Dear Anxiety,
It is so tiresome, having to deal with you all of the time. You unconsciously affect every choice and decision I make. I constantly worry about doing things, because I'm afraid that you're going to make a surprise appearance. I detest the high and lows. I feel like I'm on a never-ending roller-coaster ride. Sometimes I fear that I'll never be able to get off.
