Information: Primrose but her sisters call her Rose she is the youngest sister Rose is very responsible for her age, she is in her final year of college and she wants to be a midwife. She is very close to all her sisters the sister she wants to be like is Prue, she thinks of Prue kind of like a mother figure because she was only 1 year old when her mother died and then their Father left. Growing up was great for Rose she had a very strong bond with their Grams and was devasted when she died because Grams was the only parental figure that Rose had ever really had and she pushed Rose to be anything she wanted her to be.
Hobbies: Rose shares a love of cooking like Piper and is a very skilled artist and she is a black belt in three forms of marital arts. She is also a very talent artist and can speak and read three languages

AAN 2: I have decided to make Primrose, Paige's younger twin sister (why she was kept, and Paige given away will be explained later in the story and Prue Piper, Phoebe and Primrose know that Victor is not Primrose's biological father but none of them care, they are sisters. They do not know who Primrose's Biological father and they obviously do not know about Paige so they don't know that Primrose has a twin
