The user can give people or themselves nightmares. They have to touch someone on any part of their body to make the effect work or them self as well.
The user can control the nightmares they targets see
If trained long enough they can make part of the nightmare a reality and manifest it on themselves giving them the ability of the bad things within the night mare. they can also create a set of armor and sword if trained hard enough to use in combat
this armor can take most damage and alters the users personality to be more evil and insane.
Drawbacks: The more the user uses the quirk the less control they have of it. They will slowly lose their mind if they use it for too long and the affects on their personality will slowly become permanent.
The knightmare armor can take control if the user has a weak mind or weak willpower and become its own self (like the lich king from world of warcraft)
