This idea is based off the ability to blood bend from avatar the last airbender. However this version of blood bending is a little different. I have thought of two ways to blood bend.
First version:

Drawback: Drinking victims blood
In this version of blood bending the user has to drink anothers blood in order to bend their body to the users will,so they will likely carry a knife to cut the victim. The ability gets weaker if there is anything obstructing the user from the victim such as a wall. The user has stronger/more control over the victim the more blood they drink.
The longer the user bends the person the bigger toll it had on their body. The user can become weak using the quirk.
The user can't bend their own blood. the blood has to be in the body of the victim.
If the user trains hard enough they can eventually bed their own blood in and outside of the body to create weapons and objects. But the more blood they use the weaker they become physically.
(think of ganta igurashi or senji kiyomasa from deadman wonderland)
second version:

"Metal bending"
Drawback: Have to eat iron and metals, uses the iron in their body as they use their quirk on someone else.
The quirk user can bend anyones body to their will if they get in contact with the victim. The more iron and metals they eat the longer and stronger their ability is. They can feel the metals in the human body which causes them the ability to bend the victims body in any way the user wishes.
If they train their quirk enough they can bend metals and earth outside the human body.
