I say as I kiss the side of her head.
"You are very welcome," Julie says as she turns to face me.
"You're so beautiful," I tell her as I place a hand on her cheek.
Juli smiles and lays her head on my chest. Someone knocks on the door and I look at it confused. Julie pulls way from me, "Take care of that while I get breakfast together."
I nod and walk over. I open the door and see my sister. "Hey Hope," I say nervously as I close the door a little so she can only see me.
"Why did I have to hear from our cousin that you slept with Julie?" Hope asks with a small glare.
"Sorry?" I say like a question.
"If Julie hurts you in any way Tatum, I swear-," Hope says but an angelic voice cuts her off.
"I won't Hope," Julie says taking the door handle from my grip and opening it wider, "You're sister means a lot to me. She always have. I have no intentions of hurting her."
"Alright," Hope says cautiously.
"I'm okay Hope," I tell her and her face softens.
Hope nods with a small smile. "I'll see you later Tater Tot," Hope says making me roll my eyes and Julie laugh.
"Ok, bye Hope."
"Bye Tate, bye Julie."
I close the door and turn to face Julie. "Nice talk Tater Tot," Julie says while laughing.
"Shut up," I say while lightly shoving her.
Julie laughs more and walks back to the kitchen.
I have a good feeling about this.

"So," Hailey says walking next to me, "How is everything with Julie?"
"We have a date tomorrow," I say as we get to the preparation room.
"Are you serious?" Hailey asks with a smile.
"Yeah, I asked this morning," I say as I get ready for surgery.
"That's great Tatum. I'm happy for you," Hailey says making me smile.
"Thank you. Now, are you ready?" I ask once finished.
"Let's get going."

"Well, doesn't someone look tired," I hear once I enter my office.
"Hey, Jules," I say with a tired smile.
"The surgery was that long?" She asks as I take my jacket off.
"Yeah, but it was a success. So that's all that matters," I say as I sit in the couch.
"That's great," Julie says standing in front of me.
I smile up at her and grab her hands. She straddles me and I place my hands on her waist. "How much longer are you here?" She ask as I lay my head on her chest.
"Till two," I mumble and she runs her fingers through my hair.
"I brought dinner for you," Julie says and I tighten my hold on her.
"Not right now. I'm tired and I just want to hold you," I say and I feel her kiss the top of my head.
Julie gets off of me and stands up. "Lay down," she tells me.
"Why?" I ask confused.
"Just do it please," she says.
I lay down on the couch then Julie lays on top of me. She nuzzles her head into my neck and I wrap my arms around her. "Get some rest, I'll wake you up when you're needed," Julie tells me and I smile.
"Thanks JJ."
"Of course, Tay. Now go to sleep," she says then kisses my neck.
I close my eyes and fall asleep.

"Tatum," I hear as someone shakes me lightly, "Tate, wake up."
"What?" I say as I open my eyes.
"Hailey came in, she said she needs you," Julie says as she stands up.
I look at my watch and see that it's midnight. "Are you going back to the apartment?" I ask Julie as she puts her jacket on.
"Yeah," she responds.
"Are you sure? You can sleep here and we can head back together. It's late and I just want to make sure you're okay," I say and Julie smiles.
"I'll be okay, I'll call if I need you," Julie says as she stands in front of me.
"Promise?"
"I promise Tay Tay," she says with a smile.
"See you in a little JJ."
"See you in a little," Julie says pulling me in for a kiss.
Julie leaves the room and I smile as she walks out. Right after Hailey walks into the room. "Time to get to work," Hailey says with a smile making me roll my eyes.
"Alright, let's go."
