birth
the exposure to the air bites
the noises become clearer
the water disapears
the bright white lights of life
glow in welcoming ignorance
my noises of acknowledgement
were ignored by the
multi-coloured spot0lights gleaming
the flesh of mine meets with the bitter world
the joy of my wails confuse me
then the tears leak
where there once was warmth is now coldness
where there once was silence is now thunder
where there was once comfort there is now metal
I then meet with my warmth, my silence, my comfort
when I am layed on the chest of the woman above me
when i am stationed on the body of my safety, my origins, my mother
