"Greninja, I choose you!" Ash decided on choosing his best Pokemon first
"Go Altaria!" Titus shouted
"He sent out Greninja early?" Bonnie asked
"Maybe he's trying to sweep them all with just Greninja" Miette guessed
"I say he can do it" Serena assured
"Of course you think that" Miette sighed
"Now, second battle begin!"
"Altaria use Dragon Pulse!" Titus began
"Dodge it Greinja!" Ash replied
Altaria fired the big Dragon Pulse which shot up and then curved down, not leaving Greninja room to dodge so it instead attempted to block, which was successful and created a smoke cloud
"Now use Draco Meteor!" Titus prepared
Altaria flew up and titled its head up before firing a meteor that shot into the sky, and split into several meteorites that charged towards the ground
"A powerful Draco Meteor! Could this be it for Greninja?"
"We'll just have to get stronger and faster to get though!" Ash exclaimed
The transformation then began as the water spiral shot up and Greninja transformed into its Bond Phenomeon Stage 1 and dashed in, dodging each meteorite with ease
Once it dodged all the meteorites, Greninja jumped up and transformed into Stage Two
"What's this?! Greninja has.... changed!" The Announcer said in shock and the crowd cheered
"Ash-Greninja" Fiera muttered
"Yay! Go Greninja!" Bonnie shouted
"Now! Water Shuriken!" Ash commanded
Greninja quickly removed its back Shuriken and tossed it over its head, and the attack slammed into Altaria hard, knocking out the Pokémon
"Altaria is unable to battle! The winner is Greninja!"
"He won his first battle of the league with one shot, I think that says something" Fiera stated emotionlessly
"He did it! Two more to go!" Serena celebrated
"Your up next Glaceon!" Titus announced and he released the Ice Type Eeveelution "Use Ice Beam!"
"Use Cut!" Ash quickly replied
Ash-Greninja activated Cut and dashed in, slicing Ice Beam like it was nothing and then hitting Glaceon hard with the attack, finishing it
"Glaceon is unable to battle! The winner is Greninja!"
"Again with one hit. Ash has gotten so strong" May said
"Yeah.... he has" Serena agreed with a tone that made it clear she was absolutely in love with Ash and his strength as a trainer
"Go Machamp!" Titus released his final Pokémon "Use Fire and Ice Punch!"
"Greninja, use Aerial Ace!" Ash counter attacked
The two Pokémon charged at each other and Machamp would use Fire Punch in one pair of hands and Ice Punch in the other with Greninja blocking using Aerial Ace
Greninja was having a hard time keeping up with Machamp four hands but it eventually landed a punch to the chest and then a kick to the hip which did significant damage
The battle was then over as soon as it began with Ash-Greninja using one final Cut
"Machamp is unable to battle! The winner is Greninja! Therefore the victor is Ash who moves on!" The Ref stated and the crowd cheered
"He did it! He moved on!" Serena exclaimed
"He won his first battle with such ease" Kiawe said
"Pretty impressive" Trevor added

The quarter finals was in progression and it continued with the next battle of Tierno Vs Sawyer, and Ash having won his match against Astrid before them, Sawyer before that and firstly Anonymous
"Trainers, bring out your Pokemon!" The Ref said
"Ok then! Go Aegislash!" Sawyer chose first
"Time to dance Ludicolo!" Tierno chose second
Tierno and Ludicolo then a dance in sync which made the crowd cheer and his friends sigh in embarrassment
"Now, battle begin!"
"Alright Ludicolo, use Rain Dance!" Tierno began and a large grey cloud floated in above the battlefield and rained down onto it
* "Rain Dance increases Water Type moves, and Ludicolo's ability increases his speed in rainy weather.... ok" Sawyer though to himself
"Sword Stance!"
Aegislash flew up and powered up using Sword Stance in order to match Rain Dance
"Use Hydro Pump!" Tierno commanded
"King's Shield!" Sawyer replied
Ludicolo fired a big and fast Hydro Pump from it's mouth but Aegislash was able to block it perfectly with King's Shield that set up a barrier
"Time to counter attack! Sacred Sword!" Sawyer continued
"Hydro Pump, go!" Tierno responded
Aegislash flew up and changed stance so that it's blade part was free, which glowed blue and slashed down, cutting Hydro Pump and hitting Ludicolo hard, sending it flying back
"Sword Stance again!" Sawyer said
"Solar Beam!" Tierno persevered
"Use Sacred Sword once more!" Sawyer shouted
Ludicolo fired off Hyper Beam but it did nothing as Aegislash cut the attack again and hit the Water and Grass Type, finishing it off
"Ludicolo is unable to battle! Aegislash is the winner!"
"Sawyer completely outsmarted Tierno" Shauna stated
"Thats quite impressive" Miette replied
"He does take after Ash" Serena reminded which caused him to blush, but no one noticed
"Ok then, lets go Raichu!" Tierno announced and he released Pikachu's evolved form
"Lets start this off with Slash!" Sawyer resumed
"Use Dig!" Tierno quickly replied
Aegislash went in for a sideways slash but missed as Raichu used dig and dug its way over to under Aegislash, where it jumped back out and slammed into it
"Now use Iron Tail!" Tierno added
Raichu spun in the air and hit Aegislash hard with Iron Tail which caused it to come crashing into the ground hard
"Can't block if your down! Use Thunderbolt!" Tierno further pressured
Raichu charged up it's electricity and released it all with Thunderbolt, hitting Aegislash and finishing it off
"Aegislash is unable to battle! The winner is Raichu!"
"He took him out really fast..." Shauna said
"He had an excellent combo" Ash pointed out
"Your up next Slurpuff!" Sawyer exclaimed and he released the Fairy Type "Use Attract!"
Slurpuff began to battle by firing off hearts which hit Raichu and caused it to become dizzy and have heart eyes
"Raichu use Thunderbolt!" Tierno commanded but to no response "Raichu! No...." and he returned him "Ok then, your up Blastoise!"
"Tierno and Blastoise, its time" Ash said
"Blastoise use Hydro Cannon!" Tierno commanded
Blastoise fired a shot of water from each of it's cannons which hit Slurpuff at full force, sending it flying into the air, done in one shot
"Oh man, thanks Slurpuff" Sawyer said and he returned him before releasing his final Pokemon
"Scep!" It said
"Alright Blastoise, use Zen Headbutt!" Tierno shouted
"Use Leaf Blade!" Sawyer shouted back
Blastoise was about to charge off but it was met by a hard Leaf Blade before it could move, which left the audience shocked at Sceptile's speed
"Such speed" Tierno stated in shock "Alright. Use Ice Punch!"
"Stop him with Frenzy Plant!" Sawyer commanded
Blastoise's fist radiated with ice energy as it charged forward sloppily, but it was knocked back hard by the vines that arose from the ground
"Blastoise!" Tierno said worryingly as it dropped to the ground, fainted, so he returned his Water Type "Ok then, come on out Raichu!"
Raichu was released from it's Pokeball, no longer under the spell of Attract as it got ready for battle
"Use Iron Tail!" Tierno continued
"Stop him with Frenzy Plant again!" Sawyer shouted
Raichu's tail became made of steel as it dashed forward on all fours, but the vines that shot up from the ground knocked it back into the air
"Now use Leaf Blade!" Sawyer pressured
Sceptile's arm blade grew green as it extended and grew in size, and it dashed forward, hitting Raichu before it could land on the ground, and finishing the battle
"Raichu is unable to battle! The winner is Sceptile! Therefore the victor is Sawyer who moves into the Semi-Finals!"
"We did the best we could. Now lets cheer for the winner" Tierno said as he returned Raichu

