"Where is Yoongi-hyung?"
Jimin walked into the meeting room to see everyone there except Yoongi and Yn. He knew where Yn was but he hadn't seen Yoongi since this morning before the attack. It's really unusual for him to be late as well, so everyone was worried that he might be in need without them knowing.
"Not sure. I told him about the meeting and he said he will take a shower then come and set everything up like usual but he never came. I had to do everything myself." Taehyung informed whilst sulking from his seat. He was sat next to Lily who was stapling the documents meant for the meeting. "By the way where is YN? Is she okay?" he asked after I sat in my seat. We couldn't start the meeting without Yoongi, and the fact that YN wasn't here like usual seems to have made everyone even more uncomfortable.
Jimin sighed as Jin, Marie and him shared a knowing look. "It was something we were going to talk about anyway. I might as well start with this whilst we wait for him." Everyone nodded as they all faced forward looking at Jimin.
"During the attack two of the orphanage children were missing. Yn being Yn went to look for them herself and ended up finding them both but not in the best of conditions. You guys remember who Lucy was, right? The one that betrayed her pack?" Everyone nodded whilst Cassie tightened her grip on the paper cup in her hand. The cup was instantly crushed and the remaining coffee spilt over her hand.
But she ignored any attempt Jungkook or anyone had to clean it up, forcing Jimin to carry on. "The girl in the dungeon?" Jungkook asked to which Jimin nodded. Cassie was close to storming out of the office, most likely to pay a 'visit' to Lucy but Jungkook was quick to soothe her.
"She showed up with the two children completely battered and almost as though the had been tortured. Somehow they had gotten some information on how close YN was to the children and used it as a way to lure YN to them. Anyway, there was a fight before we all rushed back to the medical wing. Mimi, thankfully, hadn't sustain in life threatening injuries but Chloe was a different case."
As Jimin stopped, everyone knew what he meant. It was no secret how much YN loved children, but Chloe was someone even more special to her. Everyone knew in the pack that if you were to mess with Chloe, Yn would never let it down. They were like mother and child, though not related by blood, so when the rumour of Yn wanting to adopt Chloe became viral everyone wasn't surprise, and in fact very supportive. If Chloe was hurt or worse, everyone couldn't imagine what YN was feeling. And not just YN, Jimin too.
"I'll have Jin explain everything in detail about her situation but all I can say now is that Yn isn't joining us for this meeting. I was able to get her to sleep and I think after everything she's gone through she needs it." The elites agreed knowing that YN must have taken Chloe's situation really badly. I mean who wouldn't? The girl is the most precious angel anyone had seen.
"Ooh that's right. Jimin you never told us who that girl was. The one who came in with you and YN to the medical wing." Jin broke the silence, as everyone's head cocked to the side. They had all smelt a foreign scent around the pack house but it was too weak for them to fully get a grasp at. It was like they were covering their scent with something.
"That's right. We haven't told you. That's-"
At that moment the office door slammed open and in came a panting Yoongi and the girl who they were talking about a moment ago.. holding hands? "Sorry, I'm late. I lost track of time."
Everyone, except Jimin, watched with wide eyes as Yoongi walked hand in hand with the girl to his seat. He pulled and extra chair to let her sit down before sitting down himself. The girl reaches for a cup and jug before pouring Yoongi some water, something he appreciated. He gave her a small gummy smile before passing her the cup to which she only took a sip before putting it down. The whole room sat silently watching the interaction before Hoseok decide to say something. "Umm... Hyung, whose this girl?"
Yoongi looked at Hoseok like he had grown three heads before realising he hadn't introduced her. The only possible people knowing who she was, was Jimin and YN, someone he couldn't see in the room.
"Yn's not here. I'll explain later. But I have to say, I'm happy you finally met Roxy. As for Roxy, I'm glad you could finally join us." Jimin smiled at the two whilst the whole room including Yoongi and Roxy looked at him in shock.
"Wait you knew she was here?" Yoongi was the first to say something before turning to Roxy who looked at Jimin in confusion. She only now realised that he was awfully nice to her though she was trespassing, even if she was a friend of YN's.
"Yep. She was with YN and me earlier before she went to look around the house." Jimin simply said like it would answer every single question that was floating in the room.
"That doesn't explain anything! Plus, Roxy as in the other Luna confidant apart from me?" Cassie fumed as she twisted in her chair.
"Yep and she's also Yoongi's mate."
"What!?"

After explaining as much as they could for the time being, everyone sat back down congratulating Yoongi and Roxy for finally finding each other. "I can't believe I'm the only one without a mate now." Hoseok moaned as slumped in his chair. "Don't worry, Hyung. I'm sure your mate will show up soon." Tae simply said before turning back to Jimin who cleared his throat.
"Okay back to the meeting. "
All fun and game was replaced with seriousness as Lily handed out the papers that she was stapling earlier.
"There's a lot to cover and we don't have much time. I'm sure Roxy has much to tell us which will hopefully inform us more of what's going on." Jimin paused as he looked at Roxy. Roxy nodded before speaking for the first time since the beginning of the meeting.
"I have a lot to report and talk about but I think it's better if we wait for the Luna and then discuss. Our information combined would be much more understandable if we talk about it together than separately. Not to mention there'll be a lot of things you might need your mate around you to help calm you."
The last sentence alone sent a wave of sombreness through the room. This wasn't as basic as they thought it was. There's so much more that they have hidden. So much more the two have known, that could possible be deadly to know.
As those thoughts swam in the back of their minds, the meeting carried on as they talked about the losses and gains during the attacks, guard rotations and strengthening of pack borders. Food rationing and safety of the pack were main topics that everyone was concerned about too thus most time was spent discussing those. The destroyed buildings and where people would be housing now was another topic that was brought up.
The meeting went on for hours as everyone sat and tried to find a solution for the problems that were piling up. But the big question was why? What was the purpose of them attacking? And the way they attacked and retreated too? It sent shivers through everyone's spine thinking about how organised everything was. Almost as though the mastermind knew what we were all thinking. And knew that Lucy was going to be defeated at that exact moment.
As the meeting finally came to an end, everyone stretched before making their way to bed. It passed midnight, and they seriously needed some rest after everything that happened today. But not everything goes as planned.
The door was again thrown open again, nearly smashing Namjoon in the face if it wasn't for his reflexes. "Muffin, what are you doing here?" Jimin walk towards Yn who was looking around in a frenzy for someone. "Jimin have you seen Roxy?" She asked quickly in a half awakened state as Jimin took her into an embrace.
"I'm right here Yn." Roxy stated as she came out from behind Yoongi. Yn looked relieved before she moved out of Jimin's embrace and sprint across the room to Roxy. "I'm glad the two of you have found each other, but I'm sorry Yoongs, but I'm gonna have to borrow Roxy for a few." Yn took Roxy's wrist before pulling her without waiting for a reply.
Everyone watched as Yn's eyes were unfocused and zooming across the room. Like something or someone was watching her. It freaked everyone out. Especially Jimin. He could hear her heartbeat going at a million miles per hour and it was worrying him.
Yoongi kept his grip on Roxy whilst Jimin walked behind Yn taking her back in to his grip trying to calm her down. "Muffin..Yn..Look at me. What ever is going on, you can tell us together and w'll solve it. No secrets remember." As Jimin attempted to calm Yn, Roxy noticed something in her grasp. Taking it from her grasp without her knowing Roxy opened it and it instantly proved to be what she thought.
Dread filled her as she realised that his plan had gotten so far in such a short time. They had to act fast and soon before it was too late.
