LORENZO POV
The doctor came out of his office with a paper in his hand. He looked up at me "Mr Esposito we have some bad news" he said.
My heart started to race when I heard the doctor say this, my eyes widen and I placed Mia down on the floor and walked over to the doctor "What do you mean bad news, what happened?. Please tell me everything is ok" my anxiety was starting to build up and right now I'm on the verge of cry. "Is the baby okay doctor? tell me please"
"The baby is fine" he whispered and I sighed in relief.
"What about my wife, what's the bad news?" I asked and he looked down at his paper.
"Traumatic brain injury. She hit her head hard so there is a possibility that she might go into coma, or if not, she might not remember any-" he was about to finish his sentence when I cut him off.
"Coma or lose her memory? Oh no this is bad" I whispered, if she goes into coma she'll be asleep for a good while, but she's pregnant. I started pacing around the room while thinking.
"Mr Esposito we don't know for sure maybe she will wake up and be okay just stay positive. We'll also check up on her to make sure she's okay" he said and I nodded. The doctor told me that the family can go have a look before he went back to his office. Mom walked over to me and wrapped my arms around me.
"It's okay Lorenzo just stay positive for mariya and don't let the girls see you cry" she whispered and I nodded. The same thing had happened to my mom when she was pregnant with my sister but she didn't have a car crash someone pushed her down the stairs and she went into coma. I'm scared the samething will happen to Mariya.
"Daddy can I see mommy now?" Mia asked while tugging at my pants. I nodded then picked her up. I walked into Mariya's room and placed Mia down she ran over to Mariya then climbed on top of her bed. Mia looked down at her and her face sadden she looked back up at me with tears in her eyes.
"Daddy why does mommy have this on her head?..... Why is she sleeping? What are those in her skin? Tell her to wake up daddy....." she cried and I sat down. She wrapped her arms around my neck. "Daddy?"
"Princess mommy had an accident okay, so she in the hospital I want you to stay strong for mommy okay" I said with a small smile and she nodded and hugged me tight. Mom gave Amelia to me and she pointed at mariya "momma sweepy she go nite nite" she said while waving her hand up and down. My poor baby doesn't understand.
"Okay daddy" Mia said, the door opened and the others came in they walked over to me with sad look on their faces. I wish mariya would wake up right now.

It was getting late so everyone decided that they were going to go home. Mia and Melia refused to go home, they were crying saying that they wanted to stay with Mommy. I had to tell them that they were going to see mommy tomorrow but they kept on cry so I let them stay. I didn't want to leave either I wanted to stay with Mariya.
I never wanted to leave her side not until she wakes up. "Mariya baby please wake up I'm sorry baby. I love you please" I whispered while running my thumb over her hand. I didn't like seeing her like this. Seeing her like this brakes my heart into a million pieces. I never should have believed Emma. I'm so stupid very very stupid Mariah tried to warn me I don't know why I always believed Emma that conniving bitch.
"Daddy I'm tired" Mia said while rubbing her eyes. I picked her up and placed her in my lap. "See that's why I wanted you to go with grandma because I knew you where going to fall asleep. I looked over at melia who was already sleeping and smiled.
"Okay let's go home kiss mommy on her forehead and tell her goodnight" I whispered and she nodded and leaned forward.
"Good night mommy" she said then kissed mariya on the cheek. I watched her as she went down to Mariya's small bump and kissed it "Good night baby" she said and I smiled. I picked up melia then placed Mia down on the floor.
"Let's go I whispered then left. When I get home I'm going to put the girls to bed then come back to the hospital. I want to stay with mariya a little longer.
EMMA POV
I walked up to the lady at the front desk with a smirk on my face. She turned to look at me and I began to fake cry. "Ma'am please my si- sister had a car accident" I cried and she seems calm.
"Please calm down Miss and tell me her name" she said then looked down at some papers.
"Mariya, her name is Mariya" I whispered then wiped away the tears.
"Oh mariya, she's in room 4" she said and I walked away quickly. "Wait!" She shouted but I didn't stop because I knew she was going to question me. I chuckled as I walked down the hall to Mariya's room. I stopped in my tracks and looked up at the number on the door. "Ahh Mariya, Mariya" I said then smirked as I opened the door. "Mariya you poor thing" I whispered as I walked over to her bed. She looked so helpless but should I feel sorry for her? Nope.
"You know what you deserve it for coming between me and Lorenzo. My own kids hate me because of you" I paused then run my finger along side her bed. "Hmm I never liked them anyways, so lucky that I didn't get an abortion but then I wouldn't have gotten any money. Lorenzo is so dumb I drugged him so easily."
I looked how steady her breathing was and I kinda wish that she was dead. Looks like she didn't get hit hard enough. "I knew you would be angry if I had sex with him so I drugged the idiot" I evilly laughed then began touching stuff. I touched the IV then the holter monitor. I looked down at her small bump and placed my hand on it "maybe I'll be pregnant just like you" when I said this I heard footsteps coming my way. The holter monitor started beeping faster I ran behind the door and when the door opened the doctor and Lorenzo walked in. Lorenzo ran over to her side and held her hands in his.
"Mariya baby I'm here please stay with me don't go please" he cried then looked up at the doctor. "Don't stand there we're losing her!" Lorenzo shouted and the nurses came running in. I ran out of the quickly and sighed. Seeing them together makes me sick I hope she dies.
Sorry guys for the late update. I'm such a bad author😂, I would have given you guys more update but I'm so caught up with alot of stuff😓
