"The ring, mia will love it" I heard jay said as I got out of vinny's house.
"Oh thanks bro" I heard minu say as I caught up.
"Good morning guys" I said making both of them look at me.
"Morning" jay said as I gave him a high five.
"Good morning to you too" minu said giving me a high five.
"Where you up too?" I asked.
"Oh I'm having a date with mia today" minu said making me smile.
"We should have a double date sometime, I'll convince tj to come, you two are friends now right?" I said making him laugh.
"Well we kinda got over the facts so I guess we're fine now" he said making me smile.
"Sounds good!" I said giving him a handshake.
"Well good luck on your date" I said.
"Thank you" he said making me look at jay.
"How bout you?" I asked him.
"Just a morning ride" he said.
"Oh same! Let's go together then" I said lightly punching his arm.
"I guess I better get going, don't want mia to be waiting" minu said.
"Yeah sure" I said as jay started walking but I sensed something weird.
"JAY!!" Me and minu yelled before we pushed jay away from the car.
After that everything went blank.
-third person pov-
"Ahhh my leg!!" Minu yelled seeing his left leg crushed from the car wheel.
"Y/n!! Y/n!!" Minu yelled seeing y/n laying on the floor after getting crushed by the car.
The car got away.
Jay went back to the house to wake everyone up after calling the ambulance.
Everyone got out to see the horific sight. Minu was holding his crushed leg while his other hand was shaking y/n who was bleeding and unconscious on the floor. Y/n had her back facing the sky as both of her legs got run over by the car.
"Y/N!!" Dom yelled immediately approaching the unconscious body.
"WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED?!!" Vinny yelled after seeing everything. His best friend y/n just got run over by a car, and minu did too!
He started shaking her shoulders but she didn't budge. All of them pannicked as they waited for the ambulance to arrive.
"Don't move her" jay said to the boys who were shaking her a while ago.
"What happened?" Dom asked as he left vinny to watch y/n.
"It's all my fault. It was the guy from scorpion, he was about to run me and y/n over but this happened" he said making dom hug him. Jay had a really traumatized face and was about to cry.
"Don't worry it's not your fault bro, don't cry" he said as he let go to help minu and giving him something to bite becasue of the pain.
Two ambulances arrived.
The paramedics immediately got the stretcher out.
"Excuse me sir" he said to vinny making him move as they rushed over to the girl to put her on the stretcher as a different group of paramedics rushed over to get minu on the other ambulance.
"We'll handle them sir" they said to the boys who were left as the two were already inside.
The ambulances left, dom called a cab as they all went to the hospital following the ambulances.
"Yuna it's me dom, it's minu and y/n, they got run over by a car, meet us at the hospital, alright bye" he said through the phone.
Jay still had this horified look on his face. Everything was fine a few minutes ago and suddenly everything turned out like this.
-
"Sir I'm sorry but we can't let you in!" The nurses said as they pushed the guys back as they got the two people into the emergency room.
"Fucking shit!" Dom said before giving up. The boys ended up sitting on the waiting chairs as jay sat on the floor.
Without warning jay rushed out, the rest of the crew and the parents of each patients didn't mind.
Minu's dad together with y/n's dad went berserk to find whoever run them over and to get him to jail immediately.
Just why did this have to happen? Vinny thought thinking about the memories he had with her together with sung and the crew, should he call sung? Tj? He's now confused and worried badly at the same time.
They already know about minu and how he got his leg broken and he'll have to wear a cast on for a week.
But the only thing they were worried about was y/n who got hit worse than minu.
"I'm calling sung" vinny said before heading out.
"I'll call tj-" dom was about to go out too but he got stopped by y/n's mom.
"Dom I think it's better if we call him after, a situation like this could be really devastating for him" she said making dom stop.
"Atleast Let's call him when the surgery is finished" she said.
"Of course" dom said making ber smile before sending him back to the hospital benches to sit down.
The girls arrived and went over to dom to hear what happened.
-switch to my pov-
"What in the world?" I asked as I woke up.
Gosh I can't feel my legs. Just what the hell happened to me?
"Ms. Yang you're awake! Hold on I'll call doctor kim" she said before going out.
A nurse? Am I at the hospital? But I thought I was going to go for a morning ride with jay? How did I end up in the hospital?
"Thank goodness you're awake!" I heard this so called Dr. kim.
"What am I doing here?" I asked making the doctors smile drop as he sat on the hospital bed and faced me. I don't know why but my other eye isn't working.
"Ms. Yang, whatever I say please don't panic" he said making me slowly nod.
