It was the best thing ever that happened a year ago. Now, we're standing in our wedding apparel and are about to be wedded.
"Do you, Emma Leanne Nelson, take Eric Richard Harper to be your husband, for rich or for poor, for better or for worse?" The preacher man asked me. I smiled and nodded.
"I do."
"Do you, Eric Richard Harper, take Emma Leanne Nelson to be your wife, for rich or for poor, for better or for worse?" The preacher man asked Eric. He nodded.
"I do," he said, a romantic glint in his eyes.
"Ok, you may kiss the bride!"
Eric pulled back my veil to reveal my blushing face.
"You are so beautiful, Mrs. Harper..." He said as he lifted me into his arms, bridal style, and kissed me.
I, Mrs. Harper, am the luckiest lady in the world.
And so is Eric, my husband.
