"Cause imma get my ex bitch back, have her on some "How you got it like dat?"!!" Ari, Shae, Lay and I screamed in unison.
It was the day before Thanksgiving and I was so ready for the Holidays. The girls and I were all riding in my car, and the guys were riding in Jays.
I convinced everyone to do it this way because Jay and I haven't talked since Five Guys. He'll call, ask if I'm good, I'll answer and he'll hang up. It's just awkward between us, I didn't mean to hurt him. But what we not finna do is "You mine." or "Can't nobody fuck with you but me." each other to death. That's just a way for females to be out here looking dumb, and I like titles, confirmation. If you mine, lemme know straight up.
We were going down to the mountains for the weekend. That's one thing I love about North Carolina, we got cities, beaches, mountains; and youn even have to drive more than 3 hours.
"Niy who Bryia?" Ari asked.
"Jay ex, why?" I mugged.
"She posted up with some dude name Von, talm bout sum you need to plan Jay funeral." She explained.
"Von, as in my ex Von?" Lay questioned.
"Yeah, pass me my phone." I gripped the steering wheel.
Shae passed me my phone and I dialed Jays number.
"Niy you understand we driving right?" He said as soon as the call connected.
"Yes smartass, pull over at the next exit. We want Chick-fl-a." I lied my ass off.
I knew if I told him now, he'd turn his car around.
"Alright bruh." He huffed and hung up.
"ALrIgHt BrUh." I mocked rolling my eyes.
"Y'all still ain't made up?" Shae laughed.
"Bitch no, and I'm tired of him talking to me like I'm his homeboy." I ranted pulling in Chick-fl-a.
I got out the car and mugged Jay.
"How tf y'all ain't talking but y'all matching?" Sosa instigated.
"Boy tf ever he just wanna be me." I rolled my eyes.
"Aniya you understand we bought these fucking outfits together." He said, pushing my forehead with his index finger.
I brought my hand up and connected it to his face. He pushed me back into the hood of the car. I started swinging on him, while he tried to hold me back.
"Niy chill tf out yo!" He yelled.
"That's exactly why yo wack ass finna get killed! People got money on your head but yo dumbass wanna sit up here and argue about stupid shit. IM SCARED JAY'SHAWN!" I yelled back.
"The hell is you talm bout?"
"That half a girlfriend you called yourself having done started fucking with Von."
"What the fuck." He mumbled up underneath his breath letting me go.
"Yea what the fuck. Why you ain't kill her when you had the chance?" I rolled my neck.
"She was pregnant Niy, A whole mf baby was in her. Ion care if I wasn't mine, I ain't killing no innocent kid. I said I would handle her after she dropped!"
"Yk what" I chuckled lowly "If you wanna get mad at me for dumb shit go off. But I'll be dammed if I know you could get dropped off at any moment and we sitting here arguing."
I walked into Chick-fl-a and walked to the bathrooms. I locked the door and slid down it with my head in my hands.
I just don't understand why he taking this shit so lightly. We don't know when or how this shit gonna explode in our face, but I know when it does it'll be catastrophic.

"This shit fye." Zay nodded his head as we walked into the cabin.
"Okay rooms" Ari squealed "Shae and Zay, y'all up stairs to the left. Lay and Ant, right around the corner to the right. Sosa and I are upstairs to the right. Niy and Jay y'all are straight down this hallway to the right." She finished.
Everyone looked at me and Jay, I rolled my eyes and attempted to grab my suitcase. Jay picked it up and walked down the hallway.
"Y'all messy as thee fuck." I shook my head following behind him.
"I can sleep on the couch if you want me to." He blurted out after I got in the room.
"You can sleep in here Jay." I said softly, I wasn't mad. Just confused.
He nodded and went out to patio, I sighed and sat down on the bed.
"Entering, I'm coming in." Sosa barged in with his hand over his eyes.
"Boy what the hell?" I laughed.
"Ian know if y'all was finna be having makeup sex." He shrugged.
"Whatcha want Salsa?" I rolled my eyes.
"Where Jay at? We needa talk bout business."
"JAY!" I screamed, he walked in from the patio.
"Wassup?" He asked.
"Sosa need you." I shrugged.
"Come on fam." He said leaving out the room looking back at me.
My poor baby look like a sad puppy, too bad.
"The official bad bitches are here." Lay stuck her tongue out coming in. Shae waddled behind her rubbing her 6 month belly.
"Hello loves." I said patting my bed.
"So y'all good?" Ari asked eating some chips.
"Shiddd nah not really." I scratched my neck.
"Y'all be good by next week." Shae shrugged eating gummy worms.
"Y'all I think I love him." I bit my lip.
"We know." Lay stale-faced me.
"Y'all share the most genuine, true, and classic love its honestly beautiful." Shae shook her head.
"One thing I admire about y'all is that no matter what happens, or what type terms y'all are on. Jay has never once disrespected you, he adores you." Ari added on.
"I'll catch him just starting at you, like you're some typa diamond that's only one of a kind. He just observes you like every little thing you do is perfect to him." Lay ranted.
By this point I was starting to tear up, I knew we shared something deep. But love, I didn't think that still existed.
"Tell em sis. You can't do nun but tell." Ari finished up.
"Ugh I hate y'all." I sniffed.
"Mhm we know." Shae nodded.
We all went in for a hug, collapsing on the bed.
"Aye I got her." I heard Jay say before I fell asleep.
