Dear Anxiety,
How do you do it? How do you manage to get under my skin without any effort at all? I can always feel you, lurking beneath the surface. All day, everyday, you're there. Why can't I rid myself of you? Why won't you leave me alone? I just want to feel like me again. I just want to be... normal. But I guess I've never been normal... only good at pretending to be. I can't hope or ask to feel fine, because I've never been fine either. So let's go back to the beginning, just let me be me. That's all I ask. Please let me be me again.
