"Ulaz caught Ryner, I'm sorry Pidge for doubting you. We should have stayed trusting you instead of letting anotehr word confuse us" Shiro spoke in a gentle sadden voice as he looked to the mostly beaten up girl.
"Don't beat yourself up over it, I wouldn't trust myself if I met me either. But thank you, you helped catch Ryner and get the school closed down but um .. what will happen to him" Pidge shyly spoke before her eyes filled with pain as she looked to the slightly older boy standing beside Keith with a blanket wrapped around him to cover his naked body.
"Keith told us that Ryner cloned a fellow student after his death, it seems he was the one who tried stopping this academy since his first year here but trusted the wrong person. Matthew Holt .. right" Shiro replied as he glanced to the clone huddled on the grass with Keith explaining as much as he could over the situation and chooses.
"Mathew Holt, he should be twenty years old .. finishing this academy last year but his original self died three years ago" Pidge answered as she glanced to the male.
He was tall and slim but had muscles in his shoulders and arms, a great teen body as one might call it. Fair skin with a single scar over his left cheek unknown on how the clone may have gotten it when Ryner seemed to keep him within the pod. Long messy honey hair and small dull hazel eyes. He was the clone of Mathew Holt and was roughly twenty years old like his original self would be.
"Well he can either join with Voltron, we'll protect him and help train him into being able to become one of us fully. He'll help with mission and be treated as a team member, a chance at a life or he'll be taken to the labs to be tested on till he dies or just thrown in a cell until he dies since he a freak of nature. Its up to him, that why Keith talking to him to pass on the chooses for him" Shiro explained with a slight frown as he glanced over to Mathew clone .. he seemed so human yet the dull eyes and stiff body showed he wasn't normal.
"What about Lotor, the second Pod has a clone with him inside" Pidge asked trying to seem like her attention wasn't fixed on Matt.
"The clone was already dead before you messed with the pods, Lotor is the ordinal meaning when Ryner tried to clone him .. it failed and she had no choice but let Lotor live for now" Shiro replied and Pidge gave a small nod.
"Woof"
Pidge turned in the direction of the small high pitch bark making them all turn to see a dog running towards them. She is a fawn, short-haired Bull Terrier's with a snub nose, perky ears, and a red collar.
"Bae Bae, Didn't I tell you to wait in my room" Pidge frowned as she glared at her dog who came to a stop by her feet .. tail wagging and tongue hanging out in joy.
"Was this the reason you had a time limit during night" Shiro asked with a slight grin and Pidge gave a small shy nod.
"How the hell did you sneak a dog into the garrison, they had a band on all animals and check everyone dorm with scanners" Lance yelp as he looked to the dog then back to Pidge in complete shock.
"She my dog, I keep her hidden within the school and added a scanner jammer in her collar making her invisible to most tech" Pidge answered with slight pride.
"Woof" Baw Bae barked happily as Pidge reached down fussing her before stroking behind her ears.
"Dog" Matt clone spoke as he wobbled over, just staring at the dog while keeping the blanket tightly wrapped around his naked body before he kneeled.
"Bae Bae" Pidge answered with a small smile, glancing as her dog warily sniffed matt before whimpering and stepping away from him.
"Sorry Girl" Matt muttered with a slight frown as he reached his hand out slowly and Baw Bae stepped forward before allowing him to stroke her with ease.
"Shiro, do you think I could borrow him for a single day. I'll allow him back, I just need to do something first" Pidge asked as she watched Matt fuss her dog.
"It would take the rest of the day to deal with all the paperwork .. I could take her to her needed place and back with Matt before the boss shows up" Keith promised as he looked to the older guy who took a deep breath.
"If I didn't see you leave then I don't know about it but at least give him some spare clothes, I keep some in the back of my car while my keys may be in my pocket" Shiro sighed making the two smile.
"Oh my .. just look at the sky today" Lance grinned as he looked up, Shiro playing along while Pidge took the keys from his pocket before they started moving away leaving Shiro and Lance behind.
"Are you sure about this" Lance asked with a small smile, both of them just staring to the sky while the others run to Shiro car.
"Yes, something finally made sense in Rover not the robot but in her. A promise might finally be kept within them and well, everyone deserves a real goodbye" Shiro answered with a gentle smile.
"I have no clue what you mean but as long as I won't be punished for their mess I'm cool with it" Lance mumbled and Shiro chuckled.
"I'm sure you will noticed the link between Pidge and this mission in time" Shiro replied and Lance shrugged.

"I'll wait by the car" Keith spoke up as Pidge and Matt stood by a black gate that lead into the garden of a small family house. Bae Bae excited by the two feet, this was surely the dog real home and something she clearly missed.
