We got to the park, where everyone already was.
"Kohana!" I heard a voice yell, I looked over and seen Uraraka coming running over to me with the rest of 1-A girls.
"Hey guys." I say with a smile, Momo and I fist bumped. Before I was dragged away to help the girls set up.
"Good Morning Kohana." Midoriya said with a smile.
"Morning." I say back with another smile. Todoroki nodded my way I nodded back. The reason we did this today was to get to kind of know everyone. Everyone was in their street clothing. We were setting up games and plated for the cook out.
"Mina told us about you and Bakugo." Tsu said. I looked at Mina, as she rubbed the back of her head.
"Yeah. Well, we are together." I say confirming it. "But, it doesn't mean that Bakugo is going to change. Not completely anyway." I added, as I glanced up at Bakugo who was getting mad at Kirishima for something. I heard Momo sigh.
"I thought so." She said. "But maybe you can help him."
"Well, that's what I've been doing. But I can't change him completely." I say to them. "He's hotheaded, it's how he is. It's his personality." We changed to topic and started talking about other things.
"I wonder who I'm going to get scouted by." Uraraka said.
"I've been wondering the same thing." Tsu said. "Has Mr. Aizawa said anything to you?"
"No. He hasn't. I doubt he will." My eyes shifted to my uncle who stood by Mic, Midnight and All Might. Just like they were when they came to get me from the Police after my parent death. Aizawa stood so he could have me in his line of sight. My eyes shifted, as tears filled my eyes for a second. I quickly pushed them back. All Might stood with his back to me. He could only hold his form for so long after the USJ attack.
"Kohana, are you okay?" Uraraka asked. I seen Aizawa's eyes shift to mine.
"Yeah, I'm fine." I say looking at her with a smile. We continued on with what we were doing, after we finished all of us were now playing games as Midnight and Mic cooked the food. We where playing childish games but we where having fun. We where playing tag, no quirks allowed, of course. Bakugo was it, so of course he was yelling and cursing. He made eye contact with me.
"Oh no." I say before turning and running off, everyone scattered as Bakugo chased after me.
"Come back here!" He yelled at me.
"No!" I yelled back. I took a sharp turn causing him to trip slightly when he couldn't catch me. I laughed and ran off quickly. I turned and looked and seen Bakugo catching up to me, and quickly. I squeaked and ran faster. Then I seen Kirishima, he looked lost and confused like he lost track of Bakugo. I ran right past him. Then I heard a thud, as Kirishima and Bakugo landed on the ground. I stopped running and laughed.
"Thanks Kiri." I say with a smile. Everyone who was watching laughed but tried to hide it.
"That was a dirty little trick." Bakugo said, a small barely noticeable smirk on his face, he was actually having a good time. I stuck my tongue out and blew a raspberry at him, and went to joint the rest of my class mates. We all waited for Kirishima to start running after us. When he started running after us, we all scattered. The game went on for a while. We were all just laughing and having a blast.
It's been hours since we were playing the game, we all had built up energy from staying inside all day resting yesterday.
"Foods ready!" Mic yelled to us. We all lined up to get our food. Once we got our food we sat at the picnic tables, under a tent that All Might brought. I sat with the Bakusquad, with Midoriya, Uraraka, Iida and Todoroki who sat on the other side of me opposite of Bakugo. We all ate and talked.
"So how did you and Bakugo actually get together?" Kirishima asked, as Bakugo left to get more to eat and drink.
"We just kind of talked, and he told me his feelings." I say with a shrug. "Nothing to crazy." My eyes shifted to see Midnight and Aizawa watching me, Midnight winked at me, they knew. There was no way I could pass those watchful eyes of my aunt and uncle. Bakugo came back with more food and more to drink, he handed me a water that he grabbed for me.
"Thank you." I say with a smile.
"Your welcome." He muttered quietly. I could see out of the corner of my eye Midoriya smile lightly, to see the change in his old friend.
"He's blushing." Mina said quietly.
"No I'm not!" Bakugo yelled at her.
"Yes you are!" Kirishima yelled back with a smile.
"Shut up or I'm going to kill you!" Bakugo yelled, getting ready to use his quirk.
"Don't you dare." I muttered pulling him to his seat. His butt hit the seat, he growled. All Might and Mic looked back at the ruckus that was being caused. I stood up from my seat, and took everyone's trash that was at our table that was done. I went and threw it away.
"So you and Bakugo finally said something to each other?" I jumped at the voice of my uncle, he was still wrapped like a mummy.
