The user can pick up and object and create a form of plasma surrounding it to create a makeshift lightsaber from star wars or a laser blast. They can also surround their body in the plasma and make them self almost invincible for however long they hold their breath for. The longer they hold their breathe and surround them self in plasma the hotter their inner and out body temperature becomes. If they use it too much they could boil them self. The color of the plasma will change depending on their emotions.

Drawback: The more and longer they use the quirk they burn their skin. If they use the quirk for too long they can eventually get a third degree burn on their skin either randomly on their body or wherever they are holding onto an object surrounded in plasma. After they are done with their ability their outer body temperature will be hot depending on how long they used the ability and will be drenched in sweat and dehydrated.
