"what do you mean she kicked her out?" I asked as I stared at Dante with wide eyes.
"I mean, Luchi kicked her out, she packed up her stuff and called me after it happened," Dante said as he ruffled his hair before sitting on the couch, "I knew we shouldn't have made Alexis keep this from her." He said shaking his head.
"It was for her own good-"
"I know," he cut me off, "but now Alexis is heartbroken because she lost her best friend,"
"I know, but Luchi is a good woman...she'll forgive us," I whispered the last part mostly to myself because a part of me knew the chances of forgiveness now were very slim.
"yeah," Dante scoffed, "maybe in 50 years,"
i narrowed my eyes at him. I didn't need him feeding me negative thoughts about my girl.
"Maybe you should go and be with Alexis," I tried saying in a calm voice even though my anger was slowly rising.
"She doesn't want to see me right now,"
"And I don't either," I said matter of factly.
Dante looked at me for a moment before getting up.

He muttered before leaving my office.
Once he was gone, i couldn't help but run my hands through my hair for the millionth time this week.
It's been a week since i last saw her, and a week since I last shaved so my beard was fully growing.
I didn't have the time or frankly, the patience to deal with it so i left it.
I sat in my chair for thirty minutes, thinking about what I needed to do to win back Daluchi, get her to forgive Alexis, and once and for all get rid of Pricilla.
Picking up my phone I texted one of my trusted men That has been keeping a watch on Daluchi for the past couple weeks now.
I know I shouldn't but I couldn't help but worry about her, and since she wouldn't let me worry about her up close I had to do it from a far.
Me: how is she?
Don: she's okay, she just left for her internship at the hospital.

Placing my phone in my jacket pocket, I stood up and took a deep breath before grabbing my keys and heading to my car.
I walked out to my matte black Range Rover I've had for the past 7 years and drove to Daluchi's work place.
I don't know why I suddenly thought it would be a good idea to see her but I just had too.
When I put the address in my gps, I realized her place of internship was very close. It was only 15 minutes minus the traffic.
When I finically pulled up to the hospital I sat in my car for another 15 minutes.
I wanted to see her but I didn't want to cause a scene at her work.
My heart was beating incredibly fast, I really didn't know what to do at this moment.
Maybe I should wait for her to have lunch? I could maybe talk to her then?
Yeah. That's what I was gonna do.
I would wait until she came out for lunch and then I would talk to her.

"Oh my fücking gosh my back hurts," I groaned out as me and my coworker left the hospital building to get lunch.
I've been in my feet for 6 hours, non stop doing rounds and following the head surgeon.
Yes this was what I wanted to to with my life, but that didn't change the fact that my back was aching like a bitch.
"I feel you, my feet are fucking killing me," my coworker Jaden.
"We gotta get used to it, this is the life we signed up for," I sighed as I followed her to her car.
We decided to get lunch together at chick fil a because why not? And it would be cheaper to use one car.
"True but I don't think I'll be able to get used to it-"
"Daluchi!" We both turned to the voice that called my name.
I looked out in the parking lot to see Noah running towards me.
My whole mood worsened.
"What the fuck is he doing here," I grumbled to myself as I clenched my fist.
I turned back around and hurriedly pushed jaden towards her car.
"Let's go,"
"But-" she tried to stop but I kept pushing her. I glanced behind my shoulder and could see Noah was getting closer.
"No let's go please!" I pushed her until she started walking herself.
Moments later we were in the car, as I closed my door Noah knocked on the window.
"Daluchi please can we talk?" He knocked again.
"Who is he?" Jaden asked as she started the car.
"A cheating ex now let's go," I saw Jadens face as it twisted into disgust before pulling out the parking lot and driving towards chick fil a.
I looked behind us to see Noah still standing there with an angry expression on his face.
I just scoffed. He didn't have the right to be fücking angry.
"So he's the one that you broke up with?" Jaden asked after moments of driving.
"Yes," mumbled, the past week had been all down hill and I didn't want to reminisce it.
"Sorry do you not want to talk about it?" She glanced at me as she pulled into the chick fil a parking lot.
"Not really," I said, "but thank you for your concern," I smiled slightly.
"No problem, if you wanna talk...I'm here," she replied returning the smile.
I nodded and smiled again before exiting her car and walking towards the entrance of Chick fil a.
My once sour mood lifted a bit as I smelled the food, "damn I'm hungry," I grumbled as I patted my empty stomach.
"Me too, the last time I actually ate something was like 10 hours ago. I don't really know how I'm standing to be honest," I laughed as she grimaced.
Walking up to the line, I saw it wasn't very long, there were 3 or 4 people ahead of us.
While waiting in line, I got my phone out to scroll through my Instagram.
I found it funny how half the stuff on my feed was about couple stuff.
It left an ache in my heart as I thought about my horrible love life.
Maybe I'm just destined to live a life alone with 6 dogs and a cat.
"Hi welcome to chick fil a, what can I get for you?" I heard the lady take the order. I could hear the nervousness from here.
Almost our turn!
"Yes, can I get the market salad with avocado dressing and a tea please," the mans deep voice answered.
That accent...it can't-
"A-Anything else for you sir?" The woman spoke again with a slight stutter
"No that will be all thank you,"
"A-and the name for the order," she cleared her throat before asking.
"Luca Lombardi,"
Oh fuck me. Not again.
"Hey Jaden can we go actually, maybe somewhere else?" I said quickly as I glanced at the cashier, she was getting his drink so I still had time to sprit back to the car hopefully.
"But, I really-"
"Please Jaden I'm begging," I pleaded with my eyes as I tugged her arm slightly.
"But-"
"What's the rush bambina?"

