"Thank you for everything, Kai." I kissed his cheek and walked towards the door.

"Thank you, Y/n." He smiled and blushed heavily, "this little hangout was exactly what I needed."

I looked into his eyes and noticed how pale he had gotten. He was pale and skinnier than the last time I have seen him. He had bags under his eyes and his his brown eyes were looking distracted and unfocused, but still had their little spark of hope.

"Take good care of yourself, okay?" I smiled sadly at him.

"Okay. For you and for hyungs." He said and waved me goodbye.

I waved him back and left the café, heading to my car. I got inside and drove back home as the blush remained on my cheeks.

I parked my car and was surprised when no one came out of the house to greet me.

On the door there was a sticky note that said "thank you for choosing option 2" in a fancy handwriting. I narrowed my eyes in suspicion at the little note and ripped it off of the door in annoyance. It can't be done, I have two more days left!

I shrugged off that thoight and opened the door and got out of my car in silence. Are Taehyung and Jungkook at it again? No way, it's too quiet.

Maybe they're just pranking me.

Yeah, that's it.

I smirked to myself and placed my hand on my hip, "I know you're hiding! You can't trick me!!!" I shouted out for them to hear.

No voice. Not one little noise came from no where. I rolled my eyes in annoyance and walked to the doorstep. I opened the door and the house was completely quiet and empty. I looked around in suspicion, looking for one of my hybrids to jump out of a hiding spot and scare me, but it didn't happen.

I heard something thump upstairs, but I knew for a fact it weren't Jungkook and Taehyung. If it were them, one of them would be screaming.

I slowly walked up the staircase and looked around. Only one door was opened. The door to my room.

I took one step towards it and jumped in horror, and almost down the stairs, as I felt myself stepping over something and immediately shut my eyes closed. I moved my foot off of the object and opened one eye slowly before looking down.

I was stepping over what seemed to be a broken device. I crouched down and examined it. My eyes widened and my breath hitched in my throat as I realized that it was Namjoon's laptop.

I stood up and looked up from the ground and my eyes landed on a figure walking out of my room to stand in front of me.

I noticed he had brown little fluffy bear ears on the top of his head and figured he had a tiny fluffy tail behind him.

"Nice to meet you," he smiled at me widely and extended his hand for me to shake, "My name is Kim Woojin, and I'm your bear hybrid."

"You're not my hybrid," I whispered with a shaking voice, and bent back down to pick up the pieces of the laptop hastily, "I have other hybrids. Go away." He winced and then sighed at my words in desperation and crouched down to help me.

"Master, I'm really sorry..." He said softly and avoided looking into my eyes in fear of meeting my death stare, "I will try to help you find them. I will. Just please don't be upset."

"Yeah right... You probably don't even have a single lead." I sniffled and looked up to face him.

He had warm brown concerned eyes and handed me the broken pieces he picked up. My weak hands were shaking violently as my breath was cut off by my hiccups. I tried to take a deep breath, not to break and cry right in front of him. But I couldn't help it as tears started flowing down my cheeks like a river.

I shut my eyes closed and faced away from him, trying my best to keep it in, but little sobs escaped my mouth every now and then. I felt his warm hand caressing my back.

"I can feel the connection between you and your hybrids. You really did have a great, strong bond together. All eight of you," I heard him say softly in a calm voice, trying to sooth me. I couldn't control it, but my heart beat slowly regained it's normal pace with every rub of his hand on my back. He pulled me closer and sat on the ground, pulling me on his lap like a baby, "I also have eight other loved ones I was separated from to be brought here."

I rested my heavy head on his chest and kept crying silently. He scooted back with me in his arms until his back hit the wall. He leaned back on it. He started to play with my hair.

"Do you want me to tell you about them?" He asked in a whisper. I could sense a little hint of sadness in his voice as it almost broke at the end of his sentence. I nodded quietly.

"My eight friends. My family. We found each other as animals, somewhere in an unknown forest." I looked at him while he spoke. Woojin was looking forward with clouded eyes, as if he was seeing everything right in front of him.

"Of course, it was weird for eight different animals to bond, but it was so special." Even though his eyes were clouded, he had a little shimmer of light in them that made me convinced he was missing them, deeply.

"I was just strolling around my area in the forest when some white wolf rushed past me. At first I was angry, no one should be in my territory. I followed him and found him threatening a little tamed dog.

At first I was furious. No one should be threatening anyone weaker then them unless they had a good reason to do so. But I stayed hidden, wanting to see what action the wolf would take.

But just when I thought things were about to get violent, the wolf sat down in front of the dog and barked what seemed to be a scolding. The dog looked down to the ground and looked around at a little blue and black bird that had it's back facing them.

The wolf nudged the dog forward with his nose, and with hesitation, the dog was stepping closer towards the bird, sitting behind it with his tail between his legs.

The dog let out a whine of an apology. At first the bird made no movement, but as the dog whined again, the bird hopped around and chirped happily at the dog.

The white wolf seemed satisfied with the result and layed down on the ground, getting comfortable on the soft grass.

