Yeonjun carried Soobin's bag to their last class of the day: writing. Soobin sat down and instantly started to rub his temples. Yeonjun went over to Soobin's desk and rubbed his back, whispering to Soobin, "Just rest your head, ok? I'll take notes for you."

"Thank you." Soobin replied as he rested his head in his arms.

Five minutes into the class, Jimin noticed that Soobin hadn't picked his head up since class started and said, "Choi Soobin? Please pick your head up."

Yeonjun looked over to Soobin, who didn't move because he had already fallen asleep. When he didn't get an answer back, Jimin moved closer to his desk, "Choi Soobin?"

Jimin was about to tap Soobin's shoulder, but Yeonjun quickly said, "M-Mr. Park..." causing him to turn towards Yeonjun, "H-He has a concussion... Please, let him sleep."

Jimin furrowed his eyebrows, "Concussion? When did this happen?"

Yeonjun sighed and whispered, "Th-This morning..."

Jimin looked back at Soobin, now noticing the fresh bruises on his face. His eyes widened as he looked back at Yeonjun and whispered, "Did someone do that to him?"

Yeonjun noticed everyone in the class was staring at him, including Jungmin. He quickly ripped off a little piece of paper and scribbled down: Jungmin hit him. Yeonjun handed the folded piece of paper to his teacher and Jimin read it with wide eyes.

Jimin quietly went back to the front of the class and picked up the phone on the wall without saying a word. He dialed an extension and said, "Hey, Namjoon... Have you heard anything about a fight happening this morning?... O-Ok, well I think one of my students needs to go to the nurse... Choi Soobin... Really?... Can you do me a favor and watch my students for me while I try to figure this out?... You're the best, thank you... Ok, bye."

(A/N: idk about you guys, but in my school, all of the classrooms have wall phones if the teacher needs to call the nurse, or the main office, or another teacher, or whatever. just in case you were confused lol... ok, back to the story)

Jimin hung up the phone and dialed another extension, "Hey, Lisa... I'm good. Can you forward me to Helen's office please?... Thank you so much... You too..." Namjoon knocked on the door to the classroom and Jimin opened it while keeping the phone attached to his ear, "Hi, this is Park Jimin... I'm good, how are you?... Well, I need to bring one of my students to your office to sort something out... Yes... Yeah, I have Kim Namjoon here to watch them... Ok, thank you... Yeah, I'll come right now... Thank you, bye."

Jimin hung up the phone and turned to his class, staring directly at Jungmin, "Yang Jungmin, come with me please."

Jungmin scoffed and said, "What? I'm not going to the principal's office. I didn't do anything."

"Would you rather have her come here and talk to you in front of the whole class?"

Jungmin huffed and hesitated before getting up. Jimin quickly said, "Read through the chapter we were just focusing on and be respectful to Mr. Kim." before going out of the classroom with Jungmin.

It was silent for a moment and everyone went back to trying to focus on the chapter they were working on. Yeonjun couldn't focus on anything other than Soobin and kept glancing over at him while he continued to sleep. Namjoon noticed Soobin in the back corner resting his head in his arms. He sighed, knowing Soobin was such a good kid... Jin tells him every night he works with Soobin.

Jimin came back into the classroom about ten minutes later by himself. Everyone stared at him as he silently made his way to the back corner of the class. He crouched down next to Soobin's desk and rubbed his back to wake him up.

Sooobin fluttered his eyes open, seeing his teacher right next to him, "Soobin-ssi? Do you mind coming to the office with me?"

Soobin rubbed his eyes, hoping it would help his pounding headache, "W-Why?"

Jimin sighed and whispered so only he could hear, "Did Jungmin hit you this morning?"

Soobin's eyes widened as he frantically looked around the classroom, seeing everyone staring at him. He noticed Yeonjun looking at him with concern in his eyes.

"You don't have to tell me here, ok? Let's talk in the hallway, yeah?" Jimin said softly, trying to keep Soobin calm.

Soobin gulped and silently stood up with Jimin. He glanced at Yeonjun before walking into the hallway.

Jimin sighed and closed the door before saying, "Listen, I brought Jungmin to the principal's office, and he said he didn't do anything. But I asked the nurses and they said you and Yeonjun went there this morning right before first period."

Soobin looked down at his feet and mumbled out, "H-How did you f-find out?"

"I went over to your desk since you had your head down and Yeonjun told me you might have a concussion... And then I asked what happened and he told me that Jungmin hit you this morning... Is that true?"

Soobin nodded in response, making Jimin sigh and reply, "Can you come to the office with me? Ms. Young is gonna wanna talk to you."

Soobin silently followed Jimin to the principal's office, seeing Jungmin sitting in a chair right outside the door. Jungmin glared at him and Soobin quickly looked away out of fear. He followed Jimin into the office, seeing the principal sitting behind her desk and softly smile at him to try and make him feel more comfortable.

"Hi, Soobin... Please, take a seat." Ms. Young said as she pointed to one of the chairs in front of her desk.

Soobin quietly sat down as Jimin stood behind him. Soobin nervously started playing with the hem of his shirt as Ms. Young said, "Do you know why you're here, Soobin?"

Soobin silently nodded in response and she continued, "Do you mind telling me how you got those nasty bruises on your face?"

