Darkness fades away as soon as the the sun replaces the moon.It was already six in the morning and I should've been on my way to University right now but here I am,still stucked in my bed.I glanced at my ankle and somehow it was less sorer than yesterday but I still opted to skip class today.I covered my face with pillows and tried to sleep more but my door suddenly went opened showing off Dahyun and Tzuyu.I rolled my eyes by the sudden interuption caused by my friends.
"Hey,Chaengchaeng,How was your wound and your ankle?"Dahyun asked,
"I'm fine Dubu"I obviously stated and covered my face again with a blanket this time
"aren't you going to university today?" Dubu askes again,
"I don't think she would,Dahyun. Knowing this cub,obviously she'd rather skip than face Mina and everyone else today" Tzuyu replied wittily
"Oh,so you choose to avoid Mina huh?"Dahyun wondered,
"Hey! I'm not avoiding anyone" I corrected Dahyun
"Yes you do,smallbean" Tzuyu chuckled
"I told you I'm not!" I denied
"Fine fine..we'll head to the university then. Take a rest and get well soon chaeyoung" Dahyun said,
"And remember to talk to Mina soon" Tzuyu teased,
Aish!I'm still not so used of Tzuyu being a teaser than Dahyun.I grabbed my phone as soon as they left and read Mina's message again.She was just apologizing over the phone and telling me to hear her out first. Suddenly I remembered there was also an unknown number who sent me a message last night.The stranger was asking me to meet him/her at the park later at three.I didn't mind it last night 'cause meeting strangers was not my thing but somehow today I got curious who it was.
I slowly limped down to the kitchen and eat breakfast.I saw a note pinned on the refrigerator.It was my mom saying she had prepared my breakfast and she'll be out for a while probably doing groceries and such. The moment I finished my food I head back to my room for some rest and take a nap.

"Park at three.I'll wait for you,Son chaeyoung"
That was the stranger's message last night. I was already at the park.It was only quarter to three.I'm a bit early since I've got nothing to do in our house.I was busily throwing rocks at the river in front of me when a voice interrupted me.I turned around to see Bambam with his friends.
"Oh,you came Chaeyoung" Bambam said while holding a baseball bat
"If I only knew from the start that it's you,I should've not" I boredly stated
"Why?are you afraid of me?" Bambam chuckled while playing the bat in his hands
"Why should I when you can't even beat me in a simple game without cheating" I chuckled back
"Oh,c'mmon Chaeyoung,you're just dumb enough to be tricked"Bambam laughed along with his friends
"No obviously,you're a cheater.You know you can't beat me so you decided to cheat.You're really nothing but a coward who acts brave because you were surrounded by your so called friends" I sneer at him making him loose his sinature smile
"Don't provoke me Chaeyoung,You didn't know how badly I am holding myself back not to beat the hell out of you" Bambam said
"Go on..beat me..beat me all you want.I won't fight you back but before you do so can you just tell me why do you despised me this much.. I don't even remember myself doing anything bad against you and you know that!" I said not caring at all if he really beats me
"You don't know??Then let me tell you this.. I simply despised you're existence chaeyoung! I hate you the way you are.You're achievements and all the attention you were getting.I hate being compared to you.I hate Everything about you.Why?Because I used to have all those not until you slowly made a name for yourself. Not until you start showing off.Since then,I stopped treating you as my cousin and promised myself I'll do anything just to ruined you!"He yelled angrily
What??what the hell is he talking about? Why would he hate me when He already had everything.Is he dumb not to see he's way luckier than I was?I was nudged back to my senses when he suddenly punched me.
"Don't worry,I won't gonna beat you right now,not yet.I'll ruined you in the most painful way"He said evily
"W-what do you mean?" I nervously asked,knowing Bambam he really do what he wanted to
"Mina..." he chuckled
I felt a sudden raged of anger hearing Mina's name.I grabbed his collar but his friends pulled me away from him and hold both of my arms to stopped me.
"Don't you dare lay a finger on her,Bambam!" I yelled at him
"And what if I do?" Bambam amusedly said
I glare at him.I really wanna beat him out but I can't do anything since he had his friends all over me not to mention his friends were a lot bigger and taller compare to how I was.
"See?You can't do anything chaeyoung? You're the real loser between the two of us. Now, watch me ruined you slowly" He said and left together with his friends.
What should I do?What should I do? Damn you Bambam.I fixed myself and immediately called Mina to meet her up after class.

I was inside the usual cafe that we all used to go.I was already sipping on my latte when Mina sat in front of me wearing a worried face.
"Hey,what happened?why d'you had a bruised?" She asked pertaining to the one that Bambam punched earlier
"it's Nothing"I lied
Silence surrounded the both of us.Mina sipped on her latte too probably to ease the tension between us.I was about to apologize when she spoke first breaking the silence arround us..
"I'm sorry Chaeyoung..'bout the other day. I don't really mean to make you feel that way, to make you feel unwanted and abandoned.I was just so scared seeing Bambam unconcious" she explained,
"No,I should be the one to apologize for over reacting..sorry Mina",I apologized
"No,it's my fault..sorry",she insisted,
"We should stop apologizing to one another I guess..We are both at fault somehow,right?" I said,
"Yeah,you're right"she smiled
I smiled at her back.I was surprised when she hold my hand.
"Actually,I wanna tell you something.." she said,Is this the part where she'd tell me she was choosing my cousin over me?
"I-I like you Chaeyoung. I mean,I love you.." she said shyly avoiding eye contacts with me
"What?" I asked again making sure I'm not hearing wrong
"I said,I love you,Chaeyoung..since the first day I saw you..I mean you were so rude back then and you do whatever you want to do not afraid of the consequences you might face but somehow,that made me keep on thinking about you..until I fall in love with you" she confessed
"Wait,Mina..does this mean--" I was about to asked her but she butted in
"Yes,Chaeyoung..I love you too." She happily smiled with a tint of pink on her cheeks.
"I love you most" I said and kissed her temple lovingly.
This day turned out good not like the one I was expecting after meeting my lunatic cousin earlier.I am so happy.She looks so happy as well.Finally,we're officially dating. Now,I promised myself I'll love and protect my penguin princess at all cost,no matter what.
May it be against my own cousin,Bambam.
