It's not what you could of said
More or less
What you never did say
The words that slip off
Your blunt tipped tounge
Was a citrus lullaby
Of lip twisting persuasions
Our relationship wasnt perfect
It was full of paranoia
And heart wrenching
Loneliness
And nights up wanting your embrace
Wanting to hear that same
"I love you"
But did you truely even mean that?
Everything was empty
Like a desolate
Black hole, light could not escape
Your toxic pull
I was suffocating
Without even realizing
Your thick perfume drawing me in
Darling
Your thoughts are twisted.
Like Rose's with all the thorns
Your anger
Sharp
It stabbed my finger tips
The red blood staining its
White perfect petals
I hated the way
You drew me in
When I so much just wanted to escape
A record that wouldnt stop scratching
Every night loving something
That wasnt really mine
I hate you
Honestly
The way you articulate your words
The way your teeth rubbed against
Your pink flushed lips
When you smiled
Or that laugh, it makes everyone
Around you Laugh.
I hate it.
Your beautiful honestly
Too beautiful
Your imperfections
Only so many people can love
It kills slowly darling
Oh how it sweetly kills.
But you wont ever see past your
Own looking glass
Your in love with yourself, sweetie.
And its apparent.