"The winner of this next battle moves into Semi-Finals alongside Ash, Sawyer, and The Anonymous!" The Announcer reminded
"Alain has beaten all of Remo's Pokemon with just Metagross and Charizard" Clemont said
"I didn't expect anything else from such a well known and powerful trainer"
"I'll just have to beat them all with this guy! Go Garchu!" Remo said and he released his final Pokemon "Now, Mega Evolve!" and Garchomp began to Mega Evolution process
"Keystone, respond to my heart! Charizard, Mega Evolve!" Alain declared and Charizard evolved into Mega Charizard X
"A Mega Evolution battle! Who will win this encounter?"
"Garchu use Draco Meteor!" Remo shouted
"Dodge it!" Alain shouted back
Mega Garchomp titled it's head up and fired off a meteor which split into multiple meteorites, and Mega Charizard attempted to dodge by flying through them, but one hit and created a smoke cloud around
"You've got to admit! That's one more powerful attack!" Remo said
"Use Dragon Claw!" Alain continued, ignoring Reno's comment
"Use Dragon Rush!" Remo counter attacked
Mega Charizard X activated Dragon Claw and charged in whole Mega Garchomp was surround in a purple aura, and the two Pokémon clashed head on, blocking and canceling each other out
"Use Flamethrower!" Alain said
Charizard fired off a blue Flamethrower that swallowed up and exploded around Mega Garchomp, hitting it hard
"Dragon Pulse, Garchu!" Remo instructed
Mega Garchomp quickly recovered and fired a Dragon Pulse which hit Mega Chharizard X hard and created a smoke cloud around it
"Thunder Punch!"
Mega Charizard recovered quickly, shaking the attack off and hitting Mega Garchomp with an intense Thunder Punch
"Slash!"
Garchomp countered and slashed Charizard across the face with a hard Slash that made it stumble back
"Flamethrower!"
The battle then concluded as Mega Charizard X fired one last blue Flamethrower
"Mega Garchomp is unable to battle! The winner is Mega Charizard X! Therefore the victor is Alain who moves into the Semi-Finals!"
"And there it is. Alain wins" May said
"His Mega Charizard is the best of the best out there" Lillie replied
"I can see why he's well known" Tierno added
"Are you ready Ash?" Serena asked worryingly
"Yeah I am. Why? You sound unconfident" Ash assured
"You'll either be battling Sawyer, Alain or the anonymous" Serena reminded
"I guess your right on that one. My next battle will be tough regardless" Ash said

"Ash has made it to the Semi-Finals, impressive" Matt said
"Word on the street is that the finals may be under attack"
"Calem has gone into hiding so I can't force him to give me any information. Ash and Serena don't know anything either. So I'll have to do this the old fashioned way" Matt replied
"Good luck. Whoever that kid's dad is has control over a lot of things. Police force and so on"
"Why don't you go to that one guy for information? Uh..... Neptune!"
"I could never partner with him. Our ideals are competent different, and he's weird" Matt disagreed
"It would be better then nothing. Maybe he knows something"
"Hold on. He could...." Matt agreed
"What are you thinking now?...."
"Apparently Neptune is one of the six elemental assassins. I know that whoever we're dealing with has done work with them before" Matt explained
"Didn't you fight one of them?"
"I did. I find Neptune, I might find another assassin. Then I find him" Matt answered

"Hey sweetie! I saw Ash's battle on TV" Grace greeted
"Hey mom. And yeah, he was impressive. He's going to be in the Semi-Finals" Serena replied
"He's never made it there before, and to do it in the Kalos League. How great" Grace said
"He's improved a lot, I really want him to win" Serena agreed
"Something going to happen if he loses?" Grace asked
"He um..... he might leave Kalos to start another journey if he doesn't win" Serena answered
"I see. So then you have to put all your faith in his victory" Grace explained
"I know"
