When I get home, I throw on some black leggings and a purple sweatshirt and flop on my bed to answer Mayas facetime call.
"hey Maya" I smile as I answer her call
"omg did you hear what happened?" Maya asks not even saying hi back
"no that was rude" I fake pout
"not the time girl, chase shoved landon against a locker because he was checking out his girl"
Why do I kind of feel jealous
"I didn't know he had a girlfriend?" I ask
"I don't think he does maybe he likes someone" she shrugs
"not sure" I laugh
"anyways can u help me with this math thing, mr burns didn't even explain it" she laughs, and I nod

I pull into Mayas driveway since I'm driving her to school today.
"good morning ells" she smiles as she gets into my car

"ugh, oo you look cute today" she tells me pulling out her phone
"thanks, you too" I reply pulling out of the driveway
I just kept it normal today and wore some ripped jeans and one of my stepdads big t- shirts
"it's so basic I woke up so late" I giggle

When we get to school we get out of the car and start walking to the door when I fell an arm go around my shoulder and I look up to see the one and only chase Smithins
"what do you think your doing?" I ask
"play along sweetheart" he winks leaning down to kiss my forehead
I feel the heat in my checks burn
"your cute when you blush" he smiles using his teeth, that's new
I look to my side to see Bryce and Maya giggling
"you have science right?" he asks me

I go to sit down in the back of class while the teacher starts doing roll call I notice that chase sits next to me.
"why are you sitting near me now?" I half whisper to him

Before I can even answer I hear
"elliana browden" the teacher calls
"here" I raise my hand and she nod moving on
I look back over at chase and see him looking at me smiling

I tilt my head and he look away with a dark red forming on his cheeks

I giggle and pull out my phone
"chase smithins" the teacher calls
"here" he says in a deep husky voice that I would fall for any d-

I watch him as he gets up and walks out the door without the teacher even noticing
He never gets in trouble how!
I start wondering where he is for five minutes when I hear my phone buzz
Unknown: come outside. Now
Me: who is this?
I'm pretty sure its chase but I want to hear him say it
Unknown: the police. Come out I'm bored.
Me: hold on
I raise my hand asking if I can use the bathroom and she nods to I grab my things and walk outside
When I walk out I see chase on his phone leaning on a motorcycle which is his I'm pretty sure is his
I walk up to him and cross my arms on my chest and fake cough
He looks up and smiles
"hey ellie" he winks
I avert my eyes
"anyways hop on" he says calmly
"on that no way" I scoff
"come on it won't be that bad I promise"
"I can't get on that ill like fall off or something" I panic
I've never been on a motorcycle I don't know how it works!
"you can't fall of Ellie, it will be fine just hold on to me and you can have my helmet" he says
"what about you don't you need a helmet?" I ask and I get behind him
"that is my helmet, I don't wear one, but my mom thinks I do so I have to have it" he shrugs

He laughs
"feel special I don't let people on here with me" he tells me as I put my arms around his waist and I immediately get butterflies in my stomach! why
He tenses up a bit, so I think he felt it too.
"you don't even bring your girlfriends on here after you break their hearts" I ask amused as he drives out the parking lot
"nope" he smiles, and I roll my eyes
"so, where are we going?" I ask as I trace the indents in his abs with my fingers
"you'll see" he smiles
I continue to trace his stomach and I feel him tense; did I do something wrong oh god.
"s-sorry" I stutter pulling away, but he grabs my hands and puts them back
"don't stop." He instructs me
I just sigh and look around continuing

"alight hop off were here" he says getting off
I try to undo the strap on the helmet, but it gets stuck
"here" he says and helps me with it
After we take it off I realize how close we are to each other with our noses touching
After what seems like a year of starting into each other's eyes he pulls away scratching the back of his neck
"okay come on" he says, and I look around to see were in the middle of no where
"your kidnapping me" I asked confused
"not even close" he says and grabs my hand and starts walking on on a trail
"where are we?" I ask after a couple minutes
"a cliff" he says calmly?
"a cliff?" I ask and he nods
This place was really beautiful and sure enough we arrive at the top of a cliff with an ocean and water fall at the bottom.
"oh my god.." I gasp
"what!?" he turns around
"it's beautiful" I smile, and he smiles using his teeth
"not as beautiful as you" he winks
"ha ha" I fake laugh and he chuckle
He sits down with his legs dangling off of the cliff..
"you going to slip and fall" I tell him sitting down a little behind him
"no, I'm not its fine come on sit next to me" he pulls me up next to him, so my feet are dangling too
"your fine ill make sure you don't fall" he whispers in my ear giving me the chills
"you want to play twenty questions?" he asks me
"sure" I say
"what's your favorite color?" he asks
"purple or grey, you?"
"black" I giggle
"favorite food?" I ask
"blueberry muffins" he smiles proudly
"favorite type of flower?" he asks

"roses" I smile
He nods
"dream car" I ask
"I can have any car I want sweetheart" he smiles
I roll my eyes
"do you have a boyfriend?" he asks
"um, n-no, not that its any of your business" I stutter
Why am I stuttering he's going to think I'm lying!
"then whose shirt are you wearing?" he asks in a serious tone
"my stepdads, I woke up late this morning, so I just threw on clothes" I laugh
"your mom remarried?" he asks, and I nod
"okay" he mumbles to himself
"who were you talking about yesterday when you shoved landon on the locker?" I ask and he looks down at the water
"you" he says in a clear voice now looking at the waterfall