"Jesus, Aizawa." I muttered.
"You didn't answer my question." He said pressing farther.
"Yes." I say quietly, I looked down at my shoes thinking he was going to yell at me.
"I'm not mad." He said with a sigh. "You bring out the good in him. That's the good thing. I looked over at Bakugo who was busy yelling at Kirishima, who was a laughing. I smiled lightly.
"I try anyway." I say.
"Of course, he's not going to do a 360. But he's not as hotheaded with you around." He said. I laughed lightly.
"Of course. But I can't change his personality. He is the way he is." Aizawa nodded his head. He walked off content with our conversation.
Later on we all traveled to a near by cliff to watch the sunset. We all had brought sweatshirts to keep the cool breeze off of us, all of us except Bakugo and Todoroki anyway. We all sat down in small groups. Bakugo, Kirishima, Mina, Kaminari and Sero sat around me, Bakugo sat behind me, having me lean against his legs, Mina rested against my legs, Kirishima, Kaminari and Sero sat next to Bakugo. I looked over and seen Aizawa and Mic standing next to each other. Iida, Uraraka, Midoriya and Todoroki sat not to far away from us. I looked back at the sun set. Today was another good day. I leaned my head back and looked at Bakugo, my head rested on his knees. He looked at me a small smirk coming to his face as he looked at me. I smiled back before I heard a click of a picture being taken. I lifted my head and looked at Kirishima.
"You'll thank me later." He said. I could feel Bakugo tense up.
"Calm down. It's just a picture." I say. My phone dinged quietly. I picked up and seen it was Kaminari. I opened it and seen the picture. The picture was me smiling at Bakugo, and his light smirk showed, the read and oranges showed in the back ground from the sunset. I smiled and showed Bakugo.
"You take good pictures Kiri." I say to him. He saluted me, making me roll my eyes, my eyes looked back at the sunset. Mina stretched and shifted slightly, the breeze blew my loose hairs back.
"Alright, kids." Aizawa said, as the it started to grow dark. "Time to start heading home. We got school in the morning." He said. We all started to get up and get ready to head home. I gathered up my stuff. We walked threw the small tree patch, and head back home.
"Kohana." I heard Bakugo say, I turned back towards him, he held out his hand to me. I gently took it in mine.
"I expect her home at 10." My uncle stated as him and Mic walked past us. I smiled lightly shaking my head. Bakugo hung back from the group a little.
"Goodnight guys." Kirishima and Mina split off heading home. Kirishima fist bumped me, while Mina hugged me. Soon Kaminari and Sero split off heading home as well.
"Today was a good day." I say quietly. I felt his hand grace mine before he intertwined our fingers together. We walked hand in hand. He walked me home holding my hand the entire time.
We got to my doorstep. Bakugo didn't leave to far away from my house. We stood on my door step.
"Thank you for walking me home Bakugo." I say with a smile. He grunted quietly. I leaned up and kissed his cheek. "Goodnight, Bakugo."
"Call me Katsuki, we are together, it sounds weird." He said placing a hand in his hair.
"Okay, Katsuki." I say with a small smile. I could see him tense slightly before relaxing. "Goodnight, Katsuki." I say turning to unlock the door. My face was slowly turned as a kiss was placed on my lips.
"Goodnight, Kohana." He turned and walked off the steps as he headed home. I watched him for a second before unlocking the door, I opened the door to see Mic and Aizawa standing there. I jumped and let out a yelp.
"Seriously!?" I yelled at them.
"First name basis now?" Aizawa muttered, I could tell he was smirking under his wrappings.
"S-Shut up." I muttered taking off my shoes, a small blush covered my cheeks. I picked up my bag from the cook out and walked fully into my home. Aizawa followed behind me.
"He even brought you home right on the dot." He stated looking at the clock.
"Just because he's a hot head doesn't mean that he's going to go past the rules you set." I say to him. I put my half empty water bottle in the fridge. I went back to the entrance and hung up my small backpack. I pulled my phone out of my back pack and placed it in my back pocket.
"My little girl is growing up!" Mic yelled hugging me and spinning me around.
"Uncle Mic!" I yelled as he stopped spinning me around, and let go of me. I stumbled a little. "You have got to stop doing that." I say, leaning against the wall. I walked up to my room after I my head wasn't spinning any more. I entered my room and seen some of my plants wilting. I opened my laptop, leaving my door open, and played some music as I tended to my plants. I took my hair out of the braids and tied it up into a messy bun.
