Letter #13

Dear Anxiety,

I've noticed that you always come in waves. Sometimes like a tsunami. Then I'm drowning. Drowning in your depth and being pulled to the bottom of your ocean by the currents. I don't want to keep drowning. I want to take a breath. I want to learn how to swim against the currents. I want to reach shore.

Sincerely,

Liz
