"Egypt you ready?"
I finished putting my shoes on and stood up
"Yeah. Why Carlos couldn't come over here to see you? I really don't feel like being around people"
"Cause Tremaine over there with him right now.. and plus Christian would kill me"
"Kill you for what?" Christian asked as he walked into the room holding Carson in one hand while he shook a bottle in the other. Like usual he had on no shirt and a pair of sweatpants.
"Nothing" Akira muttered which didn't satisfy Christian
"Nah fuck that. What ima kill you for? What y'all got goin on?" He asked while looking at the both of us "y'all bout to go do some shit y'all ain supposed to do"
"And if we was?.. think you somebody daddy"
"I am"
Akira rolled her eyes "well remember you CARSON daddy. Not mine"
"But you my baby sister so ion give a fuck bout none of that... and don't think you slick too" he told me
"I ain say nothing"
"He think he gone be one of THEM baby daddies. Don't pay his ass no attention. You bout to go see YO NIGGA"
"Pshh" Christian waved her off as she walked out of the room
"Ima be in the car egypt"
I grabbed my phone and slid it in my back pocket feeling Christian look at me in the process.
"You straight?"
"Yeah. I'm perfectly fine. Everybody was gonna find out eventually.. right?"
"Yeah but still"
"Well they already know now. Yet again I'm a trending topic when I literally don't bother nobody but it's okay. I'll be alright. Besides, Tremaine said he'll handle it"
"Tremaine?"
"Yeah Tremaine. Why you say his name like that?"
Christian shook his head and started shaking the bottle again like he was in his feelings
"Why you in your feelings?"
"I ain in shit"
"You obviously are" I mumbled while I pulled Carson's hand from his mouth and wiped drool from around his mouth
"What I gotta be in my feelings for?"
"That's what im tryina figure out"
"Ain yo friend waiting on you?"
"I'm going. I can't love on my baby real quick"
"Nah" he pushed me back some
"Christian stop playing" I pushed his hand away and walked up to Carson again but Christian pushed me back again
"My son don't wanna be near you"
"And I pushed him out"
"Okay and if I ain ever nut in you he wouldn't be here"
I rolled my eyes "see-"
"See what? Mad cause I'm tellin the truth. Got ol boy so stuck in yo ass you act like you'on remember that sometimes"
"Tremaine is not stuck up my ass. And I know who my son's daddy is"
"Yeah Ight. All I know is my son better not call no other nigga daddy"
"You reaching. He knows who his daddy is"
"Mhmm"
"Why you gotta do all of that"
"Cause. You'on need to know that"
"Why I don't? You obviously feel some type of way about something"
"I do. But we ain gone get into that.. y'all have fun though" he told me before walking out of the room and I watched him leave, completely confused right now.

The whole ride to Carlos' house I completely dreaded. Knowing how Christian's friends are, I know they probably had a lot to say about the whole situation and they probably already said something to Tremaine about it. As Akira stopped the car, now in his backyard I let out a breath. Before she could switch the car off the back door to the house opened and Tremaine walked out smoking . Both Akira and I got out and as I did so, I could feel Tremaine look at me. He slowly made his way down the steps and passed the blunt to Akira, who then started to take a hit from it causing me to look at her
"What? You wanna hit?"
"No. Since when did you start smoking?"
Tremaine laughed before nodding off towards the door
"Yo boy in the house"
"Bet! I'm taking this with me" she responded while hitting it again and went into the house. After she was gone he wrapped his arms around me pressing me back against the car. The scent of weed on his breath and clothes was so strong I'm pretty sure I was gonna get high off contact. I grabbed his face and looked at him
"You high right now"
"Nah"
"Tremaine yes you is"
He sucked his teeth and reached in his pocket grabbing his phone. As he lifted the phone up his screen lit up making him squint his eyes even more. Notifications flooded his phone but he just ignored them and locked his phone back
"Where Carson?"
"With his daddy. I wasn't bringing him out here especially this late"
"Oh so you spending the night over there while he there too?"
"I mean.. yeah but he doing his own thing with Carson, I'm only there for Akira. Why?"
Tremaine just shook his head which didn't make me feel any better
"Why you lookin like that?"
"Lookin like what egypt?"
"Yo face all bawled up now. Is it a problem that I'm at Akira's house cause he over there?"
"Nah. I was just askin cause ion trust him"
"But do you trust me?"
"Yeah. Why?"
"So it shouldn't be a problem then. I don't want Christian, I don't look at him any type of way other than my son's father and that's it. So just chill out because tonight had already been enough hell and I don't wanna feel like you hate me too"
"Why would I hate you?"
I shrugged and Tremaine chuckled
"What's so funny?"
"You. I ain got no reason to hate you so chill with that shit and I already told you ima handle the rest of that shit so don't stress it"
"How you gone handle it?"
"Don't worry bout all that"
"Don't do nothing to get you in trouble Tremaine"
He put his finger up under my chin and started kissing me but I softly pushed him back "you listening to me?"
"Mhmmm. I hear you"
"Yeah you HEAR me but are you LISTENING?"
"Yeah egypt" he breathed while he ran his hand across his face. I knew I was probably irritating him right now and I didn't ran it intentionally but I just don't want him to do nothing to get him in trouble all because of me
"I'm getting on your nerves right now ain it?"
He nodded while grabbing my hands "yeah but shit. You my girl so you always getting on my damn nerves"
"I do Forreal?"
"Yeah"
I frowned so he hugged me, rocking me side to side
"No don't try to hug me now after you just said I get on your nerves"
"Ahh Shutcho ass up" he hugged me tighter and looked down at me "gimme a kiss"
"What's the magic word?"
"Now"
I sucked my teeth and he laughed before pecking my lips repeatedly then backed away
"Wait. I wanna nother one"
"Like I thought" he boasted while kissing me again and gripped onto my hand before walking off to his car pulling me behind him
"Where we going?"
"We ain bout to sit outside while Akira in they getting her back beat in"
"Must be nice"
He side eyed me "Ight then. Bet"
"What?"
"Bring yo ass"
He let go of my hand and walked off to the car so I laughed
"Whatchu bout to do?"
"Nah. Come on. You over here talkin bout must be nice. Let's go"
"What? You bout to beat my back in now?" I asked as I got in the passenger seat and Tremaine started the car, shaking his head
"I'm bout yo break that shit" he mumbled before driving off
