Quirk Type: Transformation
Quirk Description:
By transforming hands into fan like objects, the quirk person can shoot strong winds.
Abilities:
- By spreading the fingers, the fingers turn into a fan.
- It can shoot strong gust of wind. A weak person will be blown away.
- Can be used to increase speed of shooting type quirks like increase the speed of fire shot, items thrown by Ochaco, sleep inducing power of Midnight, etc. It is more of supporting quirk.
Drawbacks:
- Fan hands aren't powerful, but can have industrial use.
- More of supporting quirk, have less chance of shining alone.
- If fingers bones are broken, the quirk becomes difficult to use.
