The story take place some time before Halo 5,the fleet of Logan is the only one who have access to the combined forerunner/Ancient Human/Covenant/Human technology considering that its only experimental

*3rd Pov*
A planet was seen with thousand of construction ships around along with military ships of different size,it was green and blue before the Human-Covenant War but now it's only regaining it's colors from the glassing it occur there but its not what we are interested in.What we are really interested in is docked at a shipyard where a large ship of around 6Km in length and 1,3Km in Width and 1Km in heights,the ship had the letters UNSC Eternity lighted on the sides of the ship,engineer were doing things on the hull,It was an Infinity Class Ultra Modified with Human/Ancient Human/Forerunner/Covenant Technology.Around it was also dock multiple ship:two of them were Epoch Class Heavy Carrier;Two other were Paris Class Frigate and the last 'Ship' was an UNSC Refit Station.
We zoom in to see on the dock to see a Spartan with two AI on his shoulder.They were talking to him:
"Logan,we present you the new most advanced ship of all the UNSC and possibly all the ships that the Covenant."Said the female orange AI,the spartan now known as Logan looked at the ship from where he was.
"So this is all the technology,the Librarian gave you and the ones we retrieved ? it certainly would have been good to have it in the war."Said Logan before looking down in thought he was cut off his thought when the second AI tapped on his helmet causing him to lift his head to her
"Don't be down,we all would have wanted to do something,so stop thinking of the past when you have the futur of the humanity on your shoulder and it is if the combined tech installed doesn't kill with a 20% of the ship to fail killing all the crew and us aboard..."She continue to calculate things,Logan shook his head while the orange one giggle in her hands.
"Hey ! Logan ! Iona ! Dot ! Come on we're getting ready to leave it would be bad for us if the amiral and the AI of the ship aren't here for the departure."They looked to see an armored girl with a cybernetic arm with orange light on it,it was another tech the AI gave to the UNSC after they retrieved it from Installations but like the rest it was experimental.All the data on those technology were stocked aboard the ship confined in a vault capable of taking the glassing array of a covenant ship.
They moved to her before they enter the ship seeing hundred of small drones working around and soldiers almost everywhere.
"Logan,this ship peak of the technology the UNSC has and with the help of the Sword of Sangelios we have advance even further than it was during the war,with what Iona and Dot had on the Forerunner we could almost replicate their technology and with the Ancient Human you have sent some months ago helped and with the help of the ones from the one of the Forerunner Era,everyone know that we will not reach the level of the forerunner and Ancient Human until some dozen of years of research but for now we are content with what we have."Said the girl while they passed in the corridor to an lift toward the Spartan Bay,they enter the lift and waited to arrive.
"Kat,i didn't even thought of how humanity would evolve after the fall of reach but it seem like Fear,Hope and our instinct of survivor has push us beyond our limit to survive extinction."Logan said to Kat while she nod, they arrived in the spartan bay where hundred of spartan IV were training,a team of Female Spartan IV passed them rapidly while saluting them,Kat and Logan took place on the rig to take their armors off.
When it was finish Logan change in a black hoodie with his rank on it,Kat had change in an uniform of the UNSC.The two had their undersuit on them all the time.
As they were leaving they passed a spartan with a skull on his helmet:
"Emile,you should really take off you armor its been months you are in it a least take your helmet off even Jun,Tom and Lucy take it off."Said Kat while looking at the one with the skull
"i don't like being outside of my armor Kat and i can't really polish my blade if i don't have it,for the other they do what they want not my business if they prefer to take off their armor."The now named Emile reply,Kat just shook her head while Logan chuckle
Logan passed a terminal where he took out a device that looked like a card and put it in his neural implant.
"Logan,all is set go to the bridge and we can launch."Said Iona inside his head what he didn't saw was that most of the female spartan IV and the ones that passed him and Kat blushed when they looked at him.
They took the lift back to the bridge,as they enter they saw crew member working on holographic screen before they snapped at attention.
"Captain on the Bridge !!"Exclaim a officer before Logan wave them off
"Are all system green ?"Logan ask an Officer
"yes sir they are all green,the ship is ready for departure."Reply the officer
"Kat what is our first mission ?"Logan ask Kat who was looking at a screen,she turn to him
"Our mission is to investigate an Forerunner installation discovered two day ago that has been acting up since,the High command have suggest that with the Forerunner tech aboard,it would be easier to understand what's happening."Said Kat before Logan nod and turn toward the Officer of communication
"Contact the other ships and ask them if they are ready."Logan ask him,he nod before he began to work
"Iona, call all the spartan IV and ODST to be ready for an emergency launching."She nod at his order before all around the ship ODST and Spartan were suiting up for a fight
"Slipspace drive ready."Said Dot checking the ship
"Go ahead and launch us."Logan said before they watch as the portals for all the ships appear before they moved into it
"The slipspace drive is reacting as the calculation suggest,it safe to assume that we will probably be able to use this time of replacement around the galaxy."Said Kat with a thin smile on her face
"Carter and Jorge would have been proud of Humanity especially since not long ago,we were on the thin line of extinction."Logan said with a ghost smile on his face while thinking about the two teammate he didn't know a lot about,Kat took him out of his thought when she asked something:
"Its been a few month since you were retrieve on Requiem,we were there but after a while we were separated,what did you do in those months ? and us Noble Team were moved to the Eternity to supervise its construction before we were really assigned on it."She had ask,Logan look outside a moment before a sigh escape his mouth
"In those months,i been working with the ONI on the experimental equipment and i have done mission for Serin Osma the leader of the ONI and an Former Spartan II,she sent me to place where was ancient Forerunner structure from there we did discovery after discovery."Respond Logan
"Mhm."hummed Kat while looking at the new arm in thought about how she acquire it,Logan saw this and put his hand on her shoulder
"I remember how i found the blueprints and it was a little strange."Logan began to said while he remember how he came upon the installation that had the plan for prosthesis and a lot of other things.
