After hearing the arguments of prosecution and defence and examining the evidences submitted.This court finds both the accused guilty of the offence hence under the provisions stated in the sections of Indian Penal Code and using the powers vested in the court by the law it categorizes the case of Shuklas vs State of Maharashtra as rarest and declares Capital punishment for both the convicts. The court is adjourned.
(Capital punishment i.e death penalty in India is given only in rarest of rare cases.This was established by Supreme court in the landmark judgement of the case Bacchan Singh vs State of Punjab. The highest punishment for a murder is Life imprisonment only if the facts of the case is lethal the convicts are executed.The judgement also comes years after the happening of actual incident except in few cases. The whole country rejoiced on the deliverance of justice. Many candles were lit and prayers were offered for the departed souls. Shukla Nursing home was acquired by the court.
"You kept up your promise Shivaay and Anika. You both finally led my son's culprits to their fate and soothed a mother's heart" declared an emotional Ahana taking both of them in the her embrace

The infamous case of Actor Annirudh Sawant's death breathed it's last today. The verdict comes three years after the death of the actor
The Shuklas were also accused of running an organ mafia, charging exorbitant fees, using hypnosis to deceive and few other illegal activities apart from the murder of the actor.
Previous month the accused arrested from Fred gang were also executed after court declared death penalty there too. Are the punishments growing stringer on passage of time and the intensified degrees of crime?
People are seen celebrating outside the court. The prosecution lawyer Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi who was also actor's closed one is also seen rejoicing along with the late actor's family. Let's take her exclusive interview
Shivaay and Anika walked out of the court with their heads held high
"Mam how do you feel on finally achieving justice?After lot of hurdles and struggles finally candle of justice is lit after three years?" questioned a reported
"I feel very satisfied with the judgement. This is the power of law! Through this example of mine I will only urge people to not waive off their trust from our judicial system. In the path of getting justice always be consistent and never loose hope you will definitely succeed. I am the epitome of it" answered Anika proudly.
Shivaay and Anika had also pledged to work for the country and this verdict was their ambitious start.
The Oberois and Singhanis were escatic on their daughter's victory. Anika had finally started opening up in front of her family. In these two years she had learnt that nothing is forever so holding grudges will not lead a person anywhere hence she had started talking with her family. A little hesitation still remained in the air but that's okay it will also be eventually taken care of.
"Your culprits are officially punished Anni. We succeeded! We kept up our promise to Aarna and Ishaan. We got justice" exclaimed Anika in front of Annirudh's grave
As Shivaay watched Anika's actions silently he couldn't help but appreciate the fact that she had worked a lot for it.
Apart from the cases ,handling his frustrations to catering to the needs of family she performed everything seamlessly. He couldn't thank his stars enough for her. He couldn't imagine her absence.
Two years back he would have lost her if the gun was loaded. He couldn't thank Omru enough for their presence of mind.

A short flashback
Two years back in Shukla Nursing Home
"Our plan was perfect! I left behind no clues then also how did you both reach us?" asked a curious Shashank
A criminal always makes a mistake. You were smart enough to clean the crime scene but wasn't smart enough to conceal your behaviour. I must say your disguise as an innocent was perfect to the smallest detail but a minute drawing got you caught.That is the tattoo behind your neck.On the day Anika and Aarna were trapped by Vikram in Goodwill hospital you were present there as one of the fake policeman, the red mark behind your neck had caught my attention undividedly because I had tried to decode its structure. You always wore a three piece in front of us so it was hidden but when you both arrived at Ishaan and Aarna's funeral I had noticed the same red mark on your neck, circumstances weren't favorable that time so I didn't dig deep.
The luck didn't favor you for long . Unfortunately you didn't know that their was a witness to the crime.
Annirudh's suicide video lead us to a girl who witnessed George removing evidences from the scene, traumatized she screamed murder. Her voice was recorded in the video.
Vikram caught that girl, she belonged to Clesta only and brought her to your hospital. Unknowingly you covered your own crime. You both mentally paralyzed her so that she will turn silent forever but what to do we cured that girl. Luckily she remembered the red mark imprinted on the back of the person and that mark only lead us to you. We wanted your confession and I knew that you will never spill out your deeds so my officer Vansh spied on you and found out about your greediness.Then what we used that biscuit and you successfully chewed it.
Shashank was highly agitated he sneakily revealed his gun and pointed it on Anika's forehead turning the entire situation in his favor. But he couldn't succeed because Omru had already removed all the bullets.

Anika turned back to find Shivaay lost in his thoughts. Undoubtedly he was the best person she could ever ask for.
In these three years of their marriage they brought the best out of each other. Shivaay encouraged her to stand on her own feet. She had again started practising as a lawyer. He was always by her side when she lost cases or had a tiring day just like she was when he had a eventful day. Both of them had learnt the art of balancing each other. What remained common was the spark between both of them, Anika still yearned to be a shy girl around her husband while Shivaay loved teasing his mushy wife.
Shivaay was brought back to reality by the sounds of laughter of a little child on the road. The child laughed loudly witnessing his parents little banter on the road. Shivaay saw Anika and himself in that place and thought few years down the lane maybe.
Anika followed Shivaay's line of sight and found the baby along with it's parents. She remembered her statement two years back
"Shivaay and I have just started understanding each other. We still have a lot to explore. Shivaay has just joined as an Officer in Crime branch and I have just started getting a grip on my life. The day we both learn to handle ourselves we will think about a new life"
Shivaay starred back at Anika and smiled reading her thoughts. Nearing her ears he whispered
"If my love wants to multiply our love surely we will have a little love sometime in following year"
Shivika had walked away from the court and driven towards Annirudh's grave to pay him a visit. Two years back when Shuklas were caught they vowed to meet Annirudh only after the culprits meet the end they deserved.
Shivaay held Anika's hand and both of them offered fresh flowers to Annirudh.
"We miss you" said both of them simultaneously.
A strong light hit Shivaay's eyes. He looked down to notice a shiny thing submerged in the mud, on taking it out he discovered it was Anika's chain gifted by Annirudh.
Anika was surprised she had turned the whole house upside down on finding it missing. It turns out that the chain was with it's owner for this whole time.
Shivaay raised the chain in the air and she bent her neck as a reflex,he adorned her neck with it.
A gentle sunlight soaked their face expressing the delight in the air.It was also the sign of blessings from above.
Both of them looked up to the sky and smiled imagining the happy faces of Aarna and Ishaan "we miss you too" they both added.
A moment later Shivaay received a phone call reminding them of their duties
"Sir a murder is reported near the sea link road"
With profound determination they both set off on a new mission of their life.
From learning to love to living in it from facing duvidha in each stage of their life to solving it they became
SHIVIKA IN COMPLETE SENSE
