Tar Manipulation

Quirk Description:
Quirk allows the user to manipulate any kind of tar, both already hardened tar or just placed hot tar on the roads. This quirk user is good for making roads I guess. The user can even choose the path of villainy by destroying the major roads that allows various cities to transport or import/export the goods. The tar that they manipulate always become liquid in state.
Quirk Discovery Ideas:
- One fine day when truck-kun decided to Isekai the quirk user, his/her quirk got activated that made the road as a shield that destroyed the dream of getting isekaid.
- (Heroic Origin) One fine day when truck-kun decided to Isekai some random ignorant kid, in order to save that kid from death, the user accidentally activated the quirk. The boy was saved, yet held the grudge against the user for saving. Turns out years later, the saved kid became the greatest nemesis of the hero.
- (Villainous Origin) The quirk user was considered useless because he/she haven't activated their quirk yet. So while running from home after having fight with the parents, he/she has a chance encounter to save the life of person who actually a leader of gang of criminals who use their quirk for evil purpose. To save the Gang leader from bullet the quirk user activated the quirk and thankful for the actions of the quirk user, Gang leader allowed him/her to join their crime family.
Abilities:
- Can manipulate and reshape any kind of tar available.
- Can use tar as armor to cover user's body and even manipulate it into a weapon to use as. Though it slows the user.
- Can also shoot tar that is accumulated from surrounding.
- Can use tar as a protective shield to quickly defend from attacks.
Drawbacks:
- If used continuously for more than 10 minutes then it can cause severe headache.
- Cannot use it at sea and desert if there is no tar available.
- Cannot create but can only manipulate.
- Useless in close environments where there will be no tar.
Super Moves:
- Tar Prison: The user touches the ground and starts to focus a point where enemy is standing and quickly create walls that can trap the enemy though it makes the user exhausted.
- Tar Warrior: The user covers itself in tar by making body armour out of tar and a sword and a shield, the sword can also become heated tar, slows the user movement.
