Chloe's P.O.V
“Try harder ya lazy poo”
“I am you ass!” I laughed as I started to walk to the other side of my hospital room
“Niall, the more you push me, the longer I’m going to take” I smirked at him.
Today was my first day of physio therapy, seeing as I hadn’t walked in a bit over 4 weeks. I was much harder than I expected, my legs were like two stale break sticks, I couldn't bend them without little shocks of pain going up through my body.
I wasn’t in a HEAP of pain, but it still hurt and felt weird. Harry and the boys had been in and out of the hospital a lot. The movie’s last scene was shot without me seeing as I wasn’t in the last scenes, which was lucky. The premiere would be in 3 weeks, and I was hoping I would be out of here.
“Com on on Chlo” Niall whined
“Are you serious? Are you fricken serious? Niall I have been in a hospital bed for 4 weeks” I frowned at him, making him smirk to the side
“Continue” he said holding his hand out for me to walk to.
Okay, one step at a time. If you fall, Niall will catch you. It’s all good. Were all friends here right? THERE IS NOTHING TO BE SCARED ABOU-
“Chloe you’re thinking too much, just walk. You have been walking for like 18 years. You can do it again” He winked
Harry and the boys went to get lunch and left me with… Niall. The ‘Sweet, kind, thoughtful’ irish boy. IT IS ALL A LIE I TELL YOU
“Okay, if I walk to you in 50 seconds, you owe me half of what the boys bring back” I grinned evilly
“What?! That’s complete rubbish. I will buy you a cookie”
“Fine” I rolled my eyes as he got his watch ready
“Give me a practice first” I braced myself and held onto the railing of the bed.
“baby steps” I whispered.
Without thinking again, I took a small step towards Niall.
“Yay!” I cheered
“Now another” he smiled widely
I took another towards him, and soon my legs started to warm up to the feeling of walking
“Go me!” I laughed as I noticed I was only a couple of steps away from him
I took a bigger step this time, getting ahead of myself
“Wooh!” I tripped and fell into Niall’s arms.
“Imagine if Harry and britt walked in right now. How bad would this look” I laughed loudly
“bloody oath” he laughed back picking me and placing me back on my feet.
“Okay ill go here, right. You walk to me in 50 secs and ya get a cookie” He said whilst walking to the opposite side of the
“Deal” And with that I stretched my leg out a little, taking a few steps.
“20 seconds left hun” He winked as I got more determined
I took a bigger step which soon lead on the pattern.
“Wooh, I’m walking!” I laughed as I soon reached Niall
“Wooh, I owe ya a cookie” He said annoyed but happy
I leant in as he embraced me in a friendly hug.
“Proud of ya babe” He smiled pulling out
“WERE BACCCKKK” I heard a familiar voice yell
“Hey lou!” I laughed standing my ground hoping not to fall. I was still getting use to it.
“Hey baby” Harry beamed approaching me
“Hi, guess what!” I screamed as the others filled the room
“What love?” everyone turned to me and Niall
“I can walk” I smiled big as I saw harry’s face light up
“That’s great!” He picked me up carefully and swung me around kissing my lips softly.
“And I owe her a cookie” Niall laughed crossing the room to stand next to his girlfriend.
“okay boys, time to go” The nurse smiled as she came into the room to give me my medication
"but we only just got bac- fine" liam sighed as he grabbed his stuff
“Bye guys. See you whenever” I winked as they hugged me individually, harry staying by my side like usual.
“Okay I’m going to try this again” I frowned getting up
“Okay go” He said holding out his hands ready for me to start walking
Just like before, I walked. The pain was becoming less painful and I could just walk without thinking about it. Although I had to take it slow.
“Im so amazing” I said in a joking stuck up tone as i approached harry
“You so are” He said pulling me closer and pressing his lips to mine.
I wrapped my arms around his lower back and kissed him harder. Boy it felt good to be able kiss him again.
As the kiss started to get intense, we were interrupted by my nurse who was wheeling in a wheel chair.
“Uh, hi” I smiled awkwardly letting go of Harry
“Chloe, would you like to come this way with me. It shouldn’t take long. Harry you may come to” She smiled pushing the chair closer to me
“Sure, but I don’t need the chair, I can walk now” I laughed.
Harry entwined his hand in mine and kissed my cheek lightly.
Life is peeking.
