Throwing all the clothes on bed, she sighs sitting down holding her head. He walks inside the room and shook his head seeing all the clothes scattered in the room.
His eyes fell on his wife who sat on bed muttering few curses which was audible to him. He chuckles and starts walking towards her.
Neil : love. What have done to the room? Look at the mess.
Neil steps back and stops talking as she snapped her head and gave dangerous glare.
Neil : it's love. I get it. Relax. Why are you worrying so much about clothes? Didn't I mention you, we will be shopping. Look at the state of the room.
He held her shoulder and made her stand up. He cups her face and caressed her cheek with his thumb.
Neil : why are you frustrated?
Avni : how can I not be frustrated Neil? You said you will take us on shopping but have you? No right! Don't give excuses of yours. We will be leaving tonight but we haven't even packed.
Neil : why are you so stressed? We still have hours to Pack. You need stop worrying for such a things love. It will stress you out. I don't want you stressing unnecessarily. I have called up baby girl, she will joining us. We will pick her up in an hour or so. First we need clean the mess. Okay.
He pecks her forehead and moves back picking clothes from the floor and placing it on bed.
All of sudden guilts starts killing her inside. She felt so childish behaving her like that.
Glancing Neil who was cleaning the room, decided to help him out.
It took them almost an hour to neatly clean the room. They both deeply tiredly sighs sitting down.
He looks at Avni with a small smile playing on his lips.
Neil : you should get changed, then we will leave for shopping.
Nodding her head she stood up and moves to washroom while Neil picking his phone made few arrangements.
He ending the call and getting ready moves to his closet, he opens it and took some cash shoving in his wallet.
He shoved his phone back in his pocket and waits near couch waiting for Avni to come.
He looks up hearing the washroom noise and found his wife walking out of washroom in casual looking gorgeous as always. Her smiles adding the charm of her beauty.
He stood up and moves towards her.
Neil : ready!
Avni :yes! Let me grab my phone and purse then we are ready to leave.
Neil nods his head and waits while she grabs her belongs moving back to Neil.
Neil smiles and entwining their hands headed out of the room.
As they descend the stairs, they found Bebe and swetha chatting sitting in living hall.
Neil : mom, we are going out. We will be back within few hours.
Swetha nodded her head. They bidding a bye to them walks out of the mansion.
Neil unblocking his car enters and looks at his wife who also settled on passenger seat.
Neil fasten his seatbelt and looks at Avni.
Neil : love, please ring baby girl. Ask her to be ready.
Avni nodded her head and calls Nandini informing her as Neil told.
Neil starting the engine drove to malthora farmhouse. In between he turns the music and glanced at Avni who rested her head on his shoulder, interlocking their hands resting on her lap.
A smile appears on his lips as he drove in silence.
He honks the car as he parked outside of malthore mansion. He watched his sister slowly walking towards the car.
Opening the back door of the car, Nandini settled down and closing the door looks at the couple.
Nandini : hello you both. I feel so bad.
Neil rolls his eyes knowing the drama coming up and shook his head as he took u-turn.
Avni: why is that?
Nandini : I'm feeling third wheel between the couple.
Avni : it's not true.
Nandini: if you say so. Where are we going? What time is you guys flight?
Avni : we're going to mall. Flight is in the night.
Nandini nodded her head and give a look to Neil who ignores it focusing on driving.
They comes out of the car and Nandini holding Avni's hand took her to shop leaving Neil alone.
He shook his head and follows the behind. He took his phone out and starts scrolling, though he was busy on his phone, he had his attention around his surrounding.
Nandini : I will choice dresses for you. You need the buy sexy clothes.
Her cheeks heats up hearing Nandini's comment.
They were so engrossed buying clothes didn't realise how long it passed.
They moves to checker where Neil comes forwards and making the payment looks at his ladies who smiles in return.
Neil : where next?
Nandini : can we first eat then do rest of shopping?
Neil nodded his head and took them to one of the restaurants nearby.
