"Hang on a minute, are you telling me that you can drive this thing Avdol?", "Tch, tch, it's not a problem whatsoever Polnareff", Avdol reassured the Frenchman who in turn let out a low "wow" as Mr. Joestar checked in, "And Avdol is not the only one", "Don't even think about it, I refuse to let you put us through another crash", Jotaro scowls as you still hold your laughter, "Well you sure seem to be in a foul mood today", Mr. Joestar huffs. "Well, he's not wrong Mr. Joestar, every time your hands are at the wheels of the vehicle we always crash", you grin as he lets out a "What?!", "(Y/n) you're supposed to be on my side!", he whines as you laugh, "So this is a submarine, I have to say I'm a bit surprised, it's a lot more spacious than I expected", Kakyoin suddenly speaks up making you look over at him, "Isn't it? Rich folks typically use vessels like these when they want to get away for a while and explore the seafloor for pleasure, as you can see it even has windows", Mr. Joestar points out until Polnareff moved past him with giddy excitement. When Polnareff reached a window he grinned, "You know come to think of it, I've always sort of like this kind of thing, at least I'm writing in one with a cute girl~", Polnareff winks at you as he grinned, "Awe Pol~ that's so sweet of you, you're making me blush~", you tease with a purr rumbling from your chest, not noticing the slight twitch of Jotaro's mouth or the deep quiet sigh Kakyoin made.
As Avdol, Polnareff, Mr. Joestar gathered up around a radar you momentarily dozed off as you played with a small ball on the table until you heard Jotaro's truthful statement, "But if someone did attack us in here, there'd be nowhere for us to run, we'd be like trap rats", with crossed arms Jotaro looked at the others as you looked out a window, "don't forget where we are, 60 meters below low sea level", "That and we have to be cautious with the local fauna", you add-in. A while later Kakyoin mentioned the installments that the submarine had and when he mentioned of refrigerator you perked up a bit, "Hey Kakyoin would you mind getting me a drink while you're up, I'm dying of thirst here", Polnareff exaggerates, "I'll take one too", Avdol adds, "Can you check if they have tuna or milk?!", you excitedly hop on your chair, and for a moment a few of the others thought they spotted a tail and cat ears standing straight up from behind you as purrs rumbled from your chest.
Kakyoin chuckled at your enthusiasm, "Sure", at Jotaro's hum you briefly looked over at him as Kakyoin announced, "Is Cola okay? Oh hey, they have tuna after all-", "Old man why are you just standing there? Something bugging you?", Jotaro calls out to his grandfather, making everyone turn to him, "I need you to give me a moment's quiet, I just remembered I have a phone call to make", Mr. Joestar states. You had a feeling about who that someone was, "A phone call to where?", Polnareff asked, "Where is right, who would you need to call in a submarine in the middle of the Red Sea?", Kakyoin adds in, "Someone important I assure you, you might even call it a delicate matter, so as I said I need you all to be quiet", Mr. Joestar answered as you all quiet down, you had a feeling Mr. Joestar didn't reveal much to Mrs. Joestar, and Avdol practically confirmed your thoughts. Looking at Jotaro, you can somewhat tell that it bothered him to an extent when you heard Rosas name you sigh, also noting that you also need to make a call to your family.
You looked over at your ball for a while longer as Mr. Joestar ended the call a few of the others gave Mr. Joestar their condolences until you spoke up, "Mr. Joestar I believe I'm next~", you chirp, "Hmm? Oh yeah, your parents, here I'll dial them while you come up", he says as you got up from your chair and strode towards the phone, he handed you the phone as you waited patiently while it dialed and tell you heard your mom's voice, "Hola?", "Hola mama, como estas?", your grin cheekily at the excited squeal when your mom called for your father while you lightly chuckle after momentary pulling the phone away from your sensitive ears, "(Y/n) hey, how's it going kitty cat", you hear your father's teasing tone and you couldn't help but smile, "It's going good", you can hear your mom's voice so she began to bombard you with questions. "Are you brushing your teeth? Detangling your hair? Did you pack pads?!", "Mom!", your face went red as she continued, "Oh, I hope you at least packed extra panties, you never know when mother nature comes knocking at your door", "(M/n) I think that's enough", your father tries to step in as your mom continued system bombard you with questions, some personal. You nervously laugh it off as the others (especially Avdol and Mr. Joestar) felt the second-hand embarrassment you were in, the younger men looked away to spare you as Polnareff began to pester Avdol.
