A month later
Third Person's POV:
'Oops, it's already November?' Damn, time flew so fast.
It seemed like a blink of an eye for some exuberant couples who were triumphantly joyful together. However, time didn't fly that fast for those who recently had bitter quarrels.
Jennie and Lisa had ignored each other for a month already, so did Jisoo and Rosé. Well, despite the fact that they weren't couples yet, their hearts were already sincerely interconnected, they just didn't realize or maybe they did but trying to deny.
A month felt like a year for these four young ladies. They didn't even utter a word or gave any glares to each other. Their friends genuinely had no idea about what was going on and they also didn't dare to ask what exactly happened.
Today, 25th November, was a Basketball Match in Manoban High School. Foxy Girls, the top one Cheerleader, was now worried about their performance. They were afraid that it wasn't gone well due to a moody kitten.
This afternoon, they were going to cheer, BULLETPROOF, Lisa's team while Sana's squad would cheer for Hanbin's crew, JERKY.
The match would be started soon.
'Break a leg, guys!'
Lisa's POV:
'A month. It's been a month that she doesn't give a damn about my existence.' I sighed while staring at my own reflection in the dressing room's mirror.
'Is she already in loved with that Hanbin, the blue-ball?' I could feel my heart was sliced off ruthlessly just by thinking about them. 'Jennie, What exactly are we?'
"Hey, Lisa!" - A hand suddenly placed on my shoulder causing me flinched surprisingly.
"Oh, Kookie?" - I turned to him and offered a smile.
"What's in your mind?" - Jungkook worriedly asked.
"Nothing, just a bit nervous since this is my first match after two years hiatus." - I sat down to tie my shoelaces.
"Don't worry! You're good and we're good." - Jungkook tapped on my shoulder before biding me out, "We'll wait for you outside. Take it easy." - He smiled and I just nodded with a wink.
Now I was back to my gloomy day again. Jennie, the cat-eyes girl, wouldn't get herself off my mind. Her long beautiful name, her smooth natural face, her bright milky skin, her gummy smile, her everything were all in my head. 'Ruby, I'm stuck on you.' I took a deep sigh then walked out of the dressing room.
Everything seems so tranquil surrounded me. There was no fight, no war, no cheering like the day we'd practiced. I got no soul in me. I bitterly headed to the court but a loud voice echoed the whole club.
"LISA-YAAAAA!" - A cute Chipmunk ran toward me and pounced to give a hug.
'My miserable day now quickly turned into a delightful one.'
I giggled to her silliness then knocked her head, "Omg, Rosé! You're too loud."
"Ouch, you idiot! Don't you dare to touch my precious head." - Rosé kicked my shin as faking an anger.
"Shut up! Are you here to fight or cheer me?" - I crossed my arms to my chest.
"Cheering, of course! Here is your favorite hot chocolate milk." - She chuckled as handing me the drink.
I grabbed it excitedly and gave her a tight hug, "Wow, my Rosé is the best." - I then pinched her chubby cheek and she replied me back with a deep sharp glare while rubbing her cheek. 'Haha, I love her so much.'
I just giggled to her reaction before sipping my hot chocolate, "You really lighten up my mood." - I winked and continued drinking.
"Hah? You were brought down earlier?" - Rosé frowned hard to me.
Here, the sadness attacked me again. I could only sigh before being able to utter a word, "Hmm, actually I-" - I was about to reveal my doubtful mind to my lovely Chipmunk but my word was immediately cut off once a squad of crackhead came toward me.
"Yohoo, Flat-assed Lisa." - Joy happily screamed her lung out once she saw us. I quickly facepalmed myself as soon as I heard her voice.
'Damn, if she ain't my friend, I'll choke her to death.'
"You idiot little bitch, she's still handsome anyways." - Irene sheepishly blurted out but I couldn't focus on her word because my eyes were busy blending around to find my one and only Fallen Angel. I turned left and right, back and forth, sadly I couldn't found her anywhere. Suddenly a hand flew to my head to give me a quick smack.
"The fuck you looking for?" - Rosé irritatedly asked.
I was surprised with her question and quickly answered, "W-Well I'm looking for Jungkook, yes, our Kookie." - I faked a grin but seemed not enough for her to believe. We'd been silent for few seconds then got interrupted once Yeri uttered a question which I also wanted to know.
