Sam's POV
We have five minutes left until Free period, but Mrs. Williams lets us pack up early. The intercom for the room beeped and Principal Figgins voice was heard.
"Mrs. Williams, do you have Sam Evans?" I looked at Brenda who shrugged.
"Yes'sir."
"Send him to my office with his things." He said and turned the intercom off.
"Go on, Sam. I'll see you next period." I nodded and stood up with my book bag slung over one shoulder. I left, walking quickly to the office.
"You wanted to see me?"I asked.
"Yes, have a seat."I put my book bag beside the chair and sat in front of him. The bell rang and kids started filing out of class rooms down the hall. Once everythign was quiet, Principal Figgins started,
"I apologize for not getting your letter sent to you over the break, which includes those three weeks the school missed because of that snow storm. But, I have it today, so here you go."He gave me an envelope."You can go now, but I want you to know, you had no reason to be nervous about the test scores." He said and opened the door for me as I picked up my book bag.
"Thanks, principal Figgins."I said as I was walking out. I was already walking in the choir room, where Mr. Schue was asking where I was, when I opened the envelope and pulled the letter out. The first word I saw on the paper was perfect.I did a double take and read the whole sentence.
It is my pleasure to inform you, that you have gotten perfect scores on both of your tests! Every single question answered on those two tests, were correct. Starting on Tuesday, January 7th, you will go to Mrs. Connor's class in room 304, and Mrs. Rouse's class in room 313.

I stood there dumbfounded. I reread it a few times to make sure. i didn't even notice Brenda come up to me and take it out of my hands to read it.
"Holy shit, is this for real?" She asked me. I looked at her wide eyed and nodded. Everyone else was just confused as hell. She glanced down at the letter again and pulled my face down to hers and kissed me full on the lips. Mr. Schue took the paper out of her hands and read it to everyone else, who started congratulating me. After we finally stopped kissing, we sat with everyon else and Mr. Schue told us the set list for regionals. Then, I raised my hand and asked,
"Mr. Schue, Brenda and I have a song that we've been working on. It's an original."
"Alright, the floor's all yours." We stood up and I got my guitar while she stood in the middle of the room. I started playing it as I walked towards her.
