"Your mission is to infiltrate the village hidden in the stones, and steal their plans for their next action on the battle field. Dismissed." The anbu said as Rose nodded, her and her partner taking off.
Rose gritted her teeth under her anbu mask, her partner sighing.
"You really gave that boy a scare. He really seemed concerned about you." Her partner said as Rose shook her head.
Her partner was much taller than Rose's 10 year old self as they continued through the trees.
"Obito needs to leave me alone sometimes. I know he's my fiancé, but he needs to stop worrying all the time." Rose said as her partner sighed.
"Say, Foxy, do you have a fiancé?" Rose questioned as Foxy chuckled.
"No, no, I don't. I still can't believe a kid like you has one before a teenager like me." Foxy laughed as Rose shrugged.
They continued through the trees in silence, as they approached the border.
Rose snuck through the darkness, opening cabinets and drawers as she searched.
"There's nothing here." Rose said as Foxy shook his head.
"This is his office, right? So then..." Foxy trailed off as Rose gasped.
"It's a trap!!" Rose yelled but was too late.
An explosion rocked the building, Foxy and Rose narrowly escaping as they were surrounded by hidden stone ninja.
Rose and Foxy fought relentlessly, Rose gritting her teeth as she slashed one shinobi after the other.
Suddenly however, Rose heard a yell, everything suddenly moving in slow motion.
Rose turned to look behind her, as Foxy stood in front of her, his arms spread out as he groaned.
Rose's eyes widened at Foxy. A katana ran straight through his heart, blood pouring from under his mask as Rose's eyes widened in horror.
"Flower...r-run...go..." Foxy coughed out as he fell to the ground, Rose's eyes widening in horror as her mask fell from her face.
Foxy had protected Rose.
Her eyes filled with tears as she gritted her teeth, more shinobi running towards her as Rose growled.
Her eyes burned, as her normal black eyes swirled a crimson red.
Rose ran forward, katana in hand as she yelled.
Rose slashed the shinobi down, killing them all as she shot her fireball jutsu before killing more.
Rose stood in the middle of the corpses, her eyes wide as she strayed at the ground blankly.
"Foxy...why..." Rose said in horror as foot steps sounded next to her.
"Well done, Rose. You're truly a work of art." Orochimaru said as Rose stared at the ground blankly.
"I didn't mean to...I...I had to..." Rose said in horror as Orochimaru smirked.
"You did perfectly. Though, I had wished you used your curse mark. But look at those eyes. How beautiful. His test was successful." Orochimaru said as Rose stared at the bloody corpses.
"I'm sorry...I was just scared. I did not want to..." Rose said as Orochimaru pulled her blood splattered face to his torso.
"Do not worry. You did not do anything wrong. You did perfect. You truly are, my finest work of art." Orochimaru said as Rose looked up at him.
"Remember the seal I gave you on your tongue. You will not speak of this to anyone, understand?" Orochimaru said as Rose nodded at him.
"Good. I'm proud of you, Rose." Orochimaru said as Rose shook.
"But...I didn't want to kill them. They hurt foxy...so I..." Rose trailed off as Orochimaru kneeled in front of her, placing his hands on her shoulders as he smirked.
"This is your purpose. To kill. Nothing else. Do not let your emotions get in the way. Your purpose is to serve me, to do as I ask, and to get strong." Orochimaru said as Rose nodded, shock still in her eyes.
"Yes, Lord Orochimaru. I will not fail you." Rose said as Orochimaru had a sickening smile.
"Good. Now let's go." Orochimaru said as he grabbed Rose's hand tightly, pulling the small girl away from the bodies.
This was the first time, Rose had awoken her sharingan.
-time skip-
"Guys, please welcome our newest team member, Rose Uchiha." Minato said happily as Rose nodded.
Obito looked away from Rose, as Kakashi narrowed his eyes.
"Thank you for welcoming me to your team. I hope I can be of use to you all." Rose said with a bow as Rin smiled.
"Welcome, Rose!" Rin said happily as Kakashi nodded.
"Welcome." Kakashi said blankly as Obito nodded to her.
"Welcome, Rosie."
Rose pressed her knee against Kakashi's back hard, one hand held his wrists together and behind his back, her free hand having a Kunai pressed against his neck.
"I win." Rose said blankly as Kakashi scowled.
Kakashi turned his head slightly to look at her.
His eyes widened at what he saw. Emptiness, pure emptiness. Sure, Rose would hold a blank expression, but right now she looked exactly like a puppet or doll.
He's seen this expression before from ROOT members.
'Wait... She was part of ROOT, wasn't she?' Kakashi thought as he narrowed his eyes.
"Get off me."
Rose cocked her head to the side, staring at him with her beady eyes.
"Not until you admit defeat." Rose said monotonously as Kakashi growled.
"You win, now get off." Kakashi said with a scoff as he looked away from Rose.
Rose stood, brushing herself off as she put her kunai away, closing her eyes in thought.
Kakashi suddenly threw a kunai at Rose, which she easily dodged with closed eyes as she stuck her tongue out at him.
Kakashi reached over quickly, grabbing her tongue as he pried her mouth open.
Kakashi narrowed his eyes at the seal on Rose's tongue.
"You're apart of ROOT." Kakashi said as Rose growled.
Rose bit Kakashi's fingers harshly, pulling away as soon as she was released.
"You will tell no one." Rose said with a dark and threatening voice as Kakashi yelped.
"A-" Kakashi started as he looked up from his bleeding fingers, only to be cut off.
