I pulled up in the school's parking lot. I leaned back my seat and smiled at Liah as she looked at the stars in the sky.
"You ready?"I asked
She turned and looked at me "Yeah...I just wish Ayleks came"She shrugged
I nodded in understanding "But don't let her absence ruin your night okay?"
She nodded "okay"she then reached for the door handle
I grabbed hand as she looked at me confused "I gotchu"
She smirked "Oh my god"
I chuckled before hopping out the car. I went to her side and opened the door for her. She grabbed my hand and got out.
"You look beautiful in the moonlight"I complimented
"Thank you"she blushed lightly
"Aye! leggo Jahseh and Liah"I heard Pump yell from across the parking lot
We made our way towards him and Wifi. I have no idea why they came because all their going to do is get drunk and get kicked out the event.
"Aye! Bout time y'all showed up...looking like a great value version of Jay-Z and Beyoncé"Pump smirked
"Fuck you nigga!"I laughed at his 'Joke'
"Aye y'all want a lil something before y'all go in?"Wifi asked before opening his jacket, showing us the liquor he had
"Nigga, she's pregnant remember?"I asked
"Oh yeah...I forgot, what about you?"He asked
"Nah I'm good"
He shrugged and looked at Pump "More for us"
Once we made it the inside, Sunset Lover by Petit Biscuit was playing loud through speakers.

Billie and Stokeley made their way towards us. "Oh my god! I love y'all fits"
"Ours?! Look at y'all..I don't think I ever seen you in a dress Billie"I smiled widely

I sighed "Yeah, she said she didn't want to come"

"Is that Geneva with Michael B?"Stokeley pointed towards the entrance
Geneva walked in, hand in hand with Michael B. "Yup."Jahseh nodded

I heard a loud knock on the door causing me to jump out my sleep. I looked at the tv and saw that Seven Deadly Sins was still playing.
I heard the loud knock once again. "HOLD THE FUCK ON! DAMN"
I got off the couch and walked towards the door. Before I opened the door I looked out the peep hole and saw Scar standing there. "The fuck?"
I opened the door and saw that he stood there with a bouquet of flowers. "Scar? What are you doing here?"
"I came here to ask you...if you wanted to accompany me to the prom?"He asked
My eyes widened "um...I don't-"
"You deserve to have a good time tonight...I'm not taking no for a answer by the way.."he smirked

Jahseh pov
Mr. Martin marched towards Coolie and Bella, seeing that they were grinding on each other. "Stop it right now"
Coolie kissed his teeth "what we do?"
"No bumping and grinding, dance appropriate"He said
Bella rolled eyes "Okay Mr Martin"
"Oh, stop..let them have fun"Ms Jackson,our Art teacher smiled
"Mhm"He glared walking away
"Hey Jahseh, mind if I borrow Liah real quick?"Ling asked
"Of course not...but make sure you return her"I joked
Ling chuckled "Will do"
Liah pov
She grabbed my hand and led me away from everyone. "Liah, you look gorgeous"
"Thanks Ling"
"So, I wasn't gonna say anything at first but look to your right"She said in my ear
I slowly looked to my right, seeing Sonny staring at me. "He's been looking at you for the past 30 minutes, like hard down, nonstop, staring at you"
Sonny smirked when he noticed I was looking back at him. He gave me a small nod before disappearing in the crowd. "Man, that guy is weird..."
I shook my head "ya know, all this time I've been living next door to him...I never seen his parents"
"Hm. I haven't either"Ling mumbled
"LEAVE ME ALONE GAZZY!"Sharron yelled
"Look I didn't know she was your cousin!"Pump said grabbing her arm
"I deadass introduced you two last week! Stop lying!"She yelled
"Oh yeah"Pump chuckled, Sharron shook her head before looking back into his eyes "what the fuck was I even thinking? I should've known that you wouldn't be fucking loyal"
"Wait, who even did we were dating?"Pump asked
"Oh so we weren't dating?"Sharron placed her hand on her hip, glaring at him
"Hell no...in all honesty you were just a hit and quit like any other bitch I ever fucked-"
Sharron slapped him hard causing most people to look their way. "What the fuck Sharron?!"
She walked off as tears threatened to fall out her eyes, She quickly ran in the restroom.
"Poor thing"Ling pouted
"Yo, what just happened?"Bella asked walking over to us
"Just Pump being Pump"I shrugged
"Gazzy!"Bella called out
He looked up and made his way towards us. "What?"he groaned holding his cheek
"What did you do to Sharron?"Bella asked
"I ain't do shit to her...all I did was tell her the truth"He said
"You know..one day you're going to meet a girl that you really like and she's going to break your heart"I told him
Ling nodded "Everytime you do something bad to someone...it'll come back to you times 3"She glared at him
"D-Did y'all just put a spell on me?"He asked
Ling rolled her eyes "you need to grow up"
"Um guys?"I heard Billie say as she approached us. She pointed behind us, I turned around seeing Ayleks walk through the entrance with Scar.

"I thought she wasn't coming Liah?"Bella asked
"I guess she changed her mind"I smiled before making my way towards them.
Scar noticed me and tapped Ayleks shoulder. He pointed at me causing her to look my way. "Ayleks! I'm so glad you came"I pulled her into a hug, I looked at scar and mouthed 'Thank You'
He nodded and smiled "Um Ayleks? You wanna dance?"
"Sure"He took her hand and led her to the dance floor
Ayleks laughed uncontrollably as scar started doing the dougie. I smiled at the sight of her laughing, I'm glad she's here.
A strong pair of arms wrapped around my waist as I chuckled lightly. I turned around and smirked.
"Aye shordy, you single?"he asked
"I actually am"I chuckled
"mmm"he grinned before leaning in for a kiss. His lips brushed against mine before we connected both of our lips into a deep, delicate kiss. His hands gripped my ass causing me to moaned in his mouth.
"unt unt...hands up sir"I heard Mr Martin say
Jahseh broke the kiss and glared at him viscously. "Bruh, I can grab my girl ass if I want too"
"sexual touching is not allowed here"He said
"Nobody say shit to you when you be fucking Ms. Jackson after school in the janitors closet"Jahseh snapped at him
Mr. Martin eyes widened before he cleared his throat "Young man, do not make up false allegations about me-"
"It's not false but I'll leave it alone if you turn around and walk away"Jahseh said
Mr Martin quickly turned the other direction and walked away. I chuckled shaking my head. "Jahseh! Oh my god, why would say that?"
He shrugged and smirked "I mean I didn't want to expose the nigga but oh well"
I wrapped my arms around his neck "I love every little thing about you, Jah"
He smiled before wrapping his arms around my waist, tightly "If I could just press pause, in this moment, I'd stay right here...in your arms"he mumbled
