The use is able to send out a pulse from their body. Hands, head, legs, face. Wherever. The pulls can push objects, people, or the user with significant force. When used the force is shown by shock waves from the user in a pinkish color. The user is able to control how strong the pulse is. They can also rebound blunt force from punches, kicks and objects and double the force/power from the attack.
(similar to how the black panther suit works in the marvel films, but more controlled)
Drawbacks: Every time the user sends a pulse out of their body, their insides of their body are pushed abck from the force of the pulse where the pulse came from. If user is weak the force can damager bones, arteries, muscles, ligaments, etc. If they are stronger or train the quirk thir body can take the impacts better