"What do you think you're doing, Bakashi?!" Obito yelled as he got in a defensive position in front of his fiancé.
Rose turned around as she scoffed, clicking her tongue in annoyance.
"You act so emotionless! It's as if-" Kakashi started but was cut off once again.
"Rose, are you not comfortable around us? Is that why you don't show your emotions?" Rin questioned as she cleared her throat, looking over at Rose.
"Rosie, is that why you don't show the others your emotions?" Obito questioned with a concerned face as he looked back at Rose.
"Guys-" Minato started as he cleared his throat.
"Shut up, Rin." Rose said as her eyes darkened.
"Rose, it's alright, just tell us. We want to help you!" Rin said with an even more concerned look as Rose growled slightly.
"Rin, you don't understand how she feels." Kakashi said.
He was trying to get Rin to leave her alone, since he knew she was a bit unstable. For what reasons, he didn't know.
"But Kakashi, I do! I'm a girl as well, I know how hard it is. She's only a Genin, so-" Rin said with even more concern but she was cut off as Rose whipped around.
Rose's sharingan was activated, a pissed off expression on her face.
"Rin, I'm a fucking Jonin! You don't understand how I feel at all because you haven't gone through what I have! The closest person to even slightly understanding is Hatake and that's because he was part of the ANBU." Rose said angrily as she glared at Rin.
Rin was a bit frightened when she saw the Sharingan, causing her to go and try to hide behind Kakashi.
"You...You have the Sharingan?" Obito questioned as Rose gritted her teeth.
Kakashi cursed under his breath, as he looked at Minato.
Snarling, shadow like petal marks appeared on Rose's skin, starting at her wrist and up her arm.
"Rin, why the fuck are you so dense?! You absolutely piss me off, you know that?! You-" Rose started but was stopped by Minato.
Minato went to stab her arm with a Kunai, but he was quickly kicked away. Hitting the ground with a thud, he jumped up.
"You three need to get out of the way." Minato said as he looked at Rose carefully.
Rose observed her sensei, her Sharingan analyzing his every move.
"You're going to regret that." Rose said angrily as Minato narrowed his eyes.
Minato quickly began to do hand symbols, the Rasengan appearing in his hand.
"You need to calm down."
Rose scoffed. "You need to shut the hell up and back down if you know what's good for you."
"I thought she liked Minato sensei!" Rin said with a gasp.
Obito's eyes were wide with confusion and fear, not understanding what was happening.
Kakashi yanked them away, the three of them appearing in a tree a fair distance away, but they could still see the pair.
"That isn't Rose, not the one we know." Kakashi said as they watched.
Swiftly running at her, Minato's speed was incredible as he went to hit her with the Rasengan.
Knowing she would dodge it, he went to grab her wrist and ankle.
Kicking his arm away, Rose grabbed his other hand and slammed him into the ground.
A large smirk appeared on her face, her eyes clouded with bloodlust.
"You're an absolute idiot if you think that you could hit me."
Coughing up a small bit of blood, Minato's eyes narrowed and he quickly jumped back up.
"You're an absolute idiot if you think I'm finished."
-Timeskip-10 Minutes Later Of Fighting-
After trying to hit her with many Ninjutsu's (and failing), Minato was almost out of chakra.
Panting heavily, he glared at her, since all she had used with Taijutsu.
Yawning, Rose stretched a bit.
"I think I'm gonna just finish you off now. I'm getting bored." Rose said as her curse mark covered her entire body.
Inhaling sharply, she fidgeted with her fingers slightly before suddenly doing really fast movements with her hands.
Watching as Minato stared in confusion, since her hands were too quick for him to read, she hummed.
Minato got into a fighting stance, as he glared at her.
"I really don't want to hurt you, Ms. Uchiha." Minato said as Rose chuckled.
"Too bad, cause I wanna hurt you." Rose said with a smirk as she flashed in front of him, she put her hand to his stomach.
"Fire Release: Heavenly Prison!"
Minato was about to summon the Rasengan, his body was suddenly shocked and he went flying to the ground, screaming in agony.
Walking over, Rose stared down at him with her foot on his stomach.
"The more you try to use your chakra, the more pain you're going to be put through. I've sealed your chakra so that you can't use it-" Rose said but was cut off by a small voice.
Shisui walked into the clearing.
"Big sis...? Rosie! Big sister!" Shisui said happily as he hugged Rose blindly.
Itachi wrapped his arms around her leg, the five year old giving a small smile.
"Hi Rosie." Itachi said happily.
Coughing, Minato yanked himself away from the girl. He was about to pull the two children away when he noticed that her curse mark had disappeared and her Sharingan had faded away.
It took everything in Rose to not pass out from overusing her Sharingan.
Wrapping her arms around the boys, she kneeled down.
"Hey there Shi, Ita. How are you?" Rose asked as she reached behind Itachi, pressing her palm to her sensei's stomach, releasing the seal on his chakra.
Giving a small exhale, Minato stood up and brushed himself off.
"You alright?" Minato questioned as Rose nodded.
Looking up at him, Rose bit back tears.
"Sorry Sensei..." Glancing back down at the two young Uchiha's, she put Shisui on her back, holding Itachi in her arms. "Let's go home. Is that okay, Sensei? Are you alright?"
Sighing softly, he nodded. Giving a small smile, he looked at her.
"I'm fine and yes, you can go. Rest up, alright?"
Nodding, Rose turned and carried her two brothers off, listening as they rambled on about things they did that day.