"Wait guys, Where are Jennie and Jisoo?" - She cluelessly blinked.
We were here just shrugged because we had no idea about them either yet our doubt was halfly solved once we saw a pink head girl walked alone through the door toward us.
"Hi." - Jisoo flatly greeted while trying to avoid our Chipmunk's gaze. I frowned to her reaction but there was Rosé, also avoiding Jisoo. 'Yah, they still ain't cool?'
"Hi!" - We greeted her back and Seulgi quickly asked, "Where is Jennie, Chichu? She was coming with us earlier but immediately disappeared."
"Yes, have you seen her, anywhere?" - Irene added.
Jisoo just shrugged and about to say something, we were all interrupted once a brunette walked in with the man whom I wish I could legally kill.
"The fuck, Jen?" - Everyone agaped surprisingly except me, a gloomy blonde.
"Damn, since when they're getting along? Bitches, tell me when?" - Joy repeatedly blinked.
"Since they kissed." - I sadly uttered then walked away causing them confused.
Yes, they kissed, a disgusting kiss on the lips.
I dreadfully headed to my squad, Bulletproof but accidentally bumped into a girl.
"Oops, Lisa?" - Mina gave me a smile.
"Yes. What are you doing here? Don't you prepare for the performance?" - I gently asked.
"We're already good." - She grinned and continued, "I'm here to cheer you up, Fighting!" - Mina then tipped toe herself to give me an unexpected quick peck on my cheek causing me freeze in surprise. 'The fuck?'
I could see her happy smile showing in the face so not to hurt her feeling, I just awkwardly replied her with a slight smile and bid her goodbye.
The match would start in minutes so now everyone gathered to their seats.
Jisoo's POV:
'What?' I frowned to Mina who was giving Lisa a peck then my eyes met Jennie, the brunette, who had fire in her both eyes while watching the two flirting girls from the other side.
'Oh no, this ain't right!' I shut my eyes tight in disbelief but immediately got choked the hell out once my damn idiot cousin wrapped her arms around Hanbin's neck. 'Seriously, Ruby Jane?' My eyes got widen to her deed.
'Geez! These two kids are really stupid. What game are they playing? Gosh, I'm sick of it.' I facepalmed myself.
I slowly shook my head before flopping myself on the ninth row seat where our classmates were but coincidentally touched a Chipmunk who was sitting besides. 'Dang!'
She was about to utter a word but I quickly changed my seat to sit next to Jinwoo.
I didn't know why I avoided her, I just knew I was so mad. I took a deep sigh before focusing on the game.
Reporter: "Good Afternoon, Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Manoban Elite High School's Basketball Match. Today, we have two skillful teams who will compete each other and the winner will be able to reach the final match which happens on January next year." - He paused to let all the audiences gleefully cheered for our players then continued, "But first, please stand and remove your hats for the playing of our national anthem. Thank you!"
Everyone properly stood up waiting for the national anthem, our hearts were all sincerely into it. We then were back to our seats once an anthem was finished.
Now, Bulletproof, a team which had Lisa as a shooter while Jerky, a team which had a shooter named Hanbin where actively competing each other.
Lisa, our long-dal Barbie was so good at her play. She had gained many scores with her expertly skill. This Barbie slightly paused when bringing the ball up above the head then catapulted to the basket. 'Wow, she got another goal.' The cheerful applause, loud whistle, and enthusiastic shouts were echoing the whole club causing the antagonist team infuriated.
Bulletproof, immediately teased Jerky by sending thumb down with a pitiful expression before running to get the ball and continued the game. Lisa dribbled the basketball between her long legs before doing a slam dunk shot. Again, our blonde Barbie shot another ball.
"Yeah!!!"
An exciting voice gleefully shouted out then I turned my head to where the voice came from and saw a Chipmunk jumping in happiness to cheer our shooter. 'Cute!' I smiled to her reaction but quickly turned my head away once she faced my direction. I could feel my heart jumped crazily to this situation.
'I'm Jisoo, I'm okay.' I tried to calm myself down.
Everyone was now having a rest to prepare themselves for the last round that being started in minutes.