"You got run over a car, your legs being the center of the pressure couldn't keep up anymore and broke, we already fixed up the problems with your face and you'll be wearing this for the rest of your life" he said making me squint my eyes. I touched my face to feel it. Only half on my face got saved.
"Do you mean I'll have to wear a cast and everything?" I asked making the doctor sigh.
"Unfortunately it means you'll have to be on a wheelchair from now on" he said making me widen my eyes.
"What do you mean? I CAN STILL RIDE MY BIKE CAN I?" I asked now with a loud voice.
"Unfortunately You can't even walk" he said making my mind go blank.
"What about therapy? You guys can do it on me right?!" I said.
"We can but..."
"The success rate is 3%" and with that my mind fully dropped.
I guess it's time for me to say goodbye to my dreams....I can't ride anymore, I can't even walk...I just wanna die...
"Ms. Yang I'll let them in a few hours now" he said before going out as I continued staring on nothing as my mind drifted away from everything.
God I thought I did all the good things in this world. Maybe it's time for you to take me.
-outside-
"Dr. Kim! How is she?!!" Ms. Yang said as all of them rushed over to listen.
Vinny had his eyes wide open, dom had his fist clenched. Mia was hugging yuna. Shelly was worriedly waiting for the doctor to say anything.
"Her statuses are okay but Unfortunately her lower half is paralyzed" he said making everyone widened their eyes in shock as half of them started crying.
"Can we see her?" Mom asked.
"I'm really sorry but the surgery wasn't just any surgery, it's a surgery that will tale the body a few hours to recover after where she needs to be alone for a few hourse until the medicines are burned out. her body still is in shock. If you'll visit her today she'll feel weird and possibly have a seizure. So I recommend you'll visit her in 3 hours" the doctor said making everyone nod as they went back to sit.

"Why do I feel so weird?" I asked the nurse who was looking over me.
"It's normal after extreme surgeries, you'll be feeling it for a couple of hours, most patients would go berserk but good thing you're very calm" she said making me nod.
-meanwhile tj-
"Come on babe pick up" he said looking at the phone.
"What did I do? Did I do something that pissed her off?" He said before giving up.
His phone started ringing making him immediately look at his phone.
"Dom kang?" He exclaimed but answered kt anyway.
"Heh there tj it's me dom, y/n and minu got run over a car a few hours ago, meet us at the hospital" after hearing this hos mind went blank. He started pannicking.
"What's the room number?" He almost yelled.
"708" dom said.
"Okay I'll be there in a few minutes" he said running up to his closet to get presentable clothes.
"Thanks tj, she'll be really happy to see you" dom said.
"Thanks for the call too" he said.
Dom soon hung up.

He rushed inside the hospital before searching for the specific number.
"708!" He almost yelled omce he found the door.
He was fighting himself whether he should go in or something, her parents together with the crew arrived at her room door.
"Tj you made it" Mrs. yang said before her and her husband gave him a hug.
The crew greeted him too before they all decided it was the perfect time to go in.
They slowly opened the door to see the familiar girl sitting with the nurse near the window. They looked like they were seriously talking so all of them decided not to make a sound.
Everyone got in before y/n suddenly yelled.
"Fuck" he whispered before seeing his shirt.
-meanwhile in the room-
"Do you want to eat?" She asked making me nod.
She smiled before going out and back in with a tray of food.
"I want to sit down by the window" I said making her nod before rushing over to get a wheelchair and opening it up. She helped me get down and sit on the chair and put a blanket over my legs as she pushed me to the window. She let go before getting the push table with the food.
"Here" she said getting a scoop of food. I started chewing it as my mind wandered off. Well to be honest I still couldn't get over the fact that I couldn't walk anymore. What will the crew think of me now? They'll probably gonna kick me out or something. What about tj? What will he think of me now? All those biking dates we were planing, all those training spots we wanted to visit, it's all falling apart. My life is falling apart....
"You'll be having visitors coming over in a few min-"
"What will happen to me now?" I asked making her stop what she was trying to say.
"Well maybe we will issue you to a therapy"
"But will it work?" I said, my eyes straight out of the window as it slowly lost its hope.
"There's a 3% chance of it working" she said.
"But what will happen to the crew? They will kick me out right? I'm not useful anymore to the crew I'll just be a stupid nuisance" I said making her pat my back.
"They will not kick you out. No matter what happens to one other your relationship must stay strong" she said making me widen my eyes. I just don't understand why I'm suddenly acting like this when I was really calm a few minutes ago.
"How would you know that?" I said getting pissed.
