This is a quirk i'm gonna eventually use in one of my stories, but you are all welcome to use it
Type: Mutant (?) (I don't know how to define this quirk if it would be a transformation emitter or mutant quirk)
This quirk is reading minds. The user reads peoples minds in a specific radius of one mile. They have no control over how much into the mind they can read and they read everyone's mind at the same time in that radius. The user is really smart with this quirk and can for see enemies attacks and plans. They are weak in the grand scale of combat though but have a strong technique and cooperativeness.
Drawbacks: Because the user reads millions of minds at the same time if they are in a big city, they get major migraines and head aches from hearing all those voices in their head endlessly. because of this they try to stay away from people and crowded places. They can deal with all the voices in their head at crowded places for a few minutes if they have to.