Oh, I forgot to tell you about our Cheerleader, Jennie Stubborn Kim, my cousin, she really did great in her dancing move even she was not in mood. 'Maybe because Lisa's skill lightening her up (?) well, I don't know.'
After finished resting, everyone was back to the match. Lisa kept goal-ing successfully causing another party mad as fuck. If they didn't try to get some score, Bulletproof would be automatically a winner because of the skillful blonde.
The match was getting tougher and tougher for Jerky, Hanbin's team, who hardly got scores. But an unbelievable situation occurred.
'Hell no!'
Jennie's POV:
'Omg, this Barbie doll is really an expert.' I was thinking to myself while doing my cheerful dance as having my cat-eyes on Lisa. 'Goddammit! She's so hot!' I fanned myself with a pinky cotton pompom while watching the blonde shooting her ball.
My mood was getter brighter and brighter because of this stupid monkey but it unexpectedly drowned back in the tragedy ocean once I saw Mina, my eternal adversary, giving a heart shape hands to my monkey. 'The fuck wrong with you girl? Just fucking cheer your damn Jerky.' My fuming expression started to show out but my blood got more boiling when the blonde idiot monkey replied her back with a wink. 'FUCK YOU, LISA FUCKING AMAZON MONKEY!'
To revenge the blonde, I immediately forced myself to give Hanbin a blow kiss when Lisa faced me. I smirked at her to see what she was going to do, in contrast, her reaction was beyond my expectation.
Lisa madly threw the ball away to nowhere with a furious expression causing everyone jumped out in surprised. She then roughly took off her tank top and threw away leaving only a sport bra on her top before walking out in purpose to quit the game.
'Omg, I didn't mean that!' I gulped to what happened while everyone just jaw-dropped with pitiful howling.
Reporter: "Oh no, OH MY GOD, what's happening? The match isn't finished yet but our shooter from Bulletproof quits the game by walking away. Please comeback and tell us what happens." - The reporter yelled out surprisingly to the mic.
The audiences were now having chaos and I could hear the disappointed shouts echoed the whole basketball club. Yet I was there, just stunningly stood as having my feet frozen to block myself from moving.
As soon as Lisa having her way out, I immediately saw Chaeyoung aka Roses are Rosie, followed quickly from behind while me, having a pink head walking toward. 'I know what she's coming for.' I deeply sighed as looking down.
"Can I have a small talk with Jennie? Just two of us alone?" - Jisoo blurted out to my team causing them confusedly nodded then bid themselves goodbye to the dressing room.
Rosé's POV:
"Lalice! Lalice-ah ..." - I ran to follow the furious blonde who walked as fast as a ghost rider.
She didn't reply me anything, nor turned her head to give me a glare so I just kept following from behind.
"Lisa~ what happened?" - I tried to stop her but still she didn't give a damn until I lost my own patient and screamed out.
"Lis, STOP YOUR FUCKING FEET!"
The blonde suddenly freezing to my word and stopped her move. I finally had a chance to be her listener. I softly place my palm on her shoulder while rubbing it with my thumb then we flopped ourselves down under the oak tree.
"Now tell me what happened." - I sighed while looking at her but she just smirked as picking the grass on the ground before uttered a response.
"She likes Hanbin, Chipmunk. The blue ball who never turn red." - Lisa sadly blurted out.
"Do you like her?" - I gently asked.
"I don't know." Lisa replied.
'And here, she's being a stubborn head to again.'
Lisa then continued, "I just know it makes me mad whenever I see those two interact with each other. Even from far or near, by actions or by words, I just loathe it so much." - She sighed and I pulled her to hug to comfort this miserable kid.
"Lis, I know you like her." - I paused but she just shook her head that leaning on my shoulder. I continued, "And she likes you too." - Lisa suddenly broke the embrace and quickly protested.
"No, no way, Rosé. Don't be delusional! And I don't think I like her. Maybe just because I hate Hanbin and I regard her as Friend?" - The Stupid blonde doll gave me an innocent look.
'Kidding me Lalisa? You're smart with everything but now you're pretending to be dumb just to deny the fact?'
I immediately facepalmed myself then said, "Well, I'll let you discover it yourself." - I shrugged and got up.
"Where are you going?" - Lisa frowned.