"Because that's what friends do!" She said trying to smile.
"BUT I CANT EVEN WALK ANYMORE AND ILL BE USELESS AND HOW THE HELL WOULD YOU KNOW HUH?!! ARE YOU CRIPPLED?!!! NO SO JUST GO AHEAD AND KILL ME ALREADY!!" I screamed flipping over the whole tray of food making everything fly around as the nurse just sighed in relief before she started cleaning it.
"What the hell happened to you?" He asked as his eyes were staring right at mine making me tear up. I know he was worried but at this point I just wished he didn't even saw me.
"Oh dear" I saw my mom who was behind him say making me look at them with my eyes widened as I was trembling and tears starting to gather on my eye. Her and dad entered the room and the whole crew.
"MOM DONT LOOK AT ME!!" I yelled as I tried to cover my face with one hand and the other went to the wheel to try and push myself to the corner behind the curtain by the bed where she nor tj nor everyone can't see me. The nurse already finished cleaning up so she excused herself.
"Sweety please don't do that" dad said trying to get me to go out of the corner as I continued covering my face.
"Just don't look at me" I said with a sad voice as I started silently crying.
"Please y/n let us see you, we got really worried" I heard dom say making me sniff.
"Babe don't be like that come on I got really worried you know" tj said really sadly making me cry even more. As much as I want to see you I just can't, not in this body anymore.
"We're all here for you y/n you don't have to hide" I heard mia. As much as I want to see them I just can't help but feel embarrassed about myself.
"I don't want you guys to look at me" I said.
"That's it I'm going in" I heard tj say before he went to the other side where I was hiding and the others just stayed there trying to think of different ways to handle the situation.
He kneeled infront of me before gripping on my wrist and pulled it away from my face revealing the huge bandage and my scrapped face.
I just closed my eye tight because I didn't want to see his reaction. He's gonna dump me for sure.
He sighed in relief.
"Thank god you're alive" he said cupping my face making me open my eye.
"What?" I asked almost stuttering.
"You really got me so worried" he said before hugging me.
"I can't walk anymore" I said making him pull out.
"It's okay Atleast you're alive, that's all that matters to me" he said cupping the side of my face that had a bandage before he gave it a soft kiss.
"You're okay with me like this?" I said feeling all the insecurities and self embarrassment.
"Of course I am stupid, as long as you love me I'll be here forever" he said making me cry as he dried up my eye with his thumb.
"Now stop hiding and show us your beautiful face" he said as he stood up and went behind. I lowered my head as he started pushing me out of the hiding spot to see that my parents and the whole crew looked at me with shock making me feel even more embarrassed.
"Y/n!" I shelly said before she went over to give me a hug and a kiss on the cheek.
"You got me worried back there" mia started as the whole crew gathered around me making me feel a little embarrassed.
"Guys I can't ride my bike anymore" I said with my head down.
"It's alright!" Dom said.
"But you guys will kick me out from the crew right?" I asked making tj sigh before raising my head with his index finger.
"Of course they won't" he said making dom butt in.
"Who said we're kicking you out? We're a team before we started the crew, who in the right mind would kick you out anyway" he said making my eye tear up.
"You're part of the team!" Shelly said with a bright smile making me smile.
"Yeah an accident won't ruin our friendship!" Dom said before giving me a tight hug.
"We'll always love you, the crew, your parents, vinny and sung, your lovely tj, trust me we all love you so much that you look beautiful no matter what changes" yuna said making me cry.
"I love you guys" I said drying up my tears.
"We love you too" they all said before I started laughing.
Mom and dad were just happy I didn't die, the whole time they were happy to have this kind of a circle of friends around her making sure she won't feel left out.

"You sure you won't be late on your first day of class?" I asked tj who helped me push the wheelchair from the hospital to sunny high. he even helped me change my clothes back at the hospital.
"I don't care if I'm late, just making sure you get here safe" he said as we arrived at sunny high gate where the girls were.
"Thanks so much babe" I said as he let go as shelly took over.
"Of course" he said as the others greeted their good mornings to tj.
"We'll have a dinner date after I practice later so don't sleep early" tj said making me nod.
"Bye mamushi boi!" I said as me and the girls gave him a wave as he did too.

Guys, our classes start on August 24? Or October 4th. Just letting you huys know in advance that that time will be really hectic for me and then me and my family still have our cycling shop running and it's really busy. We're planning on making another fun ride where the money goes to the frontliners to help them against covid. I won't be able to update everyday like I used too so yeah I'm sorry in advance.