I was a little confused, and before I could process anything, a little squirrel ran over from the bushes, bumping into the white wolf, making it jump and turn around quickly. Standing up on his four paws, the wolf seemed to be protecting the dog and the bird as if they were his pups.

The squirrel froze in it's place, frightened out of his mind when a black rabbit hopped after him out of the bushes. The rabbit suddenly became aware of the white wolf and froze as well.

The wolf titled his head and looked at his two forepaws. Right in front of him, on the ground, there was a small red fruit. I knew it was poisonous. The wolf looked back at them and crushed the fruit under his paw.

The two small animals whimpered, their little stomachs grumbling so loudly, even I heard them grumble. The wolf walked away to a bush behind him and knocked off a few of its small fruits with his paw.

He looked back at the small squirrel and rabbit and back the the fruits, encouraging the two to come closer and eat.

With hesitation and carefulness, the two came closer and started munching. The bird and the dog stopped playing for a second, looking at the new visitors. They ran up to them, sniffing them up, running and flying around them, asking them to play.

Once they have gained the two's trust, the four of them started playing around, and the wolf layed down again, looking at the four having fun.

A loud purr was heard, making the time stop. The wolf stood up, alarmed, and the small animals stopped playing immediately and rushed to hide behind him with their tails between their legs and their eyes filled with fear.

A young lion walked gloriously from the bushes, sitting down in front of the wolf, looking into his eyes, waiting for something to happen.

The wolf blinked and titled his head at the lion. The lion titled his head, imitating the wolf. A second later, a young deer followed the lion and stood beside him.

The lion's tail swished around on the ground. I already realised that the lion was just like the wolf; seeking for truce.

The wolf realised it too after a few more moments. When he did, he sat down in front of the lion and put his paw on the top of the lion's one.

The lion jumped in joy and started jumping around, thrilled about befriending with the wolf.

I was amazed and amused, watching the lion react this way. I noticed a little mole under his eye while he was jumping around.

The deer joined the other small animals and they have looked at him with awe. He was looking so glorious and stood tall. But a second later it started to feel uncomfortable and stirred in his place, rocking from side to side as the small animals examined him.

I was so distracted, I didn't even notice the red fox sitting next to me until it made a little whine.

My head was shot to the right, looking at the little baby fox from above. He was so curious, and had such huge cute eyes.
The fox looked at the other animals, and then me. Then back at them and then back at me. He nudged me side with his little black nose towards the group, trying to get me out of my hiding spot.

I really wanted to go there and try to make friends with them... But I was shy. I was really, really shy. I looked at the ground with frustration as the cute fox tried to convince me to go and socialize.

I was really caught up in my thoughts. What will they say if they saw a huge bear coming at them? I mean, sure, they've accepted a lion, but it was such a childish lion, and it was a young one as well. I'm a full grown bear. The wolf is also very protective... He would never accept me. And the little squirrel be afraid of me, I'm sure of it...

I haven't even noticed that the fox left my side but my train of thoughts was stopped when I heard something or someone was walking though the leafs of the bush I was hiding in.

Before I could run away, I was pushed down to the ground by the wolf, who was half growling at me, half curious.

Once I looked into his eyes, I felt an amazing rush of adrenaline going though my body. I felt light headed and kept staring into his deep eyes.

The wolf slowly got off of me, not breaking the eye contact. He was surprised as much as I was. We both felt the same way, and we knew what happened.

We knew that from that moment we would be inseparable. We had a mate bond, and we were both very confused. It's impossible a bear and a wolf would be mates, right? Well, not anymore.

He was wary, but still took the risk and stepped closer to me. He brushed his head against my chest, making my heart beat rise. I felt the urge to hold him close to me and to just never let go.

He came up to my face and licked my nose softly before helping me up, and walking back to his friends.

On the one hand, I was really shy to meet everyone, but on the other hand, the feeling of him walking away from me was aching my chest. I felt like I needed to be with him, to not let him get out of my sight.

I took a deep breath and followed my mate. When I got out of the bush, I was expecting them to scream in terror, but instead I was snuggled down to the ground by them all. At the top of the snuggling, I caught a glimpse of red fur.

I rolled my eyes, letting the part of the sly fox's plan slide, and just enjoyed the moment, which led me to my new life with my new family of nine members.

The dog's name is Seungmin, the blue and black bird is Felix, the lion's name is Hyunjin, the deer is Minho, the squirrel is Jisung, the black rabbit is Changbin, the fox is Jeongin, the wolf, my mate, is Bang Chan.

We were always together, even once we were captured. We were brought into this weird store, but we were kept in a big cell together in the back.

That was until I was separated from them and brought here. It was hurting me to be torn apart from my mate. It still does."

When he was finished, I was not crying anymore. He sighed and looked into my eyes.

"Let's help each other and find our loved ones together!" He smiled widely at me, but a tear left the side of his eye.

His warm smile made me smile sadly back at him, and we both just held each other there, crying quietly until we fell asleep on the floor.

We will help each other.

He will find his loved ones.

And I will find mine.