Until your mom calmed down you're finally able to hold a normal conversation, asking how traveling with the others was, if you got hurt, and in return they told you how the family was doing, mentioning a few of your younger cousins, apparently Clara(*) has been seeing an imaginary friend, while little Clarissa(*) and her parents were still in Italy but it was unclear when they'd be coming back, and Claret(*) has picked up a hobby of collecting her father's detective items. You smiled as you listen to your parents' ramblings, and made you feel happy to just listen to them so relaxed in joyful, you're appreciated how they never really treated you differently, "(Y/n)", you hear your father called to you, "Yeah?", "Promise to come home safely okay?", your mother finished for your father, you could only smile, "I'll try, love you guys, tell Antonio and Tobias that I'll kick their butts once I see them again yeah?~", you smile when you hear them chuckle, "W will take care (Y/n)", you could almost hear your dad smile, I will, I hope to see you then bye, you coo before hanging up.
Soon enough you were in comfortable silence next to Jotaro, but when a large group of fish pass by you couldn't help but let out a cat-like chatter, Jotaro rose a brow at you when your face was practically smashed against the window, "Those are schooling bannerfish", he states, you turn to Jotaro with a sparkle in your eyes, "Tell me more! I never got the chance to learn more of sea life!", you excitedly chirped and Jotaro couldn't help indulge your curiosity, for some reason he couldn't help but find your enthusiasm bothersome or annoying, it was actually cute on you almost like looking at a very curious cat. Several hours later -after Polnareff demanded Kakyoin to bring some drinks and Kakyoin snapping back at him- Avdol announced, "Good news! I just spotted the coast of Africa, will be there soon!", "Yess!", you cheer, almost dropping your tuna, soon everyone gathered around the map on the table as Avdol pointed at the location, "Seawater has worn away the rocks and carved out an underwater tunnel near the coral reef, the exit is 200 M Inland, which makes the spot the perfect spot to surface". "At long last we finally made it", Mr. Joestar smiles, "It took long enough", Polnareff agreed, "So this is Egypt", Jotaro huffed out, you grinned placing a hand on your hip as Kakyoin hummed in agreement, "It is, we have arrived", Avdol confirms until Polnareff chuckled making everyone direct their attention to him, "Nothing, I'm just feeling sort of happy is all, it's been quite a while since the six of us were all gathered together like this", Polnareff admits as you all smile. The group was around and seated at the table as Kakyoin prepare the drinks but you said only smelled something off it was there briefly, but then it disappeared, with furrowed brows you looked at your cup and stood still only to sigh continue to drink your coffee, "Hmn? Hey, Kakyoin Why do you grab seven cups for 6 people?", Jotaro's question made you look down at your cup, "That's peculiar, I guess I didn't notice, I could have sworn it was 6", Kakyoin's words made you narrow your eyes at your cup. Mr. Joestar's yelling was what made you snap out of your focus and you cursed when you saw the stand attack Mr. Joestar, "What the-?! GAHHHH!!!", the stand cut his prosthetic hand before slicing his fingers and throwing them back at him, "Old man!", Jotaro shouts as Mr. Joestar fell back, "Mr. Joestar!", you and Kakyoin simultaneously shout. The stand had an oddly eerie-looking face still you couldn't help but growl and hiss at it when it snarled at your group, "Impossible!", "It's a stand, I don't know how but it managed to sneak abroad!", Polnareff and Avdol's voices raised as you summon Wild Card, "Wild Card fuse lion and cheetah!", you order, Wild Card stayed in her lion form as cheetah prints formed on her appearance, causing her speed to boost as well as boosting strength in her attack, "RAAAAAAA!", the enemy stand left up on to the ceiling but not without a scratch.