"Just leave your car here, today I'll take you home but first, lemme gets my things from the locker. You wait here, I'll be right back."
Lisa gave me a wink as said, "You're such my good twin."
I smirked then dusted myself off before heading to the corridor.
Unknown's POV:
"You did great, my babe." - He said to a girl who was sitting on his lap as having her arms wrapped around his neck.
"Anything for you." - She dragged her finger under his jaw then moved to place them on his lips. He then kissed her finger and immediately grabbed her waist to pull closer to him. They started sharing each other a deep kiss for minutes but suddenly heard a crack sound.
"Who the fuck is doing here?" - He yelled out as having his way to the locker but there was nothing.
Rosé's POV:
'Aish, I shouldn't have brought too many books.' I quickly grabbed my bag from the locker as keeping those books there then slammed the door close before walking away, but there was a rushed footsteps following me behind as blurting out my name.
"Rosé, wait!"
The voice was familiar so I tilted my head to see who it was, "Oh, Taehyung?"
"Yes, I have something to tell you." - He said in a serious tone seemed like he had an important news so I just stopped there with him to hear his story.
Once Taehyung finished his telling, I quickly gave him a tight hug, "Omg, thank you Taehyung. Without you, things won't be solved."
He hugged me back and replied, "You're welcome." - I could see his smile even though we were hugging. I also smiled because he was such a good friend but before I could break the hug, I immediately saw a girl standing across us in the corridor unbelievably shaking her head to our state before storming herself out. 'What the fuck?'
I quickly broke Taehyung's embrace to chase her, "Jisoo, wait!" - I rushingly ran behind while having my hand randomly roamed in my bag to find my phone and dialed Lisa.
"What, Chaeng?"
"Long-dal ah, I'm in urgent, I can't take you home right now. I'm sorry."
"Hah? What the f-" - Lisa was about to finished her curse but I hung up before she could.
I kept my feet running fast to the pink head girl, "Omg, Jisoo, STOP!" - I quickly grabbed her wrist and pulled her close to me, "How many times do you need to do that?" - I fumingly asked.
"Do what? And why do you care while you're happily hugging your man?" - She immediately smacked her word back.
"My man? I don't have a man." - I cluelessly frowned but there, the tiny girl just gave me a sarcastic smirk.
"Stop playing pretend, Rosé! Don't act like you're innocent while you're actually a disgusting player!"
"Hah?"
Her sharp words really made me confused. I honestly didn't know what to react, nor answer so I just pulled her to hug tightly in my chest to calm her madness down.
"W-What are you doing?" - Jisoo confusedly asked then trying to get rid of my hug, "Let go off me!"
The more she tried to leave, the more I tighten my embrace, "I won't until you tell me why!"
"There's nothing for me to tell you."
As soon as she finished her words I immediately pulled away the hug but still have my both hands on her shoulder grabbing them tight while facing the pink head, "Please tell me! Tell me why you avoided me, why we unreasonably fought, why do I feel hurt when you ignored me, tell now, Chu..." - The tear unexpectedly escaped from my eyes but I didn't bother to wipe it off as I continued, "The past month molests my metal a lot. I couldn't feel myself. I couldn't get you off my mind. Why? What did you do to me?" - I bursted out my tears but my tiny girl gave me a slight smile while wiping the tears drops from my cheeks.
"Sorry, Chaeng.." - She guiltily uttered and continued, "Sorry for acting that way, sorry that I didn't trust you, and sorry for being jealous." - Jisoo then paused causing me frowned before she adding her last meaningful word.
"I like you, Park Roseanne."
'W-What??' My eyes unbelievably got widen in shook as having my right palm quickly covered my agape mouth.
"But it's okay even if you don't like me back." - She paused. I was just there shaking my head while still shocked, "We're still friends, right?" - She looked down with a sad smile then added, "I know you like Taehy-"
"Kim Jisoo, I like Kim Jisoo."
I quickly interrupted her with my confession while my heart jumping chaotically in my chest, "Please be my g-" I was about to ask her but my lips suddenly got smashed with hers causing me received another shock. She grabbing my nape to bend down to her height level then I started closing my eyes as enjoying the sweet kiss.
'A wonderful evening ever.'
'But Lisa???'