"It looks like you need to cut back some of your plants." Aizawa said, I heard him walk into my room and my bed creek under his weight as he sat down. I touched some pedals of my green and white roses that as in my window seat. I've had these roses since the death of my parents, a small charm wrapped around the pot of the plant. It was a charm that was my mom's it felt safer there then with me.
"You still have those huh?" He asked as he watched me.
"Of course I do." I say, turning to tend to my other plants. I took a pair of clippers, to cut back some of the plants.
"You said, Bakugo went with you to visit your parents." Aizawa stated. I looked over at him.
"Yeah. He did." I say, turning to back to my plants.
"What happened?" He asked. I sighed quietly taking my hands back from, my spider plant that hung from my ceiling.
"Basically, we sat there and talked." I say to him, my other hand came to rest on the plants leaves. "I told him about my life before and after their deaths, told him how awful I was as a child. He actually sat there and listened." I walked over to my Stargazer lilies. I touched the petals, and watched as life back into them. "No one ever listens to me. No one really knows who my parents are." The flower rested in my palm. "I told him everything, about me putting a boy in the hospital at a young age, how I was home schooled, how I would visit my parents almost everyday." I sighed quietly. I removed my hand from the flower watching as the flower went back to its original state looking out the window. I picked up my watering can and started to water my plants. I could Aizawa's eyes watching me as I did.
"Did you tell him about your parents?" He asked.
"No, not yet." I say quietly. "I'm not ready to yet. My parents where great heroes. I'm just not ready to tell them what they where like. I'm sure I will eventually. My dad was a great guy, rough around the edges of course, the hero that went by the name of Great Vine. Most plant quirk carriers looked up to him, he was amazing with his quirk. My mom, more like you didn't like the limelight, preferred to stay hidden in the shadows, sweet, kind, caring, saw the good in everyone, a personality trait I picked up from her. With the Quirk almost exactly like yours, but instead of erasing a persons Quirk she can keep them still just by looking at them with her eyes, almost in a frozen like state, but not only are they frozen, she could, if she wanted to, show them their deepest darkest fears, given the chance that they showed them to her. The name she went by White Mind." I say quietly. "My fathers Quirk is plant manipulation, my mothers.... was never really given a name, it was one of a kind. She called it Erasure with extra steps." I say chuckling lightly. Even Aizawa chuckled lightly. "They were great pro heroes with a lot of love, I was their promising child, that might have a great Quirk, at least that's what the media called me, but to me, my Quirk is a great quirk, it's powerful, but helpful." I placed the watering can down. "Their real names where Itsuki Kobayashi and Akiara Kobayashi Nee Aizawa." I finished. I looked at my uncle who sat listening. "But a rumor went around." I added, his eyes shifted to Mic who stood in the doorway. "The rumor stated, that they where actually working with a villain, pretending to be heroes to get the trust of the citizens." My voice started to shake, I took a deep breath. "The one who made this rumor was never found. Most people that knew my parents knew it wasn't true, but a lot people believed that is why they where killed that day. They betrayed the villains and they went after them."
"That is correct." He said.
"They are also represented by green and white roses." I add, my voice going back to normal. But soon started shaking again. "White roses meaning purity, innocents and charm. Based off my mother. The green, is the meaning of renewed life and energy, based off my father. Me, their daughter, is based off the novelty rose of green and white, almost the perfect mixture between the both of them, I looked at the flowers on my window seat, in middle stood a novelty flower of green and white." Tears came to my eyes. "Did you know Endeavor stopped me in the hall during the Sports Festival, asked where my parents were? He had no idea that they had died, I have no idea how that past by him but it did." I sniffled lightly. "Him and my father where close right? How did it just past by him like that?" I questioned. I looked at Aizawa.
"That's because we didn't tell him." Aizawa said quietly. "Your father had asked us not too. Because they had a falling out, technically speaking." Aizawa stated, "He was to busy to watch the news, and of course his wife wouldn't bother him. So we just left him out of it." I sighed.
"Aizawa, we have school in the morning. I need to get to bed." I say to him.
"Okay. Goodnight, Kohana." He got up from my bed and left the room, I closed the door behind him. I crossed my arms, so I was the barer of bad new to the man, I told him my family died years ago. I took my my clothes and changed into Katsuki's sweatshirt and a pair of shorts, turning off my light and climbing into bed, soft music playing in the back ground. I slowly lulled myself to sleep.