With the click of your tongue, you watched as Jotaro summon Star Platinum to strike the enemy stand only for his fist to miss as she leaped onto another area of the submarine and disappeared, "It disappeared!", Polnatreff cried, "No it didn't", Jotaro shuts down Polnareff's claim, "It transformed, I'm sure of it, the stand disguised itself as one of the gauges just like with the coffee cup", Avdol quickly inputs as polnareff raises a brow. "Come again?", Polnareff looks out the window as you cautiously looked around and try to smell out for any hostility, even taking off your glasses, "There! The coral reef is right there! And we were only a few hundred meters away from reaching Egypt!", "On the bright side it looks like Mr. Joestar was only knocked unconscious, the problem is his hand", Kakyoin grunts out as he holds up Mr. Joestar body, then the phone rings gaining everyone's attention, "Huh?! The phone! Who'd be calling us at a time like this!?", Polnareff panicked, "Ignore it polnareff, we have to stay focused!", Kakyoin interrupted Polnareff's panic as he let Mr. Joestar his body lean on him.
"Sir Avdol, do you have any idea on who the stand is? I can't smell out its hostility nor can I see the stand even without my glasses", you reveal looking at Avdol while the others gave you a brief look of concern, "It's the High Priestess, the name of this particular you stand user is Rose, she has the ability to control her stand from far away, so she's most likely on land", Avdol informs as he crosses his arms, "So what's its power?", Kakyoin asks, "It's can turn into almost any inanimate object, as long as it comes from a mineral, plastics, metal, glass, or vital it's transformations are perfect, there is no way to recognize the thing until it decides to attack", Avdol concludes, "So that's why I can't sniff her out, she blends too well with the environment around us", you huff until water suddenly begins to pull into the submarine as the alert goes off. "I get it now so that's how it did it, how simple it cut out a hole and went on in", Polnareff huffs as everyone begins to rush about while you try to seal up the openings that caused the water to flow in, the phone rings again as you try using whatever materials you can to seal the open hole, you hear the phone being picked up but didn't bother to turn around, "Brace yourself people were about to hit the bottom!", Avdol announces, "OH MY GOOOOOD!", Polnareff cries as you curse.
The crash of the ship made everything shake also causing Jotaro to lose his balance and crash into you, with Jotaro's weight you couldn't hold the groan of pain when he collided into you, Jotaro released a half of air into your neck, "You okay Kujo?", you ask turning your face towards him, Jotaro stiffened when he felt your lips lightly brush against his temple and moved his hand to lift himself off of you only to grab your waist in the process. You didn't bother to notice the mumbled curse Jotaro let out as you both stood up together, Jotaro and Kakyoin spoke as you attended to Mr. Joestar's prosthetic hand until the enemy stand attacked again, "Meirda!", you curse as you quickly tried to cover Mr. Joestar's prosthetic hand so it wouldn't rust as Avdol rushed to the door. You began to try waking up Mr. Joestar, "Mr. Joestar! Mr. Joestar!", you hiss when Jotaro caught the High Priestess, with a growl nearing a cheetah's, your roar is nearly like a tiger as you wake him up just in time as the High Priestess made her escape out of Jotaro's hold. Mr. Joestar yelped as everyone jolted at the sound you produced, "Wha- ah!-(Y/n)?! Whatever is happening here we're in a pinch!", Mr. Joestar finally comes to terms with the situation as you stared down the enemy stand, with a growl you stood back once Avdol and Polnareff attacked first and only to be deflected or dodged, soon enough after opened the door and everyone evacuated the area to escape.
As you all ran you listen to Mr. Joestar's and Jotaro's conversation until you reach the area that had the scuba gear, you hastily grabbed the gear and put it on, "Hurry everyone! Suit up on the double!", Mr. Joestar yelled, "Ah good grief", Jotaro huffed out as you finished putting your gear on, "Ah~ I just realized there's no way I'd be able to suit up in time with this blasted hand, could you help me out Jotaro?", Mr. Joestar looks over at his grandson as you make your way towards him. "Do it yourself", Jotaro huffs, "I got you Mr. Joestar", you pip in as you already got to work, "Thanks (Y/n)", Mr. Joestar gratefully accepted your help as more water filters into the submarine.