"Thanks" Pidge smiled sweetly as she looked to Keith who nodded while he leaned against the car just watching.
"Have I've been here before" Matt asked confused as he just stared at the house.
"Not you, just give me a second to unlock the door" Pidge replied before opening the gate and running the front door, pulling out a set of house keys buried in the flower pot by the door before she unlocked the door and opened it. Bae Bae running in straight away in full joy as her tail wagged like no tomorrow.
Keith watched as Pidge quickly glanced at a small mirror by the door chain to help see anyone outside if the chain was on, she was trying to wipe the blood away and clean up a little. Brushing her hair out with her fingers before stepping back nervously, Bae Bae sitting by her feet. Keith couldn't help but chuckle as She quickly pulled the glasses off hiding them in a pocket when Matt walked towards the front door.
"Woof" Bae Bae happily greeted Matt as he stepped inside.
"I-I'm home" Matt spoke up surprised, the words falling out of his mouth before he could stop himself.
"Home already, didn't even notice you were gone" Pidge joked with a small soft smile, her eyes sweet and a slight fondness grew in them as she looked to Matt.
A laugh escaped Matt lips before her knew why and slight joy shined in pidge eyes as she listened to his laugh before letting her own giggle leave her lips. She froze as a hand ruffled her short hair and she glanced to find it was Matt who just smiled fondly at her, slight pride in his eyes.
"S-Sorry" Matt quickly yelled as he pulled his arm around, holding the wrist with his other hand out of shock. He had no clue what came over him and yet his body and mouth moved without him knowing it and he just felt someone else for a second.
"Thanks" Pidge whispered with a sadden smile as warm tears filled her eyes and fell without warning.
"I love you, Katie" Matt muttered with a warm smile and proud eyes, he looked just like her brother just grown up and she allowed this stranger who stole her brother to pull her into a hug .. she felt her brother warmth and love once again before he tensed and pushed her away in fear.
"I think I better return to the car" Matt mumbled in slightly scared at the sudden instincts taking control over his body and mouth .. he ran back to the car and sat back in the back without a word.
Keith watched as Pidge kneeled down petting Bae Bae with a soft smile, a simple farewell was made and she could be at peace to know her brother finally returned like he promised. Keith glanced back to Matt who sat slightly freaked out from the sudden moment that seemed so natural yet was out of his control, someone else taking over without him knowing it. But he still watched Pidge, a slight smile on his lips as he watched her pat the old family dog.
Taking a deep breath, Keith walked over to the door giving it a small knock making Pidge laugh a little before walking over and leaning on the doorway like he was an old friend trying to win her over in coming out to hang.
"How can I help you Mr Kogane" Pidge asked with a slight grin, her arms crossed while she leaning on the door frame.
"Voltron still has a place for you, it means a single flat to yourself in the voltron base but they allow pets. You'll be able to see matt daily in the base and well help save the world by just being a vigilante, stop any other evil being done" Keith offered as he crossed his arms shyly, his eyes staring into her own noticing how much bigger they seem without the glasses.
"I'm not very good at being a team or making friends" Pidge warned as she looked to him unsure.
"Neither Am I but Shiro brother mode is too strong to reject and well Lance makes good bait" Keith smirked slightly making her laugh.
"I'm guessing your not gonna allow me to say no" Pidge asked with an amused smile as she raided her eyebrow.
"Not really, I might have grown to enjoy you being around for a mission ... not ready to let you wonder alone not until I get my answered over you" Keith answered honest and glancing down to Bae Bae.
"I'll make you a deal" Pidge smiled as she pushed from the door frame to stand better.
"What the deal" Keith asked unfolding his arms.
"I'll join Voltron but I'm allowed to bring anything from this house I chose and he doesn't learn about me Katie not unless his original memories are opened by himself. I'm joining as Pidge, the girl you met not the girl from my past" Pidge responded as she placed one hand on her hip before holding the other out to Keith.
"Deal and to me, you'll always be just you no matter the name you pick, you are you in my eyes nothing more and nothing less of a pain of an ass" Keith admitted with a gentle smile as he shook her head, feeling proud as she giggled.
"Give me twenty minutes to pack, for me, Bae Bae and one for Matt .. he may be a clone but he deserves some memories he kept here" Pidge muttered and Keith nodded.
"We be by the car" Keith replied and Pidge nodded before heading inside more, Bae Bae following after her while Keith walked over to the car.
"Mr Kogane" Matt voiced called out making Keith turn to the back seat and noticed him sticking his head out the window.
"Something wrong" Keith asked with slight worry.
"Who is that girl" Matt asked unsure.
"Pidge Holt" Keith answered before entering the car and waiting.
