Hoodie's POV~ 2 weeks ago (when Y/n passed out)
Its been three days and masky refuses to come out of Dr smiley's Infirmary, or eat. I know it has something to do with Y/n but what? I mean he said he hated her pretty much, what changed his mind? It kind of hurts because he's my best friend, and I feel like he's hiding something. I mean he could talk to me if he wanted. But then again im happy for him because he's actually trying for once. And if something did happen to me, he won't be left with just Tim.
I walk into the TV room and everyone stops talking right when I walk in. They all do that when their talking about one of us proxy's, but if they get caught their in trouble, because if you have a problem with one of us, you have a problem with all of us. that's how it always goes.
They don't care about Toby though cause none of the proxy's like him, only a few of the residents here do. Like Eyeless Jack or EJ for short, right from the start he was patient with his stuttering. He hangs out with him a lot too, they always go off some where and don't come back till the next day or late at night. And its not even a mission, no one even knows where they go. No one cares anymore, they gave up cause they could never found anything out.
"So who are we talking about?" I said as I sat down in a chair in front of them. They all had nervous faces so i knew it was about masky. "Come on he's not here, I don't care I wont tell him. I want to know just as much as y'all." I said, hoping someone would tell me. I looked at jane I knew she was the biggest gossip here I gestured for here to speak.
She nodded her head and proceeded to say, "well we all heard that masky was in trouble for something he said to Y/n before she passed out, and that its his fault. so he's being punished by slender and Eyeless Jack, where he can't leave the infirmary till she wakes up." Jane said and then a bunch if other stuff about how she's worried about Y/n's. I just nodded my head, and went out of the house because i had a mission in 30 minutes. So i thought what the hell, why not get a start on it.
Masky's POV
As I was sitting by Y/n's bed I couldn't help but think why, why me. Why did I get stuck with her?
"Its because your a prick" Tim said.
"Im not a prick, why don't you shut up.
Touché I see, just admit you were mean to her for no reason, she just wanted to be your friend. Why, i don't know. I don't even want to be in your head. Tim stated.
"So what, I don't see why she should care, she doesn't even know me. I don't even know why she got so upset?" I said back.
"So what? Are you an idiot? Don't you remember what slender first said when hoodie asked why she was becoming a proxy" Tim asked.
"Ugh... No." I said confused.
"Of course you don't. He said 'that he saw her kill her parents Er.. Well mom and some guy'. And did you notice how tense she gets at the slightest touch of someone else, even smile dog." Tim said. I didn't know where he was going with this.
"Uhh... I don't follow? Just spit it out." I replied.
"Come on masky, your smarter then that. Did you notice that when you where going off on her the only thing that upset her was when you called her worthless?" Tim said in hopes of getting through to me.
"Yeah i noticed all that but, all it does is confuse me more what does any of it have to do with each other." I asked even more confused.
"Okay listen pee brain, she must have been abused, hence the not wanting to be touched by anyone, killing her mom and that guy. And she must have been verbally abused too. because she got way more upset when you said the word worthless. That must have triggered what ever happened." Tim said. Omg it all made since now. And it was my fault, she just wanted to be my friend, but why? No one likes me anyway, so why me?
"I don't know why don't you ask her. Just try to be her friend. We both know your afraid of getting close to her, because she's like jay, and you lost him. So your afraid you'll lose her too." Tim said, he promised never to bring up jay again. Its my fault jay's dead. I got him into that mess. But he's right, he's always right and it pisses me off. I hate Tim so much sometimes.
"Well what am I supposed to do? Like i said to Eyeless, she probably doesn't want to see me again." I stated.
"And like Eyeless said, you'll never know if you don't try. Just try and get to know her. When she wakes up tell her your sorry, and that you wanna be her friend." Tim said in a sassy tone, I know if he wasn't in my head right now he would be smirking, i could her it in his voice. But he was right im not leaving her side till she wakes up.
"Have I ever told you how much I hate you." I growled out at him. I could just hear him chuckle.
"Yes, I know dummy we're the same person remember." Tim said, while laughing.
"Oh yeah.... I forget that sometimes." I mumbled to myself.
Hoodie's POV
I just got back from my mission. It was successful though, just like always. It would have been quicker with masky there though. I just stared at the night sky as I walked through the slender woods.
I arrived at the front porch and sat down on the stairs. I pull out my pack and grabbed a cigarette and put in back in my pocket. Then I pulled put my lighter i bought just so masky couldn't say i lost mine. I lit my cigarette and right then I saw Eyeless and Toby walking up to the house, I quickly hid behind a tree covered by some bushes.
I put my cigarette out on the tree, so i wasn't spotted. I knew I shouldn't be snooping but i was bored plus, everyone knows I have dirt on everyone. That's mainly why their so quiet around me because, I will black mail you in a beat of a heart. I saw them stop a little ways away from the mansion.
Jack said that he needed to go collect more kidney's or he wouldn't have anything to eat tomorrow.
And Toby said okay jacky ill see you tomorrow. Jacky? I thought to myself, why would he call him jacky? Then I knew why... jack took off his mask, which he rarely does. And kisses Toby on the cheek real quick before putting it back on. They then went there separate ways.
Omg are they secretly dating? Or is it just a casual thing? What ever it is this is something that won't ever leave my mouth. I don't know how the house hold would react to this. Im cruel, but not that cruel. Im not messing up someone's relationship.
I then relit my cigarette and finished it off real quick before heading up to my room. I wanted to check on masky first. I go to open the door but then stop when I hear him mumbling to someone.
Must have been Tim, im just going to leave him alone. I know how he gets after talking with Tim. I just headed on to bed. Ill talk to him when Y/n wakes up, because I know Tim will be keeping him company while she's out.
I took my pain medicine and opened a can of beer to take it with. I then laid in bed and drifted off.
