When Peter woke up completely fine, he realised he was in his own bed. Had it all been some random dream? He sat up only to see the bandage wrapped around his arm.
Shit. Dad knows now.
He let himself fall back into the pillow but immediately shot back up.
The class knows!!!!!!!!
Peter groaned. Everything hurts and on top of that his entire class and perhaps even the school knows that TONY FRICKING STARK is his DAD.
"Hey Friday, could you open the blinds for me?" He asked.
When he was met with the light, he instantly regretted it.
"Nope! Nope! Shut! Ouch! Fuck! Close!" He yelped, shielding his eyes with his arms as he waited for the headache to calm a bit.
He got up from the bed and sluggishly walked to the bathroom. He got his special light-blocking contact lenses he created.
After that, he groggily opened the door and stepped out into the hallway.
He still felt really light headed. Holding the wall for support, he made his way to the kitchen.
Tony was sitting on a chair, sipping coffee while doing some work on his StarkPad.
Tony saw his son walking into the room. "Peter! You're finally awake! Dang you slept for two days. Good to see you. How's that arm coming along?"
Peter just waved his hand in a way that meant: 'yeah yeah it's cool please calm down.'
He grabbed a glass of water and started chugging it down.
"By the way Pete, I sued the Thompson's."
Peter immediately spit out the water, hitting Tony straight in the chest and violently coughed.
He looked at Tony in disbelief.
"You didn't really, right?!" He cried.
Tony nodded: "Not only did that little turd hurt you, he also damaged the entrance gates when he slammed you into them. They deserve it."

When the court case ended, the Thompson's were forced to pay Tony.
Flash kept giving Peter a death glare throughout the entire case.
The next day at school, Flash and his friends cornered Peter behind the school.
"Well Parker, oops! Should I say Stark? Disgusting little bitch. Getting my parents sued. I'll show you something better."
Flash pushed Peter.... but it went wrong.
Peter stumbled backwards and tripped over another guy's leg. He fell down and crashed into a sharp piece of concrete with the back of his head.
The boy fell to the ground and layed there.
"Shit." Flash said."Did he pass out?"
One of his friends rolled Peter onto his back, wincing at the rapidly growing pool of blood.
They were met with Peter's dull eyes. One of the guys put his fingers to Peter's neck.
"Oh fuck." He said.
"Life functions critical, contacting Tony Stark." Karen said from Peter's watch
Flash and his friends sprinted away, leaving Peter to die.
Thrusters were heard in the distance and a few seconds later, Tony landed. The suit opened and he fell out of it, tripping on his feet trying to get to Peter.
He cradled Peter's head on his lap, who looked at him with tired eyes but a small smile on his face.
"Hey dad, what are you doing here? You're not a student?" He slurred.
Tony carried Peter to the Tower with a soft sigh. This Thompson family was in big trouble.
In the end, Peter healed fine, Flash was sent to prison and Natasha may or may not have threatened him