He got a table and orders the food. He looks at them.
Neil : what are you guys whispering?
Nandini : it's girl stuff Bhai. You won't understand.
Neil : is that so. Love what are you saying?
Avni : Neil.. it's nothing.
Neil : really. Then why are you blushing so hard. What is my sister saying?
Nandini : Bhai. Stop being spoilt here. I was telling her something. You don't need to know.
Neil chuckles and looks at the waiter who brought the food. He thanks the waiter and looks at the ladies where picks up their order and starts eating.
Neil taking a bite of his burger looks around the restaurant but stopped feeling a particular person. He immediately looks away not wanting to be caught.
Finishing his food, he stood up and moves to washroom.
Nandini: what the fuck is she doing here?
Avni frowns.
Avni: what happened? Who are you talking about?
Nandini's attention turns to Avni who looked clueless.
Nandini : no one. Forget what I said.
Avni suspiciously looks at Nandini but chucked her thoughts away.
Hours of shopping finally they stopped and Neil dropping Nandini back home drove to khanna mansion.
Opening the door, he helps Avni to carry the bags. He moves to his room and placed it on floor with thump.
He looks at his wife who pulls the suitcase putting on bed.
Neil : shall I help you packing?
Avni : please.
Neil nodding his head sat on bed and folding clothes gave to Avni who neatly placed in the bag.
In between Avni expressed what she wants to do, while quietly listening and hoped to fulfil all her wishes.
Sipping a hug they both sighs and laid beside each other, she puts her head on his chest and rubs his heart.
Avni : I love you so much Neil. You making it so beautiful. I will never regret marrying.
Neil smiles and pecks her head.
Neil : and i wouldn't let you regret you marring me. We will be our backs. I love you too, love.
She nodded her head agreeing to him.
Neil : we should have dinner and sleep. It will be tiring for us later. We have to leave for airport at 12.
Avni : yeah.. let me get change and help mom making food.
He nods his head and sat up on bed grabbing his phone.
Swetha arranged the table with help of Avni even though she told Avni to leave it.
Everyone took their seats and served themselves.
Prakash : Neil, have you arranged everything?
Neil : yes dad. We will be leaving at 12 to airport.
Prakash : I will drive you both to airport. No need to book a cab or taxi.
Neil : dad. Why to worry? We will book it. I don't disturb your sleep.
Prakash : I want my children to be safe Neil. I will be okay.
Neil didn't argue and nodding his head ate his food.
They went back to their after dinner and changing into nightwear immediately fallen sleep as they will getting up within few hours.
Her eyes flicks opens, she rubs her eyes and adjusting herself she glanced the time and shutting the alarm woke Neil up.
Tiredly he moves to washroom and freshening up got ready.
As he was getting ready Avni checked everything that they need. As he comes out of washroom, he asked her to get ready while he tasks the luggage down putting in a car.
Rushing in and out they both were ready to leave for airport, Prakash also comes down with swetha.
Prakash: ready?
Neil : yes dad. Avni is coming.
Prakash : I will take your luggage, you both come.
Neil nodded his head and helped Prakash taking the bags towards the car. He also puts in boot of the car.
Neil hugs his mom.
Swetha : enjoy Neil.
Neil nods his head and pecks her forehead breaking the hug.
Neil calls Avni's name out as they were getting late. She rushed out and apologised to them.
Avni hugged swetha.
They bidding bye to swetha settled in the car and Prakash drove the car to airport.
As they reached to airport, Prakash helped them out.
Neil hugs his father.
Neil : thank you dad. Take care.
Prakash : take care Neil. Have a safe flight.
Neil nods his head. Prakash hugging Avni left.
While they were headed inside to checkout area.
Once they got boarding pass, they board the flight.
They were lucky to window seat.
They settled on the seat, Avni feeling sleepy, she laid her head on his lap and slept hugging him. Neil encircles his arm around her protectively and leans back against the seat closing his own eyes.
Sleep over takes him as he was tired.