Soobin was silent for a moment, debating whether to say anything or not. If he said everything that happened, what was actually going to happen? Everyone knows Jungmin's parents give a lot of money to the school. Would he actually get in trouble? Or would he just get detention and then continue to bully Soobin like he normally does... or worse.

"It's ok, Soobin-ssi... Just tell Ms. Young what you told me in the hallway." Jimin said, feeling Soobin's anxiety.

Soobin decided to stay silent as he thought to himself, 'They're not gonna listen to me anyways... What's the point?'

"Soobin, I have the security tape from this morning. I haven't watched it yet... But whatever happened this morning, I'm gonna be able to see it." Ms. Young said after a minute of silence.

Soobin stayed silent as a million thoughts crossed his mind, 'Shit... what if Yeonjun gets in trouble? They wouldn't punish him for saving me, right?... Ugh, he should've just let Mr. Park wake me up... Soobin, stop. It's not his fault-'

"Ok... Well, I guess I'm just gonna watch the tape and see what happened."

Ms. Young was about to put the tape into her computer, making Soobin's eyes widen, "W-Wait..." Ms. Young stopped and looked up at Soobin, "H-He hit me, ok?... J-Just don't punish Yeonjun."

Ms. Young furrowed her eyebrows, "Yeonjun? Choi Yeonjun? The new boy from America? What's he got to do with this?"

"H-He saved me."

"Then why would he get in trouble? Did he hurt Jungmin?"

"I-I don't know what he did."

Ms. Young sighed and replied, "I'm sorry, Soobin... I have to watch it." before putting the tape in her computer.

Soobin slouched back in his seat and rested his head in his hand. He was just worried that Yeonjun would get in trouble. Ms. Young turned her monitor around and walked to the other side of her desk so they could all watch it.

She clicked the play button and saw Soobin at his locker earlier that morning...

He was putting books into his backpack when Jungmin came up behind him, grabbing his waist and pressing him up against the lockers. Jungmin slid his hands over Soobin's butt before going up his sweater vest.

Soobin quickly pushed him off and said, "G-Get away from m-me!" as he dropped his back pack on the ground.

"What? Little faggy doesn't want me to touch him? I thought you liked that... Or do you only let Yeonjun do that to you?"

"J-Just leave m-me alone!"

"Wow... look who gained some confidence... I should remind you about your place in life, fucking bitch."

Jungmin swung before Soobin could say anything. Punch after punch after punch... Jungmin just wouldn't stop, "This'll teach you!!... How are you gonna explain this to your little bitch boyfriend?"

A crowd started to form around them as Jungmin kept punching and kicking him. Suddenly, Yeonjun came into the frame as he pushed through the crowd and quickly tackled Jungmin. Yeonjun twisted Jungmin's arm and pinned him on the ground as Soobin curled up on the floor.

"Listen to me because I am only gonna say this once... Don't ever touch him again."

Jungmin screamed as Yeonjun pressed harder, "Do you understand?!... Stay the fuck away from him." Yeonjun let go and instantly went over to Soobin, "I'm here, ok? I'm here, bin... Let's get you to the nurse."

They stood up and both walked out of the frame with Taehyun and Kai grabbing their backpacks and following behind them.

Ms. Young stopped the tape and let out a breath she didn't realize she was holding in, "Wow... umm... I'm so sorry, Soobin."

Jimin quickly said, "I-I'll go get Yeonjun-ssi." before hurrying out of the room.

Ms. Young was silent for a moment and noticed a tear escape from Soobin's eye, "Hey, everything's gonna be alright, Soobin."

Soobin just stayed silent as tears welled in his eyes... This just had to happen today? Of all days?

Yeonjun and Jimin came into the room a few minutes later and Soobin didn't spare Yeonjun a glance. Yeonjun frowned as he sat in the the chair next to Soobin. He noticed how Soobin was playing with the hem of his shirt, which he only does when he's upset.

Yeonjun was about to say something, but Ms. Young spoke first, "Yeonjun, I'm guessing Mr. Park filled you in on the way here, yes?"

Yeonjun silently nodded and glanced at Soobin.

"I need to call your parents and have them come down here so they can see the security tape and I need to call the superintendent to see how long we'll be suspending Jungmin. Based off of the tape, at most you'll get a few days of detention after school, but nothing major... I wanna get your side of the story before I do anything else."

Yeonjun sighed and replied, "Listen, I don't know what Soobin said o-or what he's thinking right now, but personally, I am sick and tired of putting up with Jungmin. Ever since the first day of school, he's been calling us names and trying to take Soobin's lunch money. Soobin even had a black eye on the first day because of Jungmin... I'm sorry, but I'm tired of constantly looking over my shoulder and constantly worrying because of him. And I'm seriously worried about Soobin's health because I'm pretty sure he has a concussion now."

"Why haven't either of you ever talked to a teacher or me about it?"

"Are you serious? I've been going to this school for only a couple of months... A-And nobody ever listens to us anyway, so what's the point?... A-And since we're talking to you about it now, I bet that Jungmin is already thinking about how to get back at us for this."

Ms. Young sighed, knowing Yeonjun was right, "Ok... I'm gonna call your parents and Jungmin's parents so we can sort this whole thing out..."
