Chaeyoung's POV
"I'm home." I yelled.
"Hey beautiful." Lisa said walking into the living room.
I smiled at her.
"Where have you been?" She asked.
"That's what I want to talk to you about." I take a deep breath. "Is aunt Lora here?"
"No she went out to get some groceries." She said confused.
I sit on the couch and pat the spot beside mine.
"I'm going to tell you something. Please don't get mad."
"What is it?" She asked worried.
"I went to the library and looked up for Yeri to see if she is alive." I said.
"Why did you do that?" She got mad. I think she is afraid of what I'm going to say.
"She is alive."
She closed her eyes tightly and smiled slightly.
"What did it say?" Lisa asked.
"It said that she did go into a coma for three months. But she is fine now and married."
She smiled sadly. "I'm glad she is happy." She said trying not to cry.
"Also I talk to her."
"What? How?" She asked confused.
"I called her and told her I am writing a paper and she agreed to meet me." I said.
"Why didn't you talk to me before you did this?!"
"Because me and you, we both wanted to know if she was okay."
"I s she coming here?" She said her jaw clenched.
"No. She didn't want to come in this house. I'm going to her house."
"Oh." She nods.
"If you really don't want me to go then I won't." I said grabbing her soft hand.
"No.. I do want to know what happened to her after..." she said shutting her eyes closed.
I hugged her tightly.
