Bois, here we go. This is book two (chronologically) in the "I Never New" AU, so it technically occurs right after "At Second Sight". Remember how all the ninja wondered what Lloyd saw in Harumi back in "I Never Knew"? Well, here's your backstory.
I've been excited for this story for a while now. How do Lloyd and Harumi view the world? What's it like for Lloyd, being Nya's best friend? How deep does his candy addiction go? And what does Rumi really think about him? What's so bad about her?
Okay, ground rules. I don't do cursing or any violence past PG-13. I write kisses, but nothing past that. There will be alcohol/drug use mentioned, but at least drug use will not be explicit.
Everybody deserves a chance at clean Ninjago fanfiction that still gives them feels. I hope I write that.
I will try to post chapters every day, but I can't promise that right now. However, chapter postings should average out to one per day. So if I don't post one day, you'll probably get two chapters the next :) The most I should go without posting will be three days. If it takes any longer, I'm probably stuck in a tree with no Internet service.
Okay, people! The prologue (and possibly first chapter) should be out on July 31st! Expect fifteen to seventeen chapters in total.