The sound of his voice directed at me unconsciously made me straighten my back.
I wasn't faced towards him but he could definitely see the side of my face.
I bit my lip slightly debating on weather I should ignore him or not.
I decided the former.
Clearing my throat I fully turned towards Jaden, "actually never mind. We're already here,"
"Uhh, yeah yeah. Okay" she replied confused.
My my peripheral vision, I could see Luca squinting his dark green eyes at me.
They seemed to become darker over the years...and it seemed like he decided to grow out a beard too.
Damn why is he so fine?
I unconsciously pressed my legs together before clearing my throat and walking towards the next cashier who asked for the next guest.
"Bambina-"
"Hi can I get the number one meal with extra chick fil a sauce and a sweet tea please?" I said totally ignoring Luca for the second time.
My heart was racing and I could feel it beating in my chest.
Although we weren't together anymore, he somehow still had this dominant hold on me making me shake a little from ignoring him.
I knew that if we were together right now he most definitely would have smacked my ass raw before before sticking his dick so far inside me I would probably forget how to speak English.
As the cashier wrote down my order I could see Luca had walked to the side staring Blatantly staring at me.
Man if I didn't hate him we would've been in the bathroom fucking already-

"Huh? Yes?" I said widening my eyes, mentally Chastising myself for thinking that even when I was still very very angry at him.
"Your name please?"
"Oh yes sorry," I laughed nervously, "it's Daluchi,"
"Okay how do you spell that?"

"Okay, your order will be right up, here's your drink," she smiled as she handed me my sweet tea.
"Thank you," I took the drink and turned to find Jaden to see she was already seated.
I bit my lip again when I saw that I would have to walk past Luca to get to her.
Taking in a deep breath, I held my drink and sauce holder cup thing tightly and began walking towards Jaden.
I didn't let my eyes drift to him one moment and walked steadily towards her.
As I got close to him, he more my heart started to beat faster, I really thought I might have a heart attack at any moment.
As I walked past him I heard him say something.
Not loud enough for anyone else but me to hear.
"You know how I feel about being ignored bambina,"
My knees buckled a bit but I didn't stop moving.
When I sat down in front of Jaden, I could feel his presence behind me as I heard a chair scrape and stop.
"You okay girl? You look like you've seen a ghost,"
"Y-yeah. I'm fine," I said coughing. "I think- I think im going to go to the bathroom real quick," I smiled awkwardly as I got up quickly and made my way towards the bathroom.
There weren't many people eating in so I swiftly moved between tables and as I came to the woman's bathroom I was quickly pulled into the family bathroom.
And by the feel of the hand on my wrist I knew exactly who it was.