*FlashBack some weeks ago*
Logan was in a Winter Class Prowler heading toward a installation supposedly Forerunner,he was contacted by Serin:
"Noble Six,i have new report from one of our agent on the place they informs me that the place almost doesn't look like an Forerunner installation you are to go inside and see what it really is."Its all she said
"Yes Ma'm"Reply Six
When he arrived,he saw the structure from the cockpit,he land the ship before leaving the pilot chair,he place himself on the lift who lower itself.After a small scouting of the zone,he found himself in front of the door where was waiting a small group of 3 ONI Agents:
"Spartan,the Amiral told us of you arrival."Said the leader of the group"We are to guard the entrance until you return from it."Before they open the door and let Logan go inside with the light of his helmet switching on,Iona decide to speak after she run some scan.
"Logan Dot it seem this installation is not forerunner but another species that should have been at their level on the technology but it doesn't explain how we didn't found their structure until now."She said with a perplex look on her face while Logan hummed and Dot began to try and gain access to the system of the installation.
He walked for a few minutes before he arrived in front of an terminal where he connect Dot.
"Wait a second,i need to gain access to the facility."Said Dot before they waited for a few minute before the terminal lit up"I finish,i have gain access but it's really strange,it seem to be an secret facility created by the 'Reclaimer' an evolved Humanity in the Era of the Forerunner,the one that created this facility had survived the Halo Array activation and had continue to research and develop technology on their and the Forerunner ones,From what i see their physical were equal to a Spartan II in general and they were evolving to be a lot more on their genetics codes to be able to precede the Forerunner but it seem the one here died thousands of years ago.It seem they even protected some other peoples of other species but they didn't had enough Stasis pods for the survivor."
"What can you tell me on their research ?"Ask Logan
"There are multiple things:The first are weapon's,Vehicles,design for Warship,Combat Skin class 20,Cybernetics,Medical research,Slipspace efficiency,gadget and other things and finally on the peoples that they saved,there was multiple species unknown by us and the covenant along with the Forerunner:an Twi'lek named Ahsoka Tano;two of a species humanoid with Shark attribute one named Kira and the other Lira, an ancient human called Astrid and finally an Vixen called Feic.It's all the people of the facility in stasis."Reply Dot while Iona was transferring all the research inside the memory chip.
"Is there things that can be taken with us ?"Ask Logan while thinking of what to do
"Yes there are while the majority of them being of blueprint there are a slipspace storage pack in the armory along with weapon's and there are an Combat Skin Class 20 that can be modified for the need of the wearer."Respond Dot
"Tell me the localisation of the armory we go there first."He said before he took back the data chip and left in direction of the armory where he saw a small cube with a blue light and an Combat Skin Class 20 with a rig to place it or take it out,he walked to it and ask:
"Can it be modified to look like my armor ? and what are its capability ?"he ask while looking around
"yes it can be modified to look like it and for it's capability it has a mix of the plating used for the most powerful armor of the Ancient Humanity and the Forerunner,it's shield is twice as powerful as the one of the UrDidact,it increase the strength ten times,give you access to a small telekinesis,don't restrain your movement,is integrate all the power up possible but a lot are lock for now,I will try to unlock them later."Said Iona while she looked at the blueprint of the armor before Logan saw the armor move or more precisely very small part that took the shape of his own before he knew it,his armor had been swapped in a blue light,he looked at Iona with a questioning stare.
"Hey ! don't look at me like that,i just connected the new armor to your neuronal implant and use it to transport the armor on you."Iona exclaim while turning away with a lite pout and her arms cross,Logan shook his head before taking the cube and placing the weapon's inside along with his old armor.
They then left toward the stasis chamber where they saw the pod along the people inside:
"Logan,i would tell you to step back because they are from what the report said 'angry' at being placed in stase."Said Dot before she activate the awaking,they began to move and when they saw Logan in his armor they jump on him trying to pin him down.
"STOP !!"Exclaim Iona from one of the terminal stopping them along with Logan who was about to punch Feic
After this Iona explained to them what had happened to the Galaxy and propose them to join the UNSC Eternity when it will launch,they accept and help the Research and development of the UNSC to upgrade the Eternity with all the technology they had at their disposition.They were impressed by the UNSC will power to fight an enemy more advanced while being outnumbered,they were a bit sad that their species been seen by either the covenant and the UNSC but reassured them that their species didn't participate in the slaughter/Genocide.

Logan was taken out of his memory when they exit slipspace they arrived in front of what look like the Lesser Ark but a bit larger,it was at this instant that the Ark decide to activate an Slipspace buble around itself taking with it the fleet aboard the ships all the crews were knock unconscious from it,Except for Logan who was having a little trouble to not fall like the other.
"IONA DOT ! take us out of it and if you can't send a message to the UNSC that we will return as soon as possible !"Logan Exclaim before he himself fall unconscious when another wave of Energy shook the ship along with the fleet,Iona and Dot did sent the message but couldn't take the ships outside of the slipspace bubble.
Before they all vanished and letting the UNSC to try and defend itself from an enemy they hadn't expected for especially since she one of their own.
