That one kiss killed me. That one kiss meant everything to me.
How could you walk away like that? I thought I could get you out of my head after all this time, and I did, until I saw you. You seem so happy. Little did I know my heart would still skip a beat when I saw you. Little did I know you would come up to me.
"Oh, hey, y/n."
"H-hi, Shawn."
"How have you been?"
"Why do you care?"
"W-what?"
"You left me when I needed you."
"Listen, y/n, I'm sorry-"

"No, you're not. You never cared, did you?"
"I did! I swear!"
"Then why did you leave?"
"B-because it was too much. I-I did like you, but I wasn't ready."
"O-oh. You could've told me. I would've waited until you were ready."
He shook his head.
"I know and that's why I didn't tell you. You're so beautiful, y/n. You deserve to feel loved. I didn't want to take anything away from you."

I didn't go after him and that may have been my biggest mistake.
